本发明公开了一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的内部设置有活动铁芯组件,所述活动铁芯组件的顶部设置有隔磁管组件,所述活动铁芯组件由从下自上堆叠设置的密封件扣板、不锈钢弹片、垫圈、膜片和活动铁芯构成,所述隔磁管组件由固定铁芯与隔磁管构成,且所述隔磁管套设在固定铁芯的外部,且两者焊接固定;所述固定铁芯的底端面朝向活动铁芯的顶端面;活动铁芯组件采用了膜片式结构,起到隔离作用;密封部分采用了硫化,增加了密封面积,对于阀口起到更好的密封;在满足工作要求的情况下,低功率线圈也能实现。

技术领域
本发明属于电磁阀技术领域,具体涉及一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀。
背景技术
通常用比例电磁阀设计工作原理是,电磁线圈与铁芯弹簧之间形成的比例关系,当电压(电流)的升高,线圈功率升高,克服弹簧力,从而形成比例关系,但是阀口越大,弹簧力越大,电磁线圈功率就要越大;为了解决阀口越大线圈功率越大的问题,本发明提供一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,以解决了与气体的压力不形成电磁力的关系。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的内部设置有活动铁芯组件,所述活动铁芯组件的顶部设置有隔磁管组件,所述活动铁芯组件由从下自上堆叠设置的密封件扣板、不锈钢弹片、垫圈、膜片和活动铁芯构成,所述隔磁管组件由固定铁芯与隔磁管构成,且所述隔磁管套设在固定铁芯的外部,且两者焊接固定;所述固定铁芯的底端面朝向活动铁芯的顶端面。
优选的,所述隔磁管组件与活动铁芯组件之间还设置有用于分隔的不锈钢垫片。
优选的,所述隔磁管组件上还安装有线圈,所述线圈通过螺栓与阀体固定连接。
优选的,所述垫圈的外圈处还安装有O型圈A,所述O型圈A与隔磁管组件的底端面密封贴合。
优选的,所述阀体的侧边由上自下依次开设有出水口和进水口,所述出水口与进水口的开口处边缘还安装有O型圈B。
优选的,所述进水口的顶部处形成有主阀口,所述活动铁芯组件的底端处于主阀口的内部,所述主阀口与O型圈B呈相通状。
优选的,所述活动铁芯组件的底端面中部处开设有向上延伸的孔一,该孔一的顶部开设有向上延伸的孔二,所述孔二的顶部开设有向上延伸的孔三。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
活动铁芯组件采用了膜片式结构,起到隔离作用;密封部分采用了硫化,增加了密封面积,对于阀口起到更好的密封;在满足工作要求的情况下,低功率线圈也能实现。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,包括阀体1,阀体1的内部设置有活动铁芯组件,活动铁芯组件采用了膜片式结构,起到隔离作用;密封部分采用了硫化,增加了密封面积,对于主阀口12起到更好的密封;在满足工作要求的情况下,低功率线圈也能实现,活动铁芯组件的顶部设置有隔磁管组件4,活动铁芯组件由从下自上堆叠设置的密封件扣板10、不锈钢弹片9、垫圈8、膜片7和活动铁芯6构成,隔磁管组件4由固定铁芯与隔磁管构成,且隔磁管套设在固定铁芯的外部,且两者焊接固定;固定铁芯的底端面朝向活动铁芯6的顶端面。
本实施例中,优选的,隔磁管组件4与活动铁芯组件之间还设置有用于分隔的不锈钢垫片5。
本实施例中,优选的,隔磁管组件4上还安装有线圈3,线圈3通过螺栓与阀体1固定连接。
本实施例中,优选的,垫圈8的外圈处还安装有O型圈A2,O型圈A2与隔磁管组件4的底端面密封贴合。
本实施例中,优选的,阀体1的侧边由上自下依次开设有出水口和进水口,出水口与进水口的开口处边缘还安装有O型圈B11。
本实施例中,优选的,进水口的顶部处形成有主阀口12,活动铁芯组件的底端处于主阀口12的内部,主阀口12与O型圈B11呈相通状。
本实施例中,优选的,活动铁芯组件的底端面中部处开设有向上延伸的孔一,该孔一的顶部开设有向上延伸的孔二,孔二的顶部开设有向上延伸的孔三。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明在使用时,气体经过孔一、孔二、孔三,进入膜片7上腔,上腔的面积大于主阀口12,在不锈钢弹片9的作用下封住主阀口12;当电磁线圈3通电后,随着电流升高克服不锈钢弹片5,逐渐拉动活动铁芯6,橡胶脱离主阀口12,当橡胶体离开阀口12,膜片7上腔气压与膜片7下方气压形成平衡,从而继续在电磁力不断提升的电流升高或电压升高的状态;按比例拉升活动铁芯6的移动距离,达到电流、电压的升高与密封件的开合距离形成比例关系,从而与流量形成比例关系,因为活动铁芯6与静铁芯吸合时,会产生较大的吸合力,为了让活动铁芯6能在电压、电流减小后能及时往下移动,中间增加了一片不锈钢垫片5,使得活动铁芯6与静铁芯不会相接触,并且能在电压、电流微调动下能按比例向下移动,当按比例移动到密封件封住阀口12后,气压在膜片7上腔形成压力,在不锈钢弹片9作用下封住阀口12。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的内部设置有活动铁芯组件,所述活动铁芯组件的顶部设置有隔磁管组件(4),所述活动铁芯组件由从下自上堆叠设置的密封件扣板(10)、不锈钢弹片(9)、垫圈(8)、膜片(7)和活动铁芯(6)构成,所述隔磁管组件(4)由固定铁芯与隔磁管构成,且所述隔磁管套设在固定铁芯的外部,且两者焊接固定;所述固定铁芯的底端面朝向活动铁芯(6)的顶端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述隔磁管组件(4)与活动铁芯组件之间还设置有用于分隔的不锈钢垫片(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述隔磁管组件(4)上还安装有线圈(3),所述线圈(3)通过螺栓与阀体(1)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述垫圈(8)的外圈处还安装有O型圈A(2),所述O型圈A(2)与隔磁管组件(4)的底端面密封贴合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的侧边由上自下依次开设有出水口和进水口,所述出水口与进水口的开口处边缘还安装有O型圈B(11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述进水口的顶部处形成有主阀口(12),所述活动铁芯组件的底端处于主阀口(12)的内部,所述主阀口(12)与O型圈B(11)呈相通状。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种小功率大流量比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述活动铁芯组件的底端面中部处开设有向上延伸的孔一,该孔一的顶部开设有向上延伸的孔二,所述孔二的顶部开设有向上延伸的孔三。
