A graphene waterproof agent for textile comprises the following raw materials: the graphene material comprises a modified graphene material, silicon dioxide, resin, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and water.
Preferably, the raw materials of the waterproof agent comprise, by mass: 4% of modified graphene material, 5% of silicon dioxide, 48% of resin, 6% of surfactant, 8% of assistant and the balance of water.
The modified graphene material comprises amino polymer modified graphene oxide.
The resin comprises a polyisocyanate.
The surfactant is a cationic surfactant.
The auxiliary agent comprises an initiator and a thickening agent; the weight ratio of initiator to thickener was 4: 3.
The initiator comprises a persulfate. The thickener comprises a polyurethane.
Example 5
A graphene waterproof agent for textile comprises the following raw materials: the graphene material comprises a modified graphene material, silicon dioxide, resin, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and water.
Preferably, the raw materials of the waterproof agent comprise, by mass: 5% of modified graphene material, 6% of silicon dioxide, 60% of resin, 8% of surfactant, 10% of assistant and the balance of water.
The modified graphene material comprises cationic surfactant modified graphene oxide and bromododecane modified graphene oxide.
The resin includes any of silicone resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, polyurethane, and polyisocyanate.
The surfactant is a cationic surfactant.
The auxiliary agent comprises an initiator and a thickening agent; the weight ratio of the initiator to the thickener is 5: 3.
The initiator comprises an oil-soluble azo.
The thickener comprises any of diatomite, ammonium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyurethane.
The graphene waterproof agent for textile provided by the invention has excellent waterproof performance, and can solve the problems of low tensile property and fiber damage of a fabric caused by the waterproof agent after use. Meanwhile, the mallow stem skin extracting solution is adsorbed by utilizing the graphene, and the extracting solution molecules contain a lot of-OH, so that the extracting solution molecules can enter the organizational structure of real silk fabrics, and the fibers can generate better cohesiveness, thereby improving the tensile property of the fabrics.

Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the foregoing description. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.
Claims (8)
1. The graphene waterproof agent for textile is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: the graphene material comprises a modified graphene material, silicon dioxide, resin, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and water.
2. The graphene waterproof agent for textile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the waterproof agent comprise, by mass: 0.5-5% of modified graphene material, 1-6% of silicon dioxide, 13-60% of resin, 0.5-8% of surfactant, 2-10% of assistant and the balance of water.
3. The graphene waterproof agent for textile use according to claim 2, wherein the modified graphene material comprises any one or more of graphene prepared by a chemical vapor deposition method, carbon dioxide supercritical expansion exfoliated graphene, chemically oxidized exfoliated graphene, coupling agent modified graphene oxide, amino polymer modified graphene oxide, cationic surfactant modified graphene oxide and bromododecane modified graphene oxide.
4. A graphene waterproof agent for textile according to claim 2, wherein the resin comprises any one or more of silicone resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, polyurethane and polyisocyanate.
5. The graphene waterproof agent for textile use according to claim 2, wherein the surfactant is a cationic surfactant.
6. A graphene waterproofing agent for textile according to claim 2, wherein the auxiliary comprises an initiator and a thickener; the weight ratio of the initiator to the thickener is (1:1) - (5: 3).
7. A graphene waterproofing agent according to claim 6 wherein the initiator comprises a persulfate and/or an oil-soluble azo.
8. The graphene waterproof agent for textile according to claim 6, wherein the thickener comprises one or more of diatomite, ammonium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyurethane.
