Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shoe manufacturing, in particular to an anti-skidding sole and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
The sole, in a broad sense, may include all of the materials that make up the base, such as an outsole, midsole, and heel. In a narrow sense, only the outsole is referred to, and the common characteristics of the general sole materials should have the characteristics of wear resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance, good elasticity, easy adaptation to the foot shape, difficult deformation after shaping, heat preservation, easy moisture absorption and the like, and simultaneously should be matched with the midsole to have the brake function of preventing slipping and easy stopping when the foot is changed during walking. The sole materials are of various types and can be divided into natural base materials and synthetic base materials. The natural bottom materials comprise natural bottom leather, bamboo, wood and the like, and the synthetic bottom materials comprise rubber, plastics, rubber and plastic combined materials, regenerated leather, elastic hardboard and the like.
The sole is as the foundation structure of various shoes, and its non-skid property, compliance etc. all need to reach specific requirement, and the sole of especially old shoes is superior than general shoes non-skid property, and present sole mostly only has great non-skid property in a direction, can't play comprehensive antiskid.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings and provide a technical solution to solve the above-mentioned problems.
The utility model provides an anti-skidding sole, includes the sole body, and the bottom of sole body is equipped with the antiskid groove, and the array distribution shaping in the antiskid groove has the anti-skidding gluey piece, and the bottom surface of anti-skidding gluey piece is the arc inclined plane, and adjacent anti-skidding gluey piece sets up and opposite direction side by side, and the bottom on arc inclined plane surpasss the notch in antiskid groove.
Furthermore, square notches are formed at two ends of the arc-shaped inclined plane.
Furthermore, the bottom of the front end of the sole body is provided with a front end tilting part of 5-10 degrees.
Furthermore, the bottom of the rear end of the sole body is provided with a rear end tilting part of 10-20 degrees.
Furthermore, the sole body comprises 50 parts of butyl rubber, 10 parts of propyl methacrylate, 5 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of a softener and 30 parts of a dyeing adhesive in parts by weight.
A manufacturing process of an anti-skid sole comprises the following steps:
(1) designing a hot-pressing mold according to the anti-skid sole;
(2) taking 50 parts of butyl rubber according to the mass parts, adding 10 parts of propyl methacrylate, 5 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of softener and 30 parts of dyeing glue, rolling, pressing and uniformly mixing to obtain a rubber raw material;
(3) carrying out water treatment on the rubber raw material in the step (2) to obtain a rubber blank;
(4) putting the rubber blank in the step (3) into the rubber mould in the step (1), heating to 155-160 ℃, and maintaining for 300 seconds;
(5) opening the mould and cooling to obtain a semi-finished product of the anti-skid sole;
(6) and (5) removing corner waste to obtain the finished product of the antiskid sole.
Further, the softening agent is one of aliphatic hydrocarbon oil, naphthenic oil and aromatic hydrocarbon oil.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the anti-skid shoe sole is novel in structure, the shoe sole is made of the butyl rubber, the anti-skid performance of the shoe sole is enhanced, the anti-skid rubber blocks of the arc-shaped shoe upper are arranged side by side and opposite in direction, and the multi-directional anti-skid effect is achieved.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
