Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological macromolecules, and particularly relates to an application method of a novel environment-friendly insect pheromone slow-release material.
Background
A bioinformatic is a substance secreted by an individual into the body and perceived by other individuals of the same species through the olfactory apparatus, causing the latter to exhibit a change in some behavioral, emotional, psychological or physiological mechanism. The biological pheromone mainly comprises sex pheromone, aggregation pheromone, alarm pheromone, tracing pheromone, mark pheromone and the like. At present, the biological pheromone is applied to insect pest control in agriculture and forestry, has high sensitivity and strong selectivity, is harmless to natural enemies, does not cause environmental pollution, replaces the prior traditional pesticide control technology, solves the problems of harm to health and environment caused by pesticide residue, and causes drug resistance of pests after long-term use.
In order for the bioinformatics to function properly when applied in the field, the insect pheromones are released into the space at a certain rate and are maintained for a considerable period of time, which requires various sustained release formulations. Most commonly used are rubber sheets and polyethylene pipes, but both suffer from disadvantages. The release time of the common rubber sheet is too short, the common rubber sheet generally loses efficacy after 15 days, the polyethylene pipe is formed by heating polyethylene and blending energy of pheromones, and the release amount of the pheromones is greatly discounted.
Patent CN201810414865.0 reports that a slow release carrier prepared from a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer (TPU) can solve the above problems, but the material is not biodegradable, generates secondary pollution, and has a certain pressure on the environment; CN201711388148.7 reports a sustained-release material prepared by using a degradable polymer as a raw material, but the preparation process is complex and the preparation method uses an organic solvent. For the above reasons, in order to save labor and time costs, there is a strong need for a novel environment-friendly sustained-release bioinformatics material having a long release time, a high release efficiency and a simple preparation process
