In view of the above, the invention provides a universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair which solves the problem of single function of the existing wheelchair.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the present invention is to provide a universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair, comprising: the lifting mechanism comprises a chassis, a driving motor, a roller assembly, a lifting screw rod and a first lifting guide rail, wherein the driving motor is connected to the chassis, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the roller assembly, one end of the lifting screw rod is rotatably connected to one surface of the chassis far away from the ground, the axis of the lifting screw rod is parallel to a horizontal plane, and the first lifting guide rail is fixedly connected to one surface of the chassis far away from the ground; the lifting mechanism comprises a seat plate, a connecting rod assembly, a lifting sliding block, a second lifting guide rail, a lifting transmission block, a pitching screw rod and a pitching guide rail, wherein the connecting rod assembly is composed of connecting rods which are connected with each other in a rotating way, is positioned between the chassis and the seat plate, and is respectively connected with the seat plate and the chassis in a rotating way; the second lifting guide rail is fixedly connected to one surface of the seat plate, which is close to the chassis, and the lifting slide block is connected to one end of the connecting rod assembly, which is far away from the end rotationally connected with the seat plate and the chassis, and is respectively in sliding fit with the first lifting guide rail and the second lifting guide rail; the lifting transmission block is connected to one end of the connecting rod assembly, which is close to the chassis, and is in threaded fit with the lifting screw rod; one end of the pitching screw rod is rotationally connected to one surface of the seat plate, which is close to the chassis, and the axis of the pitching screw rod is parallel to a horizontal plane, and the pitching guide rail is fixedly connected to one surface of the seat plate, which is close to the chassis; the pitching mechanism comprises a chair back, a pitching adjusting piece, handrails, a handrail connecting piece, a pitching sliding block and a pitching transmission block, wherein the chair back is in transmission connection with the seat plate, the pitching adjusting piece comprises a rotating rod, a pitching transmission rod, a pitching connecting rod and a sliding supporting piece, two ends of the rotating rod are respectively in rotary connection with one end of the pitching transmission rod and the chair back, one end of the pitching transmission rod, which is far away from the rotating rod, is in rotary connection with one end of the pitching connecting rod, and one end of the pitching connecting rod, which is far away from the pitching transmission rod, is in rotary connection with the chassis; the sliding support piece is fixedly connected to the pitching transmission rod, and the pitching sliding block is connected to one end, far away from the pitching transmission rod, of the sliding support piece and is in sliding fit with the pitching guide rail; the armrest connecting piece is connected to the seat board, the armrest is connected to the chair back, and the armrest is in sliding connection with one end of the armrest connecting piece far away from the seat board; the pitching transmission block is connected with the pitching transmission rod and is in threaded fit with the pitching screw rod.

Further, the lifting screw rod is far away from one end rotationally connected with the chassis and one end rotationally connected with the seat plate, which is far away from the pitching screw rod, is connected with a motor so as to provide rotational power for the lifting screw rod and the pitching screw rod.

Further, the chassis is also provided with a containing box, the containing box is connected to one surface of the chassis, which is close to the ground, and the containing box is provided with a through hole; the driving motor is positioned in the accommodating box and connected with the inner wall of the accommodating box, and an output shaft of the driving motor extends from the through hole to the outside of the accommodating box and is connected with the roller assembly.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 provided by the invention comprises a travelling mechanism 20, a lifting mechanism 30 and a pitching mechanism 40, wherein the travelling mechanism 20 is connected with the lifting mechanism 30 to drive the lifting mechanism 30 to travel on the ground, the pitching mechanism 40 is rotatably connected with one end of the lifting mechanism 30 far away from the travelling mechanism 20 to enable the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 to be in a sitting/lying mode, the lifting mechanism 30 can adjust the distance between the lifting mechanism 30 and the travelling mechanism 20, and therefore the height of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 is adjusted, and the travelling mechanism 20, the lifting mechanism 30 and the pitching mechanism 40 are matched to enable the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 to have the functions of traveling, height adjustment and sitting/lying mode.
Specifically, the running mechanism 20 includes a chassis 21, a chassis 21 driving motor 22, a roller assembly 23, a lifting screw 24 and a first lifting guide rail 25, the driving motor 22 is connected to the chassis 21, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected to the roller assembly 23, and the roller assembly 23 is a mecanum wheel and contacts with the ground, so that the chassis 21 is driven by the driving motor 22 to move along a straight line, move diagonally or rotate in situ. One end of the lifting screw 24 is rotatably connected to a surface of the chassis 21 away from the ground, and the axis of the lifting screw 24 is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the first lifting guide rail 25 is fixedly connected to a surface of the chassis 21 away from the ground.
