at present, the used lavage device of some first aid centers generally is simple and easy structure, including subassembly such as stock solution bottle, stomach tube and aspirator, and the device simple structure portable uses, but because its design is perfect as far as possible, still has following problem: firstly, a single connecting pipeline is arranged, so that the adjustment and control are inconvenient to carry out in use; secondly, the stomach condition cannot be observed in time during the use, which is not beneficial to the development of rescue work.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a simple gastric lavage device for emergency departments, which has a simple structure and is very convenient to use, can be effectively adjusted in the gastric lavage process, can timely observe the stomach condition of a patient, and is favorable for the development of rescue work.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a simple gastric lavage device for emergency department comprises a gastric insertion tube, a liquid inlet tube, a liquid storage bottle, a suction tube and a suction apparatus, wherein the gastric insertion tube is respectively connected with the liquid inlet tube and the suction tube through a three-way tube;
the stomach inserting tube is hermetically connected with a connecting tube opening of the three-way tube through the quick connector, a telescopic head structure is arranged at the stomach inlet end of the stomach inserting tube and comprises a micro cylinder fixed on the tube wall of the stomach inserting tube, a housing connected to the micro cylinder, a camera and a light source, the housing is made of transparent materials and is of a hemispherical structure, the housing is connected with a telescopic rod of the micro cylinder, the camera and the light source are arranged in a cavity of the housing, an output line connected with the camera is embedded in the tube wall of the stomach tube and extends out through the quick connector, the extending end is connected with an external display unit, and a hole communicated with the tube cavity of the stomach inserting tube is formed in one end face, close to the housing, of the stomach inserting tube.
Preferably, the stomach insertion tube is made of silica gel material.
Further optimized, the liquid inlet pipe is provided with a regulator for regulating and controlling the flow rate of liquid, the liquid inlet pipe is connected with the liquid storage bottle, and the liquid in the liquid storage bottle flows into the stomach by gravity.
Further preferably, a control valve is further arranged at the joint of the three-way pipe and the suction pipe.
Further preferably, the side surface of the stomach insertion tube is also provided with a hole communicated with the tube cavity of the stomach insertion tube.

A method for using a simple gastric lavage device for emergency departments comprises the following steps:
s1, installing the liquid inlet pipe, the liquid storage bottle, the suction pipe and the suction apparatus in place, hanging the liquid storage bottle at a proper height to ensure that liquid in the liquid storage bottle can flow into the stomach of a patient by virtue of gravity, hermetically connecting the stomach insertion pipe with the liquid inlet pipe and the suction pipe respectively through the quick connector and the three-way pipe, and closing the regulator on the liquid inlet pipe and the control valve on the suction pipe;
s2, guiding the stomach insertion tube to the stomach of a patient, opening a regulator on the liquid inlet tube and a control valve on the suction tube after inserting the stomach insertion tube into a proper position, controlling the micro cylinder to drive the cover shell to move for a certain distance, opening a hole at the end part of the stomach insertion tube, and allowing the liquid in the liquid storage bottle to flow into the stomach by virtue of gravity;
s3, controlling the suction apparatus to discharge the liquid in the stomach, ensuring the liquid input and discharge to the stomach alternately, and in the process, adjusting the flow and suction by the adjuster on the liquid inlet pipe and the control valve on the suction pipe;
s4, in the gastric lavage process, the micro cylinder is finely adjusted to drive the camera and the light source to move synchronously, the condition of the stomach of the patient is observed through the external display unit, and corresponding operation is carried out according to the condition.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

It should be noted that: the quick-connect coupling used in the present embodiment, whose purpose is to ensure a quick connection of the gastric insertion tube to the three-way tube, is therefore understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art, based on the above description, as an alternative to the fitting used for assembly, and also as a commercially available product, and therefore, as regards the structure, it is not described in detail.
In order to ensure the flexibility of the stomach insertion tube, it is suggested that the stomach insertion tube is made of a silicone material, and other materials having no toxicity and flexibility to the human body may be used.

s2, guiding the stomach insertion tube to the stomach of a patient, opening a regulator on the liquid inlet tube and a control valve on the suction tube after inserting the stomach insertion tube into a proper position, controlling the micro cylinder to drive the cover shell to move for a certain distance, opening a hole at the end part of the stomach insertion tube, and allowing the liquid in the liquid storage bottle to flow into the stomach by virtue of gravity;
s3, controlling the suction apparatus to discharge liquid in the stomach, ensuring that liquid input and discharge to the stomach are performed alternately, and in the process, adjusting the flow and suction through the adjuster on the liquid inlet pipe and the control valve on the suction pipe, so as to realize controllable lavage liquid amount, perfusion speed and lavage pressure in the gastric lavage process;
s4, in the gastric lavage process, the micro cylinder is finely adjusted to drive the camera and the light source to move synchronously, the condition of the stomach of the patient is observed through the external display unit, and corresponding operation is carried out according to the condition.
