The invention relates to a wireless charging combination device and a wireless charging combination system for household appliances.
Background
According to market research, with the rapid development trend of wireless, miniaturized and portable home appliance technologies, more and more home appliances adopt a battery chargeable mode. At present, the charging mode of portable household electrical appliances is mainly to charge equipment by adopting a USB interface, and on one hand, various charging wires are complicated and disordered and are extremely inconvenient; on the other hand, each use requires plugging in a charging wire, and the device is often forgotten to be charged. Moreover, frequent plugging of the interfaces increases the likelihood of interface damage.
According to patent search, the wireless charging technology is widely used on mobile phones, mouse pads and sockets, but never used on household appliances. In addition, the wireless charging on part of the existing household appliances basically adopts a plastic shell form, cannot be folded and stored, occupies a small area, only charges a single product, and does not achieve the convenience of wireless charging; different household electrical appliances need to be used in a one-to-one matching way, and the cost of purchasing, using and manufacturing materials, processes, manufacturing equipment and the like is high; wasting resources and putting pressure on environmental protection.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, we have developed a wireless charging assembly and system for household appliances.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wireless charging combination device and a wireless charging combination system for household appliances, which have strong universality, can meet the charging requirements of various appliances, can be freely combined for charging, are convenient to store, are waterproof and dustproof, are safe and reliable, and are extremely convenient to use; therefore, it has excellent performance in technical, practical and economical aspects.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wireless charging combination device for a household appliance, comprising:
a charging module having a plurality of charging regions arranged at intervals and an accommodating portion defined in the charging regions;
the transmitting coils are arranged on the accommodating part and are arranged corresponding to the number of the charging areas;
the contraposition embedding structure comprises a first contraposition part arranged on the charging module and positioned around the accommodating part, a second contraposition part connected with the charging electric appliance, and
the magnetism isolating sheet is arranged in the charging module and is positioned below the transmitting coil;
and the receiving coil is arranged on the charging electric appliance, and the charging electric appliance provides a charging battery for the receiving coil.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the transmitting coil is connected to a circuit board, the circuit board is connected to a control board, and the control board is connected to an overcurrent detection and protection module, an overheat detection and protection module, an overvoltage detection and protection module, a foreign object detection module, an overpower detection and protection module, a short circuit detection and protection module, and a position detection module.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the circuit board is connected to a single transmitting coil or a plurality of transmitting coils connected in parallel.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the charging module is made of a flexible material, so as to be foldable for storage.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the charging module is a sealing tablecloth to achieve waterproof and dustproof functions.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the position detection module detects the position and power of the receiving coil and feeds back the position and power to the control board, and the control board adjusts the transmitting and receiving power to match the transmitting and receiving power, so as to adapt to different charging power and charging areas of the receiving coil.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the charging device is provided with an electric quantity indicator and a charging status indicator, and the charging device automatically stops charging when the electric quantity is full.
Under the same conception, the invention also provides a wireless charging combination system for the household appliance, which comprises a charging module, a plurality of transmitting coils arranged in the charging module, a circuit board connected with the transmitting coils, and an electric control board connected with the circuit board; the electric control board is connected with a position detection module,
and connecting any one or any combination of an overcurrent detection and protection module, an overheat detection and protection module, an overvoltage detection and protection module, a foreign matter detection module, an overpower detection and protection module and a short circuit detection and protection module.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the position detection module detects the position and power of the receiving coil and feeds back the position and power to the control board, and the control board adjusts the transmitting and receiving power to match the transmitting and receiving power, so as to adapt to different charging power and charging areas of the receiving coil.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the charging module is a plurality of charging modules, and the charging modules are detachably connected to each other in a splicing manner.
Compared with the background technology, the invention has the following effects:
due to the adoption of the scheme, the wireless charging device can wirelessly and simultaneously combine or independently charge charging electric appliances such as a stirrer, a grinder, a juicer, a handheld stirrer, an eggbeater and the like; the line module of charging can not be regional charge for household electrical appliances, the wireless module of charging can curl foldingly, be convenient for accomodate deposit. The wireless charging module is a sealing tablecloth which can prevent water and dust; and the safe and reliable operation of the system is realized through functional modules such as overcurrent detection and protection, overheat detection and protection, overvoltage detection and protection, foreign matter detection, overpower detection and protection, short circuit detection and protection, position detection and the like. Therefore, it has excellent performance in technical, practical and economical aspects.

