Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the sound box provided by the present application includes a band 1, a speaker 2 and a controller.
The belt body 1 can be rolled into a ring structure and also can be unfolded into a strip structure in a non-closed state.
The speaker 2 is mounted on the band 1, and when the band 1 is in a curled state, the sound field direction of the speaker 2 is toward the outside of the band 1, i.e. away from the center of the ring structure.
The controller is mounted on the belt body 1 and is generally disposed inside the belt body 1. The controller is electrically connected to the speaker 2 and controls the operation state of the speaker 2, which may include on, off, volume intensity, and the like.
The sound box with the structure has the beneficial effects that:
this audio amplifier can curl to annular structure, and when using, the user can erect the audio amplifier after curling into the tube-shape on desktop or other types of platform, also can hang the audio amplifier cover and place on the column object of different thickness.
Particularly, the loudspeaker box can meet the use requirements in various mobile scenes. For example, the sound box can be rolled on a handlebar or a body of a bicycle, and is suitable for use scenes of personal mobile vehicles; the sound box can be rolled on a shoulder belt, a waist belt, a chest belt or other closed belts of a backpack, and is suitable for outdoor use scenes; the loudspeaker box can be rolled on a steering wheel of an automobile, and is suitable for use scenes in the automobile. Therefore, the loudspeaker box is less limited by the environment and has higher portability.
In practical applications, the structure of the belt body 1 has various schemes.
For example, in one embodiment, one end of the belt body 1 is provided with a first connecting structure, and the other end is provided with a second connecting structure, and the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure can be detachably connected together by a buckle, or a magnetic attraction or other means. Or the strap body 1 adopts a watch strap structure of a watch.
For another example, in another embodiment, the belt body 1 includes a belt-shaped substrate 101 and a memory strip 102. The band-shaped substrate 101 may be made of a relatively soft material. The memory bar 102 may be made of memory metal, such as steel bar. The memory strip 102 extends along the length direction of the strip-shaped substrate 101, and the memory strip 102 and the strip-shaped substrate 101 need to be fixedly connected, the memory strip 102 can be attached to the surface of the strip-shaped substrate 101, and preferably, the memory strip 102 is embedded in the strip-shaped substrate 101, so that the memory strip 102 is prevented from being exposed on the outer surface of the sound box. At this moment, the belt body 1 adopts a snap ring type structure, and by utilizing the structural characteristics of the snap ring, the belt body 1 can be suitable for columnar objects with different thicknesses, and the belt body 1 can be conveniently fixed on the columnar objects and can be easily taken down from the columnar objects.
Optionally, in one embodiment, there are two memory bars 102, and the speaker 2 is disposed between the two memory bars 102. Compared with the scheme of a single memory strip 102, the two memory strips 102 can optimize the curling effect of the belt body 1, and effectively avoid the belt body 1 from loosening.
Further, in one embodiment, there are at least two speakers 2, each speaker 2 is electrically connected to the controller, and all the speakers 2 are sequentially distributed along the length direction of the belt body 1. Specifically, set up a plurality of speakers 2 on the area body 1, a plurality of speakers 2 can parallel equidistance distribute for the sound field of audio amplifier is towards a plurality of directions, optimizes the audio of audio amplifier.
Further, in one embodiment, the speaker 2 has a bar structure, and the speaker 2 extends along the width direction of the belt body 1. With this configuration, when the length of the belt body 1 is limited, the sound-generating area of the speaker 2 can be increased by increasing the length of the speaker 2.
Further, in one embodiment, the number of speakers 2 exposed to the environment is different considering that the thickness of the cylindrical object wound by the band 1 is different, which results in different diameters of the ring structure surrounded by the band 1. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the larger the size of the columnar structure around which the tape 1 is wound, the larger the number of speakers 2 at the outermost layer, and the smaller the number of speakers 2 to be shielded inside the tape 1. Therefore, in this embodiment, the sound box further includes distance detection modules 3, the distance detection modules 3 are installed on the band body 1, the distance detection modules 3 correspond to the speakers 2 one by one, and each distance detection module 3 is electrically connected to the controller; when the distance detection module 3 detects that a shielding object exists in the preset distance, the controller controls the corresponding loudspeaker 2 to be closed. Specifically, the distance detection module 3 detects that the direction is the same as the sound field direction of the corresponding loudspeaker 2. The working principle and the specific structure of the distance detection module 3 can refer to the distance sensor in the prior art. The preset distance refers to the distance between two adjacent layers of the belt bodies 1 which are overlapped together after the belt bodies 1 are wound into an annular structure, and the preset distance can be several millimeters. When the speakers 2 are shielded inside the band 1 and not exposed to the environment, the speakers 2 are controlled to be turned off by default to make the sounds silent, so as to reduce the power consumption of the sound box.
Further, in an embodiment, considering that the cylindrical object wound by the belt body 1 may be a variable diameter object, if the sectional area of one end of the cylindrical object is larger and the sectional area of the other end is smaller, the belt body 1 will have a certain taper, and at this time, for the speakers 2 located at the overlapped and non-overlapped junction positions of the belt body 1, a part of the speakers 2 will be shielded by the belt body 1, and another part will be located in the environment. In order to ensure the sound effect of the sound box, the loudspeaker 2 which is completely shielded is required to be closed, and the loudspeaker 2 which is not shielded and is partially shielded normally sounds. Therefore, in the present embodiment, each distance detection module 3 includes two distance detection elements 301, and one speaker 2 and two distance detection elements 301 form a set of sound generation parts, and in the same set of sound generation parts, the first distance detection element 301, the speaker 2 and the second distance detection element 301 are sequentially distributed along the width direction of the belt body 1. When both the distance detection elements 301 detect that a blocking object exists within the preset distance, the controller controls the corresponding speaker 2 to be turned off.
Further, in one embodiment, the band 1 is provided with a wired audio interface 4 and a wireless audio module 5. Specifically, the wireless audio module 5 may adopt a bluetooth module, for example, a dual-mode bluetooth module is specifically adopted, and the wireless audio module 5 may also adopt wifi, or 5G, or other wireless transmission modes. The loudspeaker box is simultaneously provided with two wired and wireless audio modules, so that a user can flexibly select the audio modules according to requirements, and the application range of the loudspeaker box is widened.
Further, in an embodiment, the wireless audio module 5 is electrically connected to the controller, the wireless audio module 5 is configured to obtain an external control instruction, and the controller is configured to adjust the working state of the speaker 2 according to the external control instruction. Specifically, after the speaker 2 is controlled according to the detection result of the distance detection module 3, the speaker 2 is in a default open/close state. The wireless audio module 5 can perform data transmission with the distance detection module 3 or the controller, and uploads the default opening and closing state of the loudspeaker 2 to the upper computer. In the default state, the user can also directly send an external control instruction to the wireless audio module 5 through the upper computer to adjust the working states of the loudspeaker 2, such as on/off and volume, so as to meet the requirements of different users.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
