With the development of display technology, the display device has more and more functions and more extensive applications, and the display device gradually develops from a flat display device to a four-side curved display device through curved surface (long edge bending) and right-angle bending.

Optionally, the jig is an adsorption jig, and the adsorption jig is used for adsorbing the flexible film 102 on the surface of the groove.
Specifically, the adsorption jig can pre-attach the flexible film to the groove, so that the difficulty of subsequent attaching and extrusion is reduced, and the process time is saved. When the flexible structure is placed on the flexible membrane and placed on the adsorption type jig, the adsorption type jig can adsorb the flexible membrane on the groove at first, the probability that the bubbles generate can be reduced, and the effect of shielding the bubbles is better.
Illustratively, the suction jig is an electrostatic Chuck (ESC). The electrostatic chuck can utilize electrostatic attraction to adsorb the flexible membrane and the flexible structure to be laminated, so that the flexible membrane can be pre-laminated with the groove. And the cost of the electrostatic chuck is lower, which is beneficial to further reducing the cost of equipment for preparing the display device.
Optionally, the jig 104 is a flexible jig.
Specifically, if the jig 104 is a rigid jig, when the flexible film is attached to the rigid jig by pressing the flexible structure with the support 103, the rigid jig has a high hardness, and the flexible structure may be damaged when the pressing force is too large, thereby reducing the yield of the display device. In this embodiment, the jig 104 is a flexible jig, which can be slightly deformed, for example, the hardness range of the flexible jig is 15-20, and when the extrusion force is too large, the flexible jig can provide a buffer for the flexible film and the flexible structure, so as to avoid damaging the flexible structure and improve the yield of manufacturing the display device. The flexible fixture may be made of rubber, and it is understood that a support table may be disposed below the flexible fixture to support the flexible fixture. The arc radius range of the edge of the groove of the flexible jig can be R5-R7, so that the applicability is improved.
Optionally, the groove 1041 is configured to accommodate the display device, and thus, by setting, each flexible structure in the display device can be completely attached to the support member or the attached flexible structure, and it is avoided that a part of the flexible structure is located outside the groove and cannot be closely attached to the support member or the attached flexible structure, that is, a phenomenon of poor attachment between the flexible structures can be avoided, so that yield of the display device is further improved.

specifically, the flexible structure to be attached may be, for example, a display panel, a polarizer, an optical adhesive, a flexible cover plate, or the like.