While specific embodiments will be described below with reference to the illustrations shown in fig. 1 to 6, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the detailed description given herein with respect to these drawings is for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as limiting, as the present invention provides a wireless charging assembly for a household appliance, which comprises a charging module 1, an alignment insertion structure 2, a charging appliance 3, wherein the charging module 1 has a plurality of charging areas 11 arranged at intervals and a receiving portion 12 defined in the charging areas; the transmitting coils 13 are installed in the accommodating portion 12, and the transmitting coils 13 are arranged corresponding to the number of the charging areas 12; the number is not particularly limited, and may be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. And a transmitting coil and a magnetic shielding sheet are arranged below each charging area, and the transmitting coil is connected with the circuit board.
The contraposition embedding structure 2 comprises a first contraposition part 21 arranged on the charging module and positioned around the accommodating part, a second contraposition part 22 connected with the charging electric appliance 3, and a magnetic shielding sheet (not shown) arranged in the charging module and positioned below the transmitting coil 13; the charging device 3 is provided with a receiving coil 31 arranged in the charging device, and a charging battery 32 is provided for the receiving coil 31 to be charged and connected. The embedding structure 2 may be concave-convex, flat or in other forms, and is not limited in particular.
As shown in fig. 3, the transmitting coil is connected to the circuit board, and the circuit board is connected to the control board, which is connected to the over-current detection and protection module, the over-temperature detection and protection module, the over-voltage detection and protection module, the foreign object detection module, the over-power detection and protection module, the short-circuit detection and protection module, and the position detection module. Be provided with on & off switch and pilot lamp on the circuit board for the switch of control wireless module and the monitoring of state of charging.
The circuit board is connected with a single transmitting coil or a plurality of transmitting coils in parallel. The relationship between the transmitting coil and the circuit board can be in the form of 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3, 1 to 4, etc.
In other embodiments, the charging module 1 is made of a flexible material, so as to be foldable for storage.
In the further scheme, the module 1 that charges is sealed tablecloth to realize waterproof dustproof. When the device is used, the position detection module detects the position and power of the receiving coil and feeds the position and power back to the control board, and the control board adjusts the transmitting and receiving power to match the transmitting and receiving power so as to be suitable for different receiving coil charging power and charging areas.
In a further scheme, the charging electric appliance 3 is provided with an electric quantity indicating lamp and a charging state indicating lamp, and the charging is automatically stopped when the electric quantity is full. The charging module 3 can be a plurality of modules which are detachably connected in a splicing manner; can be freely spliced and extended in different or same directions.
In combination with the above, and referring to fig. 4-6 together, the present invention further provides a wireless charging combination system for a household appliance, which includes a charging module 1, a plurality of transmitting coils disposed in the charging module, a circuit board connected to the transmitting coils, and an electric control board connected to the circuit board; the electric control board is connected with the position detection module, and any one or any combination of the overcurrent detection and protection module, the overheat detection and protection module, the overvoltage detection and protection module, the foreign matter detection module, the overpower detection and protection module and the short circuit detection and protection module is/are connected.
When the device is used, the position detection module detects the position and power of the receiving coil and feeds the position and power back to the control board, and the control board adjusts the transmitting and receiving power to match the transmitting and receiving power so as to be suitable for different receiving coil charging power and charging areas. The charging module 1 has a charging wire 14 and a control box 15.
The lower end of the product is provided with a receiving coil, and the receiving coil is connected with the storage battery and the circuit board. Each receiving coil determines the specific parameters of the receiving coil according to the size of the battery capacity and the size of the charging voltage so as to receive the energy transmission of the transmitting coil.
The wireless charging module of the invention is provided with n charging areas, wherein n is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and the like. And a transmitting coil and a magnetic shielding sheet are arranged below each charging area, and the transmitting coil is connected with the circuit board. Be provided with on & off switch and pilot lamp on the circuit board for the switch of control wireless module and the monitoring of state of charging.
The invention relates to a charging electrical appliance 3 which can be used for intelligently and wirelessly charging household electrical appliances such as a stirrer, a grinder, a juicer, a handheld stirrer, an eggbeater and the like and comprises a set of wireless charging control system, wherein the wireless charging control system comprises one-to-one energy transmission between a transmitting coil and a receiving coil of each area and energy conversion between the receiving coil and a rechargeable battery, and also comprises control of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil by circuit boards and the like. The whole system is safe and reliable, and comprises overheat detection and protection, overcurrent detection and protection, overvoltage detection and protection, overpower detection and protection, short circuit detection, position detection and foreign matter detection. The storage box can be further matched for storing the contained accessories in the charging process of the household appliance. The household appliance product can be placed on the wireless charging module without being divided into regions, and the system can automatically detect and charge the household appliance product after the household appliance product is placed. There are electric quantity pilot lamp and charged state pilot lamp on each household electrical appliances, and when the electric quantity was full, the system can the automatic shutdown charge.
