The self-buckling structure is a convenient, quick and economical product assembling method, because the combined part of the buckling positions is formed simultaneously when producing a finished product, other locking accessories such as screws, mesons and the like do not need to be matched during assembling, and only two buckling positions which need to be combined are matched and buckled mutually.
When the product is buckled and assembled, the upper cover is cracked when four corners are pressed down in the assembling process because the external supporting force is too large (the position of the upper cover is the position of the injection molding combination line), so that the reject ratio is 6%; in the pressing process, because the corner is excessive in the middle, one corner of the product is not pressed into the product to be clamped and deformed, and the reject ratio is 2%.

The upper cover 10 comprises a first cover body 12, a circle of stop block 13 is horizontally extended outwards from the opening end face of the first cover body 12, the stop block 13 vertically extends downwards to form a circle to surround the shell 14, the bayonet 11 is arranged on the surrounding shell 14, the outer side wall of the first cover body 12 is provided with a reinforcing rib 15 extending to the stop block 13, the strength and the rigidity of the upper cover 10 can be enhanced through the reinforcing rib 15, and under the condition that the wall thickness of the first cover body 12 is not increased, the material consumption is saved, the weight is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
A sealing ring 30 for sealing a gap between the upper end surface of the lower shell 20 and the lower end surface of the stopper 13 is disposed between the upper end surface of the lower shell 20 and the lower end surface of the stopper 13, specifically, a circle of sealing groove 22 is disposed on the upper end surface of the lower shell 20, the sealing ring 30 is accommodated in the sealing groove 22 and can abut against the lower end surface of the stopper 13, and leakage can be prevented by the mutual matching of the sealing ring 30 and the sealing groove 22.
The opposite two sides of the lower shell 20 are respectively provided with a mounting block 40 extending outwards horizontally, the mounting block 40 is provided with a mounting hole 41, and the product can be conveniently fixed and mounted through the mounting block 40.
