Background

When a train is marshalled, in order to prevent the support frame from being not taken out after the butt joint of the car couplers, the support frame needs to be taken out after the car couplers at two ends are stably hung by using ropes before the butt joint of the car couplers, and the ropes are removed after the connection of the car couplers is finished. The prior art has complex operation and low maintenance efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1, a coupler support assembly, the assembly comprising:
the lifting device comprises a bottom plate 1, a lifting hydraulic cylinder 2 and a supporting block 3, wherein the lifting hydraulic cylinder 2 is fixed on the bottom plate 1, and the supporting block 3 is movably arranged at the top end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 2;

The supporting block 3 is the part connected with the coupler, and the middle part of the upper part of the supporting block 3 is provided with a groove 32 into which the cylindrical coupler can be placed to prevent sliding. Felt strips 33 are adhered to the surfaces of the grooves 32 to prevent paint on the surfaces of the couplers from being damaged when the couplers are contacted. The two ends of the supporting block 3 are respectively provided with a sliding hole 31 which is sleeved on the sliding columns at the two sides, so that the supporting block can be prevented from tilting left and right in the lifting process.
Referring to fig. 3, the main device for realizing the lifting function is a lifting hydraulic cylinder 2, a lifting hydraulic cylinder base 21 is fixed on a bottom plate 1, and the top of the lifting hydraulic cylinder base is connected with a supporting block 3. When the height of the supporting block 3 needs to be increased, the pressing handle 22 of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 2 is continuously pressed, so that the lifting rod 24 is lifted until the groove part of the supporting block 3 can be completely contacted with the surface of the coupler. When the supporting block height needs to be reduced, only the exhaust valve 23 of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 2 needs to be opened.
Referring to fig. 4, two ends of the bottom plate 1 are respectively provided with a sliding column 11, one end of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a first sliding column, and the other end of the supporting block 3 is provided with a second sliding column. The two ends of the bottom plate 1 are respectively provided with a sliding column 11, the two ends of the supporting block 3 are respectively provided with a sliding hole 31, and the sliding holes 31 are sleeved in the sliding columns 11, so that when the lifting hydraulic cylinder 2 moves in the vertical direction, the sliding holes 31 move in the vertical direction along the sliding columns 11 synchronously.
The first slide hole is sleeved on the first slide column, and the second slide hole is sleeved on the second slide column, or the first slide hole is sleeved on the second slide column, and the second slide hole is sleeved on the first slide column.
The two ends of the bottom plate 1 are respectively provided with a sliding column, the sliding holes 31 at the two ends of the supporting block 3 are sleeved into the sliding columns 11 in normal work, and in the process of lifting or descending the supporting block 3, the sliding holes 31 at the two ends synchronously lift or descend along the sliding columns 11, and meanwhile, the stability of the sliding block in the displacement process is kept.
The height of the car coupler can be adjusted through a hydraulic device, the supporting frame is placed before the two sections of car couplers are separated, the height of the supporting frame is adjusted through the hydraulic lifting function of the car coupler lifting device according to actual conditions, and the car coupler does not need to be lifted by follow-up manpower. Meanwhile, when the train braiding group is used for butting the car coupler, the supporting device does not need to be taken out, and after the car coupler is connected, the device can be taken out by reducing the height of the supporting frame.
This application is applied to the support of coupling, compares in traditional strutting arrangement, and it has increased height-adjustable's function, and the cooperation between the traveller of base both sides and the supporting shoe slide opening, has strengthened the stability of device. slowly raising the supporting block until the car coupler is contacted with the surface of the groove part of the supporting block, disconnecting the car coupler after the car coupler is stabilized by the supporting block, and keeping the original height unchanged after the car coupler is separated;
when the coupler needs to be butted, the height of the supporting device is adjusted to ensure that the coupler is kept at the same height in the butting process;
after the butt joint is completed, the height of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is reduced, and when the edge part of the groove is lower than the lowest point of the car coupler, the car coupler supporting device is moved out.
After the train is disassembled, the car coupler between two carriages needs to be supported, and the car coupler is prevented from being damaged due to long-time drooping. Before the coupler is disconnected, after an operator reduces the device to the lowest height, the lower parts of the couplers at two ends are respectively placed, and the position of the whole device is adjusted to enable the groove part of the supporting block to be positioned under the coupler. And slowly raising the supporting block until the bottom of the car coupler can be completely supported by the supporting block, disconnecting the two car couplers after the car couplers at the two ends are stably supported, and keeping the original height unchanged after the two car couplers are separated. Similarly, after the single-car overhaul process is completed, the car couplers between the two carriages need to be butted, and operating personnel can adjust the height of the supporting device according to actual conditions in the butting process, so that the two car couplers are ensured to be kept at the same height in the butting process. After the butt joint is completed, the height of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is reduced, and when the edge part of the groove is lower than the lowest point of the car coupler, the whole device is moved out.

Meanwhile, when the train braiding group is used for butting the car coupler, the supporting device does not need to be taken out, and after the car coupler is connected, the device can be taken out by reducing the height of the supporting frame.

6. A coupler support method, the method comprising:
