Abstract
The invention discloses an electric box, a water heater and an air conditioner, wherein the electric box comprises a box body; the fins are arranged on the box body at intervals, the distance between the fins is adjustable, and the fins have a heat dissipation state and a heat preservation state; in the heat dissipation state of the fins, all the fins are far away from each other, and a heat dissipation air duct is formed among all the fins; in the heat preservation state of the rib group, all the ribs are close to each other; the adjusting screw rod penetrates through all the fins simultaneously, a plurality of thread sections are arranged on the adjusting screw rod, the fins are in one-to-one correspondence with the thread sections and are in threaded connection, and the adjusting screw rod controls the fins to move, switch the heat dissipation state and the heat preservation state through rotation. According to the electrical box, the plurality of fins are arranged on the box body at intervals, so that a heat preservation effect is achieved, the electrical box can be ensured to reduce heat loss in a low-temperature state, condensation is avoided, and the risk of short circuit is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water heaters, in particular to an electric appliance box, a water heater and an air conditioner.
Background
When a company develops a large-cooling-capacity multifunctional water heater, when the refrigerating capacity exceeds 35kw, the problem of overlarge current and overlarge heat of a driving plate occurs, the conventional air-cooling heat dissipation scheme is caught, the whole frequency cannot be increased due to insufficient heat dissipation, and the capacity output is limited. Moreover, excessive IPM temperatures can also cause damage to the drive plate profiles, reducing the service life of the drive plate.
In addition, when winter comes, because ambient temperature is lower, and the inside temperature of electrical apparatus box is higher, forms the condensation easily, produces the short circuit risk. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the temperature of the driving plate constant, prevent the formation of condensation, and improve the reliability. However, the traditional electrical box can only realize heat dissipation adjustment and cannot keep warm.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses an electric box, a water heater and an air conditioner, and solves the problem that the traditional electric box can only realize heat dissipation adjustment and cannot preserve heat.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses an electrical box, which comprises a box body 10, a plurality of fins 20 and an adjusting screw 30, wherein the fins 20 are arranged on the box body 10 at intervals, the distance between the fins 20 is adjustable, and the fins 20 have a heat dissipation state and a heat preservation state; in the heat dissipation state of the fins 20, all the fins 20 are far away from each other, and a heat dissipation air duct is formed between all the fins 20; in the heat preservation state of the rib 20 group, all the ribs 20 are close to each other; the adjusting screw 30 penetrates through all the fins 20 at the same time, a plurality of thread sections 31 are arranged on the adjusting screw 30, the fins 20 and the thread sections 31 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode and are in threaded connection, and the adjusting screw 30 controls the fins 20 to move to switch the heat dissipation state and the heat preservation state through rotation.

In the above embodiment, there are two threaded segments 31, and the two threaded segments 31 are spaced apart and have opposite thread directions; the adjusting screw 30 is rotated to move the ribs 20 of the two screw segments 31 toward or away from each other. According to the electrical box, the two opposite thread sections 31 are arranged, and the ribs 20 on the thread sections 31 can be close to or far away from each other by rotating the adjusting screw 30, so that state switching is realized, and the operation is very convenient.
In the above embodiment, the adjusting screw 30 is provided with the smooth section 32, and the smooth section 32 is located between the two threaded sections 31; the electrical box further comprises a fixing rib 40 fixedly arranged on the box body 10, the adjusting screw 30 penetrates through the fixing rib 40, and the fixing rib 40 corresponds to the smooth section 32 in position. The fins 20 are respectively arranged at the two sides of the fixed fin 40, so that all the fins 20 can be driven to simultaneously approach or depart from the fixed fin 40 by rotating the adjusting screw 30, a plurality of driving devices can be avoided, and the cost is reduced.
In the above embodiment, the threaded section 31 includes a plurality of sub-threaded sections 311 having the same thread direction and arranged in sequence, and the length of the sub-threaded section 311 decreases from the end of the adjustment screw 30 to the middle of the adjustment screw 30 in sequence; the fins 20 comprise a plurality of sub-fins 21, and the sub-fins 21 are arranged corresponding to the sub-thread sections 311 one by one; the adjusting screw 30 moves the adjacent sub-fins 21 closer to or away from each other by rotation. According to the electrical box, the plurality of sub-thread sections 311 are arranged, and the plurality of sub-fins 21 can be driven to move simultaneously through the sub-thread sections 311, so that the distance between the sub-fins 21 is changed, and mode switching is realized.
In the above embodiment, the lead of the sub-thread segment 311 is proportional to the length of the sub-thread segment 311. In the electrical box of the present invention, the longer the sub-thread segments 311 are, the larger the corresponding lead is, that is, in an optimal scheme, the length of the thread line of each sub-thread segment 311 is the same, and the longer the sub-thread segments 311 are, the larger the lead of the thread is; the shorter the length of the sub-thread segment 311, the shorter the lead of the thread. This arrangement allows for synchronous movement between the sub-fins 21 for ease of adjustment.
The electrical box further comprises a driving device 50, the driving device 50 is in driving connection with the adjusting screw 30, in this embodiment, the driving device 50 can enable a motor to drive the adjusting screw 30 to rotate through the motor, so as to switch the fins 20 between the heat dissipation state and the heat preservation state. According to the electrical box, the driving device 50 is arranged, the fins 20 can be driven to move through the driving device 50, so that the fins 20 can be switched between the heat dissipation state and the heat preservation state, and the switching process is more convenient and faster.
In the above embodiment, the guiding mechanism 11 is disposed on the box body 10, the rib 20 is disposed with the guiding block, and the rib 20 is slidably engaged with the guiding mechanism 11 through the guiding block, thereby realizing the moving guidance.
According to a second embodiment of the invention, the invention also discloses a water heater which comprises the electric box.
According to a third embodiment of the invention, an air conditioner is further disclosed, and the air conditioner comprises the electric appliance box.