It can be understood that the number of the driving motors 22 and the roller assemblies 23 is four, and the output shafts of the four driving motors 22 are respectively connected with the four roller assemblies 23, so that the four driving motors 22 are used to respectively control the four roller assemblies 23, thereby driving the chassis 21 to move along a straight line, move diagonally or rotate in situ.
The lifting mechanism 30 comprises a seat plate 31, a connecting rod assembly 32, a lifting sliding block 33, a second lifting guide rail 34, a lifting transmission block 35, a pitching screw rod 36 and a pitching guide rail 37, wherein the connecting rod assembly 32 is positioned between the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21 and is respectively connected with the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21 in a rotating way. The second lifting guide rail 34 is fixedly connected to one surface of the seat plate 31, which is close to the chassis 21, the lifting slide block 33 is connected to one end of the connecting rod assembly 32, which is far away from the end rotationally connected with the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21, and is respectively in sliding fit with the first lifting guide rail 25 and the second lifting guide rail 34, so that the connecting rod assembly 32 is driven to rotate relative to the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21 through sliding of the lifting slide block 33 on the first lifting guide rail 25 and the second lifting guide rail 34, and therefore the distance between the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21 is adjusted, namely the height of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 is adjusted. The lifting transmission block 35 is connected to one end of the connecting rod assembly 32 near the chassis 21 and is in threaded fit with the lifting screw rod 24, and the lifting sliding block 33 is driven to slide on the first lifting guide rail 25 and the second lifting guide rail 34 respectively through threaded transmission between the lifting transmission block 35 and the lifting screw rod 24. One end of the pitching screw rod 36 is rotatably connected to one surface of the seat plate 31, which is close to the chassis 21, and the axis of the pitching screw rod 36 is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the pitching guide rail 37 is fixedly connected to one surface of the seat plate 31, which is close to the chassis 21.
It will be appreciated that the link assembly 32 is formed by links rotatably connected to each other, and when the lift screw 24 rotates and forms a screw transmission with the lift transmission block 35, the links forming the link assembly 32 are driven to rotate relatively by the lift transmission block 35, so that the relative distance between the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21 is adjusted.
The pitching mechanism 40 comprises a chair back 41, a pitching adjusting piece 42, a handrail 43, a handrail connecting piece 44, a pitching sliding block 45 and a pitching transmission block 46, wherein the chair back 41 is rotationally connected with the seat plate 31, the pitching adjusting piece 42 comprises a rotating rod 421, a pitching transmission rod 422, a pitching connecting rod 423 and a sliding supporting piece 424, two ends of the rotating rod 421 are respectively rotationally connected with one end of the pitching transmission rod 422 and the chair back 41, one end of the pitching transmission rod 422 away from the rotating rod 421 is rotationally connected with one end of the pitching connecting rod 423, and one end of the pitching connecting rod 423 away from the pitching transmission rod 422 is rotationally connected with the chassis 21. The sliding support 424 is fixedly connected to the pitch transmission rod 422, and the pitch slider 45 is connected to one end of the sliding support 424 away from the pitch transmission rod 422 and is in sliding fit with the pitch guide rail 37. The armrest connection 44 is connected to the seat plate 31, the armrest 43 is connected to the seatback 41, and the armrest 43 is slidably connected to an end of the armrest connection 44 remote from the seat plate 31. The pitch drive block 46 is connected to the pitch drive rod 422 and is threadedly engaged with the pitch screw 36 to produce a threaded drive with the pitch screw 36 as it rotates.
When the pitching screw rod 36 rotates to generate threaded transmission with the pitching transmission block 46, the pitching transmission block 46 drives the pitching transmission rod 422 to move along the axial direction of the pitching screw rod 36, so that the pitching transmission rod 422 is utilized to drive the rotating rod 421 to rotate around the point where the pitching transmission rod 422 is rotationally connected with the rotating rod 421, and the rotating rod 421 is utilized to drive the chair back 41 to rotate relative to the seat plate 31. The chair back 41 rotates relative to the seat plate 31 and drives the armrests 43 to slide relative to the armrest connecting pieces 44, so that the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 can be switched between sitting and lying states by utilizing the change of the included angle between the chair back 41 and the seat plate 31.
