3。Hereinafter, an example of the heater 10 will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1 , a heater 10 of the present disclosure includes a first member 1 , a heating resistor 2 , and a second member 3 .

The first member 1 is a member for protecting the heating resistor 2 . The first member 1 is a rod-shaped member. Here, a rod-shaped member means a member having a longitudinal direction, and the first member 1 may be a plate-shaped or column-shaped member, or may be a cylindrical member. The first member 1 includes an insulating material, and may have a ceramic material, for example.

Regarding the size of the first member 1, for example, when the first member 1 is a plate shape, when the shape of the main surface is a rectangle, the length of the long side can be set to 5-20 mm, and the length of the short side can be set to 1 mm. ~10mm, set the thickness to 0.08~1mm. In addition, the tip of the first member 1 may be tapered so that the object to be heated can be easily inserted into the tip. In addition, the front end or the whole of the first member 1 may be warped.

8.5~22mm。In addition, when the first member 1 is cylindrical, the length in the longitudinal direction can be 5 to 20 mm, the inner diameter can be 8 to 20 mm, and the outer diameter can be 8.5 to 22 mm.

The heating resistor 2 is a member for heating an object to be heated. The heating resistor 2 can be provided, for example, on the surface or inside of the first member 1 . The heating resistor 2 may be, for example, a linear or strip-shaped member. The heating resistor 2 may have, for example, a folded portion. The heating resistor 2 may also be electrically connected to an external power source. The heating resistor 2 can generate heat by passing an electric current, and can heat an object to be heated. The heating resistor 2 may also be provided along the longitudinal direction of the first member 1 .

0.005~0.1mm。The heating resistor 2 contains, for example, metals such as tungsten, molybdenum, chromium, and their carbides, or gold, silver, palladium, and platinum. In addition, the heating resistor 2 may have aluminum oxide, silicon nitride, or the like as a component other than metal. The size of the heating resistor 2 is, for example, 5 to 50 mm in length, 0.2 to 2 mm in width, and 0.005 to 0.1 mm in thickness.

The heating resistor 2 can be provided from the front end to the rear end of the first member 1 . In addition, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 , the heating resistor 2 can be connected to the lead-out portion 5 and the wire 7 . In this case, the resistance value of the lead-out portion 5 can be made smaller than that of the heating resistor 2 . Thereby, heat generation in the lead-out portion 5 can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 1 , the heater 10 of the present disclosure includes a second member 3 that is bonded to the end surface of the first member 1 and has a lower thermal conductivity than the first member 1 . Thereby, the end face of the first member 1 can be protected by the second member 3 while reducing the temperature of the tip of the heater 10 . As a result, when the heater 10 is inserted into the object to be heated, it is possible to improve the durability of the heater 10 while reducing the possibility of the high temperature reaching the depth of the object to be heated.

The second member 3 is bonded to the end surface of the first member 1, whereby the strength of the tip of the heater 10 can be increased. The second member 3 may be, for example, a plate shape, a cone shape, a truncated cone shape, or a column shape, or may be a combination of these shapes. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the second member 3 is cylindrical. The second member 3 may be, for example, a ceramic member such as zirconia or alumina. As an example of the second member 3 having a lower thermal conductivity than the first member 1, for example, when the first member 1 is alumina, the second member 3 can be made of zirconia, and when the first member 1 is aluminum nitride, The second member 3 can be made of silicon nitride.

In addition, the first member 1 may have alumina, and the second member 3 may have zirconia. As a result, the second member 3 at the tip of the heater 10 is a highly elastic member, and therefore, when the heater 10 is pierced into an object to be heated, the possibility of damage to the second member 3 can be reduced.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 , the second member 3 may have a shape tapered toward the tip. This enables the object to be heated to easily penetrate the tip of the heater 10 . In the example shown in FIG. 2, the second member 3 is conical.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 , the second member 3 may have a shape in which a cylindrical part and a conical part are combined as a shape tapered toward the tip. In the example shown in FIG. 3 , the bottom surface of the cylindrical portion is circular with the same diameter as the end surface of the first member 1 , and the bottom surface of the conical portion is also circular with the same diameter. The shape of the second member 3 of this example can increase the volume of the second member 3 compared with the shape shown in FIG. 2 . By increasing the volume of the second member 3 having low thermal conductivity, the end surface of the first member 1 can be protected by the second member 3 while further reducing the temperature at the tip of the heater 10 .

