Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a key structure and a display device.
Background
The full-laminating display screen is formed by adhering the protective glass, the touch screen and the display screen together in a seamless mode, so that an air layer between the display screen and the touch screen is omitted, the thickness of the screen is thinner, the visual effect is perfectly presented, the dust entering probability is reduced, the picture is more transparent, and the display effect is enhanced.
However, the current full-lamination display screen cannot integrate the power control module and the infrared receiving module together, and further cannot achieve the technical effects of narrow frame and simplification of the full-lamination display screen.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a key structure, which aims to solve the technical problems that a power supply control module and an infrared receiving module cannot be integrated together in the conventional full-lamination display screen, and further the narrow frame and simplification of the full-lamination display screen cannot be achieved.
One aspect of the present invention provides a key structure, including: the key assembly comprises a frame, a key assembly and a key plate;
the key board is provided with a power supply control module, an infrared receiving module and a power supply indicator lamp; the frame comprises a key through hole; one end of the key assembly penetrates through the key through hole and protrudes out of the frame, and the other end of the key assembly is arranged on the inner side of the frame and is opposite to the power supply control module; when the one end of button subassembly received pressure, the other end of button subassembly with power control module group contact, and the extrusion power control module group.
Optionally, the key assembly includes: the key cap, the limiting structure and the elastic piece are arranged on the base;
the key cap penetrates through the key through hole, the first end of the key cap protrudes out of the frame, and the second end of the key cap is fixedly connected with the limiting structure; one side of the elastic part is limited in the limiting structure, and the other side of the elastic part is opposite to the power supply control module; the limiting structure and the elastic piece are arranged on the inner side of the frame.
Optionally, the elastic member includes: a fixed column and an elastic arm; the fixing columns are arranged at two ends of the elastic arm;
the limiting structure is provided with limiting holes, the limiting holes correspond to the fixing columns one to one, and the fixing columns are embedded into the limiting holes to limit the elastic pieces.
Optionally, the power control module includes a power control button, the infrared receiving module includes an infrared receiver, the power control button and the infrared receiver are both disposed on a first surface of the key board, the first surface is perpendicular to a plane where the bezel is located, and the power control button is disposed toward the elastic arm; and the signal receiving direction of the infrared receiver is parallel to the first surface and is vertically directed to the plane where the frame is located.
Optionally, a power indicator is further disposed on the first surface of the key sheet, and a light emitting direction of the power indicator is the same as a signal receiving direction of the infrared receiver.
Optionally, when the key cap has no external force, the distance between the elastic arm and the power control button is 0.1mm-0.3 mm.
Optionally, the button cap protrudes outside the frame by 0.8mm-1.2 mm.
Optionally, the method further includes: a glass layer; the glass layer covers the key assembly and the key board and is fit with the periphery of the frame.
Optionally, a bending part is further disposed on the inner side of the frame; the bent part is provided with a threaded hole; the key board is provided with a fixing hole; the fixing holes correspond to the threaded holes one to one; the fixing holes and the threaded holes are fixed through screws, so that the frame and the key board are fixed;
optionally, the surface area of the limiting structure is larger than that of the key cap, and an orthographic projection of the key cap on a first surface of the limiting structure, which is in contact with the key cap, falls in the first surface.
Optionally, the limiting structure is a cuboid, and the periphery of the cuboid is a fillet; one side of the limiting structure, which is close to the key cap, is clamped in the key through hole.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an aspect of the present invention provides a key structure, including:
referring to fig. 2, a power control module 31, an infrared receiving module 32 and a power indicator 33 are disposed on the key board 30; the frame 10 comprises a key through hole 11; one end of the key assembly 20 passes through the key through hole 11 and protrudes outside the frame 10, and the other end of the key assembly 20 is disposed inside the frame 10 and opposite to the power control module 31; when one end of the key assembly 20 is pressed, the other end of the key assembly 20 contacts the power control module 31, and presses the power control module 31.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the frame 10 is a frame of a key structure, and the key assembly 20 and the key board 30 are arranged oppositely, so that the width of the frame 10 can be reduced, and a narrow frame can be realized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the key sheet 30 is a PCB (printed circuit board), and the modules disposed on the key sheet 30 are connected by a circuit to realize control.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be a plurality of key assemblies, different key assemblies are used to control different objects, and other key assemblies may also be set using the key structure provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the key assembly 20 includes: a key cap 21, a limiting structure 22 and an elastic piece 23;
referring to fig. 3, the key cap 21 passes through the key through hole 11, and a first end of the key cap 21 protrudes out of the frame 10, and a second end of the key cap is connected to the limiting structure 22; one side of the elastic element 23 is limited in the limiting structure 22, and the other side is opposite to the power control module 31; the limiting structure 22 and the elastic element 23 are arranged on the inner side of the frame 10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the key cap 21 and the limiting structure 22 are relatively fixed, wherein the two may be integrally formed structures, or the two may be fixed after being formed separately, which is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the elastic member 23 includes: a fixed column 231 and an elastic arm 232; the fixing posts 231 are disposed at both ends of the elastic arm 232.
The fixing post 231 is inelastic, and the elastic arm 232 has certain elasticity.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the frame 10 is made of a metal material, such as aluminum, and the elastic arm 232 is made of plastic.