It will be appreciated that the distance that the pitch link 422 is moved by the pitch link 423 is limited by the pitch link 46, and in this embodiment, when the pitch link 422 moves in a direction toward the seat back 41 to pull the pitch link 423 taut, the pitch link 422 cannot move in a direction toward the seat back 41.
It will be appreciated that the end of the lift screw 24 remote from the rotational connection with the chassis 21 and the end of the pitch screw 36 remote from the rotational connection with the seat plate 31 are both connected by a motor to power the rotation of the lift screw 24 and pitch screw 36.
It will be appreciated that the swivel bar 421, the pitch link 422, the pitch link 423, the sliding support 424, the armrest 43, and the armrest connection 44 are mirror images of the seat plate 31 and the seat back 41. In this embodiment, the pitch transmission block 46 is connected between two pitch transmission rods 422 disposed in a mirror image manner, and the connection piece can be a rigid piece or flexible piece through a connection piece, so long as the pitch transmission block 46 and the pitch screw rod 36 can be screwed and driven to move together with the pitch transmission rods 422, so as to realize connection with the pitch transmission rods 422.
Further, the rotating rod 421 is arc-shaped, so that when the rotating rod rotates, the seat back 41 is better pushed to rotate relative to the seat plate 31.
Further, the link assembly 32 includes a first link 321 and a second link 322, and the first link 321 and the second link 322 are rotatably connected to form the link assembly 32. Wherein, two ends of the first connecting rod 321 are respectively connected with the chassis 21 and the lifting slide block 33 in a rotating way, two ends of the second connecting rod 322 are respectively connected with the seat plate 31 and the lifting slide block 33 in a rotating way, and after the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 are rotationally connected to form the connecting rod assembly 32, one ends of the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322, which are connected with the lifting slide block 33, are positioned at the same side. The lifting slide block 33 drives the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 to rotate relative to the chassis 21 and the seat plate 31 respectively, and the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 rotate mutually, so that the position between the chassis 21 and the seat plate 31 is adjusted, and the height adjustment of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 is realized.
Further, the number of the first connecting rods 321 and the second connecting rods 322 is two, two ends of the two first connecting rods 321 are respectively connected with the chassis 21 and the lifting sliding block 33 in a rotating way, two ends of the two second connecting rods 322 are respectively connected with the seat plate 31 and the lifting sliding block 33 in a rotating way, and the two first connecting rods 321 are also respectively connected with the two second connecting rods 322 in a rotating way.
Further, the lifting mechanism 30 further includes a pedal 38, and the pedal 38 is connected to an end of the seat plate 31 far away from the seat back 41, so as to provide a pedal position for a user on the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10, and improve the comfort of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10.
Further, the chassis 21 is further provided with a containing box 26, the containing box 26 is connected to a surface of the chassis 21 close to the ground, and a through hole 261 is formed in the containing box 26. The driving motor 22 is located in the accommodating box 26, connected to the inner wall of the accommodating box 26, and has an output shaft extending from the through hole 261 to the outside of the accommodating box 26, and connected to the roller assembly 23.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 needs to be moved, the driving motor is utilized to drive the roller assemblies 23 to rotate, and the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 can realize the functions of straight line walking, turning, in-situ rotation and oblique walking in a small space through the characteristics of Mecanum wheels. When the height of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 needs to be adjusted, the lifting screw rod 24 is rotated and the lifting transmission block 35 is driven to move in the axial direction of the lifting screw rod 24 through screw transmission. The lifting transmission block 35 drives the lifting sliding block 33 on the connecting rod assembly 32 to slide on the first lifting guide rail 25 so as to drive the connecting rod assembly 32 to rotate relative to the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21, thereby adjusting the distance between the seat plate 31 and the chassis 21, namely adjusting the height of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10. When the sitting/lying state of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 needs to be adjusted, the pitching screw rod 36 is rotated, and the pitching transmission rod 422 is driven to move through the pitching transmission block 46 by the threaded transmission of the pitching screw rod 36 and the pitching transmission block 46, so that the pitching sliding block 45 on the sliding support 424 is driven to slide relative to the pitching guide rail 37 through the pitching transmission rod 422. Meanwhile, the pitching transmission rod 422 also pushes the rotating rod 421 to rotate with one end rotationally connected with the rotating rod 421, so that the rotating rod 421 drives the chair back 41 to rotate relative to the seat plate 31, and the sitting/lying form of the universal type horizontal lifting wheelchair 10 is adjusted.
