The powder coating is 100% solid coating, basically has no VOC emission, the sprayed powder can be recycled during coating, the powder coating has the characteristics of resource saving, energy saving, no pollution, high labor productivity, convenience for realizing automatic coating and the like, and is generally recognized as 4E type coating with high production efficiency, excellent coating performance, ecological protection and economy.
Due to the characteristics of powder coatings, the development and production of powder coatings have been rapidly developed in recent years, and with the research and development of powder coatings and coating technologies, the variety of powder coatings is increasingly improved, for example, transparent powder coatings are gradually replacing solvent-based varnishes for finishing the surfaces of automobiles and the like, and the current powder coatings have the defects of higher baking fixed line temperature and longer baking time. The higher baking temperature brings great difficulty to the coating of thermosensitive substrates such as plastics, wood, soldering tin metal parts and the like, limits the expansion of the application range of the powder coating, has longer baking time, longer production period of products and low production efficiency. The curing temperature of the low-temperature curing powder coating is generally 140-16 ℃, and the development of the low-temperature fixing powder coating has very important significance in terms of saving energy, reducing cost, improving efficiency and expanding the application range of powder. The low-temperature curing of the powder coating is realized with great technical difficulty, the curing process of the powder coating is a low-temperature latent curing system, and the stability of the powder coating in the melting, extruding and storing processes is influenced if the chemical reaction activity ratio of the system at a lower temperature is higher; the polyester resin for the powder coating generally has a high softening point, and the melt viscosity of the polyester resin is low at low temperature, so that the storage stability of the powder coating is poor, the powder coating is usually stored at low temperature, inconvenience is brought to use, and meanwhile, when the polyester resin is baked and solidified at low temperature for a long time, a layer of frosting substance is separated out on the surface of the powder coating, the luster of the coating is reduced, and the appearance of the coating is influenced.
For example, the coating of the polyester transparent powder coating disclosed in CN108300177A and CN108034337A needs to be improved in transparency and leveling property, film coating property, anti-blooming property, boiling resistance and weather resistance.
Based on the above, the invention designs a polyester transparent powder coating and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.

50-60 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polyester resin, 4-6 parts of trimethylolpropane, 2-4 parts of trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate, 5-7 parts of adipic acid, 11-17 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 6-10 parts of isophthalic acid, 0.5-1.2 parts of antifrost and 0.5-5 parts of auxiliary agent.
Preferably, the antifrost agent adopts 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1, 3-propylene glycol.

Claims (10)
1. A polyester transparent powder coating is characterized in that: comprises the following components by weight:
50-60 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polyester resin, 4-6 parts of trimethylolpropane, 2-4 parts of trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate, 5-7 parts of adipic acid, 11-17 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 6-10 parts of isophthalic acid, 0.5-1.2 parts of antifrost and 0.5-5 parts of auxiliary agent.
2. A polyester transparent powder coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antifrost agent adopts 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1, 3-propylene glycol.
3. A polyester transparent powder coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the auxiliary agent comprises an accelerator, a light stabilizer, a loosening agent, a curing agent and an antioxidant.
4. The polyester transparent powder coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 3, characterized in that: the accelerator is one of quaternary ammonium bromide salt and N-methyl sulfo-p-benzenesulfonamide.
5. The polyester transparent powder coating according to claim 4, wherein: the curing agent is a mixture of isocyanate, amino resin and dimethyl imidazole, and the weight ratio of the curing agent to the amino resin is 1:1: 0.5.
6. The polyester transparent powder coating according to claim 5, wherein: the light stabilizer is a hindered amine light stabilizer.
7. The polyester transparent powder coating according to claim 4, wherein: the defoaming agent is conventional emulsified silicone oil.
8. A preparation method of polyester transparent powder coating is characterized by comprising the following steps: the raw material of the polyester transparent powder coating is as defined in any one of claims 1 to 7, and comprises the following steps:
s1: uniformly mixing and crushing the hydroxyl-terminated polyester resin, the antifrost agent and the auxiliary agent, and then sequentially carrying out extrusion, compaction, cooling and coarse crushing to obtain a mixture I;
s2: uniformly mixing trimethylolpropane, trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate, adipic acid, methyl propylene glycol and isophthalic acid with the mixture I, crushing, and then sequentially extruding, compacting, cooling, finely crushing and screening to obtain the polyester transparent powder coating.
9. The transparent polyester powder coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 8, wherein: the particle size of the powder sieved in the S2 is 25-35 mu m.
10. The transparent polyester powder coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 8, wherein: the extrusion temperature in the S1 and S2 is 90-100 ℃.
