Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the novel cross-linking device 100 includes two cross-linking bodies 101 having the same or different lengths, wherein one end of each of the two cross-linking bodies 101 is formed with a hook groove 102 for hooking the rod 200, and the other end thereof is formed with a connection hole 103, and the two connection holes 103 are rotatably fixed to a connection block 105 by screws 104. The cross body 101 is fixed to the rod 200 by a set screw 106 near the top of the hook groove 102. The set screw 106 is located below the surface of the cross body 101. The cross body 101 is protruded downwardly to form a protrusion 107 for catching the rod 200. Two round bosses 108 which are clamped into the two connecting holes 103 are convexly formed on the surface of the connecting block 105, and the axes of the round bosses 108 are provided with threads of the connecting screws 104. The screw 104 is a pan head screw, and the head of the pan head screw is abutted against the surface of the transverse connecting body 101.
The invention designs a novel transverse connector, which comprises a transverse connector, a connecting block, a set screw and a pan head screw, wherein a transverse connecting hook and a transverse connecting rod in the prior art are combined into a whole to form the transverse connector, the part of a hook groove is designed into a phi 6 semicircular open type, the other end of the hook groove is designed with a phi 5 hole, and the two transverse connectors are combined through the connecting block for use in an operation.
1. Two transverse connecting bodies are selected according to the distance between two rows of nail rods (rod bodies 200), the length of the series of transverse connecting bodies is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45, the transverse connecting bodies can be freely combined, and if the distance of 80 is needed, the transverse connecting bodies can be composed of two 40 or 35 and 45.
2. One end of the transverse connecting body with the semi-circular hole with the diameter of 5 is abutted against the round rod, and the fastening screw is rotated by the screwdriver to make the transverse connecting body slightly contact with the rod (namely, the transverse connecting body is slightly clamped with the rod, and the transverse connecting body can rotate and slide around the rod with slight force). The locking design combining the phi 5 semicircular hole and the set screw ensures that the installation and the disassembly of the transverse connector and the rod are simpler, and a screwdriver for screwing the screw is arranged in the instrument bag per se and only needs to be borrowed, so that special instruments (instruments for installing and disassembling the traditional transverse connector) can be reduced.
3. The round boss of the connecting block is sleeved in the phi 5 hole at the other end of the transverse connecting body. The pan head screw of M3.5 was screwed in with a screwdriver, applying a slight force. The doctor can show the special condition of some patients and slide the two transverse connecting bodies along the rod in a crossed mode to a certain position, so that the two transverse connecting bodies are not required to be in a straight line (see fig. 2 and 3), the parts can rotate universally due to the matching design of the circular bosses on the connecting blocks and the connecting holes of the transverse connecting bodies, and the connecting blocks and the transverse connecting bodies can be guaranteed to be combined freely.
4. After the position of the transverse connecting body on the rod is adjusted, four screws (two set screws and two pan head screws) are screwed, and the screws can be screwed while being adjusted during actual operation. The distance from the axis of the threaded hole in the transverse connecting body to the circle center of the semi-circular hole with the diameter of 5mm is 4mm, the design of the size enables the torque effect of the combination of the set screw and the rod to be the best, and meanwhile, the two side faces of the transverse connecting body at the position protrude to 8.5mm, so that the strength of the transverse connecting body is guaranteed.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of additional similar elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present application and it is noted that numerous modifications and adaptations may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present application and are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
