Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a schematic structural view of a protective film peeling system provided in a first aspect of the present invention, the protective film peeling system 10 comprising:
a steel needle 11, a top end of the steel needle 11 being configured to contact the protective film 20 on the display panel 30 and jack up the protective film 20;
a pressure sensor 12, wherein the pressure sensor 12 is connected with the bottom end of the steel needle 11, and is configured to obtain the current pressure N1 of the steel needle 11 to the pressure sensor 12 along the axial direction of the steel needle when the top end of the steel needle 11 is in contact with the protective film;
a control device 13, the control device 13 is connected with the pressure sensor 12, and is configured to apply a downward pressure to the pressure sensor 12, so that the steel needle 11 moves towards the protective film 20 under the pushing of the pressure sensor 12; the control device 13 is further configured to acquire the current pressure N1 of the pressure sensor 12, determine whether the current pressure N1 is within a preset pressure range, and adjust the magnitude of the down pressure when the current pressure N1 is not within the preset pressure range.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in an initial state, referring to fig. 1, the axial direction of the steel needle 11 is perpendicular to the plane where the protective film is located, a certain distance is provided between the top end of the steel needle 11 and the protective film, the control device 13 applies a pressing force N0 to the pressure sensor, under the action of the pressing force N0, the pressure sensor N0 moves towards the protective film, and further pushes the steel needle 11 to move towards the protective film 20 until the top end of the steel needle 11 contacts the protective film 20, referring to fig. 2, at this time, the steel needle 11 has a pressing force N2 against the protective film 20, and the protective film has a reaction force against the steel needle, and this force is transmitted as a force of the steel needle 11 against the pressure sensor, which is the current pressing force N1, where N2 and N1 are the same in size and opposite in direction.
Wherein, due to the resistance effect of the piezoresistor in the pressure sensor 12, an electric signal proportional to the current pressure N1 is generated, the pressure sensor transmits the electric signal to the control device, the control device obtains the current pressure N1 by calculating the electric signal, then compares the current pressure N1 with a preset pressure range, adjusts the down pressure N0 if the current pressure N1 is not in the preset pressure range, and then continues to detect the current pressure N1 until the current pressure N1 is in the preset pressure range.

Calculating the difference between the current pressure N1 and the second boundary value: x2=second boundary value-N1; the adjusted downforce = N0-vX2. After the pressure is adjusted, the adjusted current pressure is still not within the preset pressure range, and the adjustment is continued until the current pressure N1 is within the preset pressure range.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the excessive current pressure N1 is used to jack up the protective film, the display panel will be damaged, and if the too small current pressure N1 is used, the contact between the steel needle 11 and the protective film 20 will be not tight, so that the protective film cannot be jacked up, and therefore, the current pressure needs to be ensured to be within the preset pressure range.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control device 13 is further configured to determine the number of times of adjustment of the pressing force, and send out alarm information when the number of times is greater than a preset threshold.
When the adjustment times of the down force is larger than a preset threshold value, the current pressure N1 cannot be enabled to be in a preset pressure range after the adjustment of the preset threshold value, and the system is indicated to have faults, alarm information is sent out, so that an engineer can acquire the fault information, process the fault information in time, and stable process is guaranteed.

4. A protective film peeling method, characterized by being applied to the protective film peeling system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
when the axial direction of the steel needle is perpendicular to the plane where the protective film is located, applying initial downward pressure to the pressure sensor by adopting the control device;
the steel needle is pushed by the pressure sensor, so that the top end of the steel needle is contacted with the protective film; when the top end of the steel needle is in contact with the protective film, the axial direction of the steel needle is perpendicular to the plane where the protective film is located;
the control device acquires the current pressure of the pressure sensor and judges whether the current pressure is within a preset pressure range;
when the current pressure is not in the preset pressure range, the control device adjusts the magnitude of the downward pressure;
contacting the top end of the steel needle with the protective film under the condition of the adjusted downward pressure until the current pressure is within the preset pressure range;
and under the adjusted current pressure, rotating the steel needle by taking the top end of the steel needle as a fixed point, so that the axial direction of the steel needle and the included angle of the protective film are acute angles, and controlling the steel needle to jack up the protective film.
5. The peeling method according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising:
the control device controls the clamp to clamp the jacked protection film.
6. A control method of the protective film peeling system, characterized by being applied to the protective film peeling system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
acquiring the current pressure of the pressure sensor, and judging whether the current pressure is within a preset pressure range;
and when the current pressure is not in the preset pressure range, adjusting the magnitude of the downward pressure, and executing the step of acquiring the current pressure of the pressure sensor and judging whether the current pressure is in the preset pressure range or not until the adjusted current pressure is in the preset pressure range.

The control method according to claim 6, characterized by, before said acquiring the current pressure of the pressure sensor, determining whether the current pressure is within a preset pressure range, further comprising: receiving the preset pressure range input by a user; the preset pressure range includes: a first boundary value and a second boundary value; the first boundary value is less than or equal to the second boundary value.
8. The control method according to claim 7, wherein the adjusting the magnitude of the depression force when the current pressure is not within the preset pressure range includes:
when the current pressure is smaller than the first boundary value, determining a difference value between the first boundary value and the current pressure, and increasing the downward pressure of the pressure sensor according to the first difference value;
and when the current pressure is greater than the second boundary value, determining a difference value between the second boundary value and the current pressure, and reducing the downward pressure on the pressure sensor according to the first difference value.
9. The control method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
and determining the adjustment times of applying the downward pressure to the pressure sensor, and sending out alarm information when the times are larger than a preset threshold value.
