Claims (7)

1. The antifouling enamel special paint for the anticorrosion, decoration and protection of the water pool is characterized by comprising two components of main materials and a curing agent, wherein the main materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
40-60 parts of base material;
1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent;
10-25 parts of pigment;
10-35 parts of a filler;
100-110 parts of organic modifier.

The paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base material is modified cyanamide resin, and the modified cyanamide resin is one or a mixture of more than two of modified substances selected from isocyanate, polyester resin, vinyl resin, polyvinyl butyral, nitrile rubber, phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde melamine resin, furfural resin, polysulfide rubber and silicone resin.

The paint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the auxiliary agents include wetting agent, dispersant, leveling agent, flexibilizer, anti-slip particles, anti-settling agent and defoaming agent, and the wetting agent and the dispersant are high molecular block copolymer containing pigment affinity group or acrylic polymer containing pigment affinity group.

The paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pigment is a high temperature calcined pigment or a high temperature resistant pigment, and the pigment is one or a mixture of more than two of titanium dioxide, ceramic powder, titanium nickel yellow, bismuth vanadate yellow, chrome yellow, strontium yellow, manganese iron black, copper chromium black, iron titanium black, carbon black, cobalt blue, titanium chromium brown, iron chromium brown, chromium green, cobalt green, molybdenum chromium red, iron red, pearlescent pigment, aluminum silver paste, mica powder, transparent silica, and transparent alumina.

The paint special for antifouling enamel for corrosion prevention, decoration and protection of a water pool as claimed in claim 4, wherein the organic modifier is modified aliphatic epoxy resin and modified polyaspartate resin, and the organic modifier is one or a mixture of more than two of modified substances selected from PA/PBT, PA/PET, PA/PPO, PA/PPS, PA/I, PPO/PA6, PPS/PA66, PA/PE, PA/PP, PA/ABS, PA/PC and PA/PA.
6. The paint special for antifouling enamel for anticorrosive decorative and protective of water pools as claimed in claim 5, wherein the curing agent is HC-2662A curing agent with 100% of solid content.
7. The preparation method of the antifouling enamel special paint for the anticorrosion, decoration and protection of the water pool as claimed in claim 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
adding modified cyanamide resin, modified polyaspartic ester resin, modified aliphatic epoxy resin, wetting agent, dispersing agent and anti-settling agent into a stirring kettle in sequence, dispersing for 6min at medium speed, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1000 r/min; sequentially adding pigment and filler in the dispersion, and dispersing at high speed for 25-35 min; the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1500r/min, and the detection fineness is less than or equal to 30 um; and finally, sequentially adding a flatting agent, a softening agent, anti-skid particles and a defoaming agent into the dispersion, dispersing for 6min at a medium speed, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1000r/min, obtaining the main material after stirring, and respectively packaging the main material and the curing agent.
