Abstract
The invention discloses a method for enhancing coating reflection effect of a handheld model, which comprises the steps of firstly determining the position of a decorative piece, manufacturing a bottom plate on the back of the decorative piece and polishing the bottom plate clean; uniformly coating a mixed coating prepared from white fluorescent powder, gloss oil, white nitrolacquer and nitro diluent on the surface of the bottom plate and spraying the gloss oil; spraying gloss oil on the back of the decoration to prime and coating the decoration with gradient color; and spraying gloss oil on the surface of the colored decoration and installing a bottom plate to finish the manufacture. The method overcomes the defect that the traditional industrial art works aim at the coating of the transparent decorating part, does not need to install an LED light-emitting lamp path, improves the light reflection performance of the transparent decorating part under the irradiation of natural light and lamplight, ensures the complete shape of the handheld model, has no seam, and improves the ornamental value.
