The disadvantage of cover plate encapsulation is that metal cover plates are easy to warp and deform, while glass cover plates are fragile and not suitable for developing flexible OLED technology, thin film encapsulation: the method is a mainstream OLED packaging process at present by depositing a thin film protective layer with a certain thickness to replace cover plate packaging. For outdoor irregular building glass, flexible OLED is the best choice, but the current flexible OLED technology cannot cope with outdoor environment.

s7, placing sealing strips around the substrate glass, wherein the sealing strips are provided with a plurality of semicircular notches, and the notches are used for mounting support columns;
s8, mounting a support column on the substrate glass;
s9, checking and cleaning the surface of the cover plate glass;
s10, placing cover plate glass into an OLED glass laminating machine, automatically adjusting laminating reference positions of the cover plate glass and substrate glass by the machine, and automatically placing the cover plate glass on the substrate glass by the machine and laminating;
s11, carrying out a power-on lighting test on the OLED screen;
s12, gluing and sealing the flat cable position by using a gluing machine, and waiting for curing;
s13, vacuumizing the UV adhesive to ensure that no bubbles exist in the UV adhesive;
s14, turning the glass with the OLED combined piece by 90 degrees through a workbench, vertically placing the glass, and simultaneously rotating the glass to ensure that a diagonal line is vertical to a horizontal plane;
s15, inserting a vacuumizing needle and a glue filling needle;
s16, vacuumizing a cavity after glass sheet combination for a period of time and then pouring glue;
s17, filling glue and vacuumizing at the same time until the cavity of the glass laminating sheet is filled with UV glue and no bubbles are generated;
s19, carrying out a power-on lighting test on the OLED screen;
s20, feeding the mixture into a double-sided UV furnace for curing.