In the case where the second member 3 has a tapered shape as described above, the front end portion may be curved (R-shaped). Thereby, when the heater 10 is pierced into the object to be heated, it is possible to reduce the possibility of damage to the tip portion of the second member 3 .

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 , the first member 1 and the second member 3 may be joined by a glass material 4 . Thereby, the bonding strength of the first member 1 and the second member 3 can be improved. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 , the first member 1 may be a cylindrical member, the shape of the end surface of the first member 1 may be circular, and the part of the second member 3 that is joined to the first member 1 The shape of the surface is also a circular shape. In this case, since the bonding area of the glass bonding can be widened, the strength of the heater 10 can be further increased.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 , the first member 1 and the second member 3 may be joined by the glass material 4 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the first member 1 and the second member 3 may be covered with the glass material 4 . Thereby, when the heater 10 is pierced into the object to be heated, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the object to be heated adheres to the surface of the heater 10 . As a result, corrosion of the heater 10 at the portion where the object to be heated is attached can be reduced, and the possibility of damage to the heater 10 can be reduced. As a result, the durability of the heater 10 can be improved. In addition, in the heater 10 , a part or the whole of the outer peripheral surface of the first member 1 and a part or the whole of the outer peripheral surface of the second member 3 may be covered with the glass material 4 . In addition, in the heater 10, part or all of the outer peripheral surface of the first member 1 may be covered with the glass material 4, and the outer peripheral surface of the second member 3 may not be covered with the glass material 4, or the outer peripheral surface of the second member 3 may be Part or all of the outer peripheral surface is covered with the glass material 4 , and the outer peripheral surface of the first member 1 is not covered with the glass material 4 .

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6 , the first member 1 may have the convex portion 11 on the end surface, the second member 3 may have the concave portion 31 on the end surface, and the convex portion 11 may be inserted into the concave portion 31 . Thereby, since the 1st member 1 and the 2nd member 3 are fitted, the possibility that the 2nd member 3 may peel off from the 1st member 1 can be reduced. As a result, the durability of the heater 10 can be improved.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7 , the second member 3 may have the convex portion 32 on the end surface, the first member 1 may have the concave portion 12 on the end surface, and the convex portion 32 may be inserted into the concave portion 12 . Thereby, since the 2nd member 3 is fitted into the 1st member 1, the possibility that the 2nd member 3 may peel off from the 1st member 1 can be reduced. As a result, the durability of the heater 10 can be improved.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 8 , the second member 3 may have the concave portion 31 on the end surface, and the end surface of the first member may be a flat surface. Thereby, the inside of the recessed part 31 becomes a void, the thermal conductivity from the 1st member 1 to the 2nd member 3 can be reduced, and the temperature of the front-end|tip of the heater 10 can be lowered.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 9, the 1st member 1 may have the recessed part 12 in the end surface, and the end surface of the 2nd member may be made into a flat surface. As a result, the inside of the concave portion 12 becomes a void, the thermal conductivity from the first member 1 to the second member 3 can be reduced, and the temperature at the tip of the heater 10 can be lowered.

4。As mentioned above, when joining the first member 1 and the second member 3 with the glass material 4 , the glass material 4 may be put in the recess 31 and the recess 12 .

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 10, the 1st member 1 may be cylindrical. Thereby, the heat capacity of the heater 10 can be reduced. Therefore, heat can be easily transferred to the object to be heated. As a result, the heating rate of the object to be heated can be increased.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 11 , the second member 3 may have a convex portion 32 on an end surface, and the convex portion 32 may be inserted into the inside of the cylindrical first member 1 . Accordingly, it is possible to increase the bonding strength between the first member 1 and the second member 3 while reducing the heat capacity of the heater 10 .

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12 , a cigarette heating tool 100 according to an example of the present disclosure includes a heater 10 and a flange 6 holding the heater 10 . Thereby, the durability of the cigarette heating tool can be improved while reducing the possibility of excessive temperature rise in the vicinity of the mouthpiece of the cigarette. In addition, the cigarette heating appliance 100 shown in FIG. 12 has a structure including the heater 10 shown in FIG. 10 structures.