The limiting structure 22 is provided with limiting holes 221, the limiting holes 221 correspond to the fixing columns 231 one by one, and the fixing columns 231 are embedded in the limiting holes 221 to limit the elastic pieces 23.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the power control module 31 includes a power control button, the infrared receiving module 32 includes an infrared receiver, and the power control button and the infrared receiver are both disposed on the first surface of the key pad, wherein the power control button is disposed toward the elastic arm 232; and the signal receiving direction of the infrared receiver is parallel to the first surface and is vertically directed to the plane where the frame is located.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a power indicator 33 is further disposed on the first surface of the key sheet 30, and a light emitting direction of the power indicator 33 is the same as a signal receiving direction of the infrared receiver.
Wherein, with power control button 31, infrared receiver 32 and power indicator 33 integration on same keypad, can reduce power control button 31, infrared receiver 32 and power indicator 33's occupation space, reduce the width of frame, realize the simplification of button structure.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the key cap 21 has no external force, the distance between the elastic arm 232 and the power control button is 0.1mm to 0.3 mm.
In the embodiment of the invention, the key cap is made of metal material and has no elasticity.
When the distance between the elastic arm and the power supply control button is 0.1mm-0.3mm, the hand feeling of a user pressing the key cap can be optimal.
Optionally, the button cap 21 protrudes outside the frame 10 by 0.8mm to 1.2 mm.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: a glass layer 40; the glass layer 40 covers the key assembly 20 and the key sheet 30, and fits around the frame 10.
Referring to fig. 4, the glass layer 40 includes a silk-screen area 41 and a display area 42, the silk-screen area 41 is disposed around the display area 42, and an infrared receiver window 411 and a power indicator window 412 are disposed on the silk-screen area 41.
In the embodiment of the invention, the glass layer 40 is fixed by the frame, the infrared receiver window is arranged in the silk-screen area to prevent the infrared receiver from receiving signals, and the power indicator light window is arranged to enable light of the power indicator light to be emitted out without blocking.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a bending portion 12 is further disposed on an inner side of the frame 10; a threaded hole 121 is formed in the bent part 12; the key board 30 is provided with a fixing hole 34; the fixing holes 34 correspond to the threaded holes 121 one to one; the fixing holes 34 and the threaded holes 121 are fixed by screws, so as to fix the frame 10 and the key sheet 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the surface area of the limiting structure 22 is larger than the surface area of the key cap 21, and an orthographic projection of the key cap 21 on a first surface of the limiting structure 22, which is in contact with the key cap 21, falls in the first surface.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the limiting structure 22 is a cuboid, and the periphery of the cuboid is a rounded corner; the limiting structure 22 is close to the key, and one side of the limiting structure 21 is clamped in the key through hole 11.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the number of the bent portions 12 is two, the limiting structure 22 is disposed between the two bent portions 12, and a rounded corner 122 matched with the rounded corner of the limiting structure 22 is disposed on one side of each of the two bent portions 12 opposite to the limiting structure 22, so as to limit the limiting structure 22.
Referring to fig. 2, the number of the fixing holes 34 is two, and the fixing holes 34 correspond to the bending portions 12 one to one; the power control button 31 is arranged between the two fixing holes 34; the power indicator lamp 33 is arranged on one side of the fixing hole 34 far away from the power control button 31; the infrared receiver 32 is disposed on a side of the power indicator 33 away from the fixing hole 34.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the power control button 31, the fixing hole 34, the infrared receiver 32, and the power indicator 33 are disposed on the key board 30 as shown in fig. 2, so that the power control button, the infrared receiver, and the power indicator can be integrated on one key board and then installed in cooperation with the frame, thereby reducing the space occupied by the power control button, the infrared receiver, and the power indicator in the display panel.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the bent portion 12 is disposed on an inner side of the first side 13 of the frame 10, and a preset space X is provided between the bent portion 12 close to the second side 14 of the frame 10 and the second side 14 of the frame 10, and the power indicator 33 and the infrared receiver 32 are disposed in the preset space X; wherein the first edge 13 and the second edge 14 are connected.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the above arrangement of the bent portion 12 can, on one hand, limit the position of the limiting structure 22, and on the other hand, a preset space is left between the bent portion and the frame for placing the power indicator and the infrared receiver, so as not to affect the light emission of the power indicator and the signal reception of the infrared receiver.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, when the user presses the key cap 21, the limiting structure 22 and the elastic member 23 move toward the inner side of the frame 10, so that the middle part of the elastic arm contacts with the power control button on the key board, and presses the power control button to realize control, and after the force of the user pressing the key cap 21 disappears, the key assembly 20 returns to the original state due to the elastic force of the elastic arm itself.
When the elastic arm is contacted with the power supply control button, the control button structure is switched on or off, and the power supply indicator lamp is simultaneously controlled to be switched on or off.
Referring to fig. 5(a), when the external force of the key cap 21 is removed, the middle portion of the elastic arm 232 presses the power control button 31 and the elastic arm 232 bends, and referring to fig. 5(b), the elastic arm 232 returns to its original shape by the elastic force of the power control button 31 and itself.
Another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a display device, including the key structure as described in any one of the above items.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for all-in-one equipment such as electronic whiteboards, labels, conference machines and the like.
