Abstract
本发明属于日用护肤品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏及其制备方法,该润唇膏包含以下重量份的原料:四氢嘧啶5‑15份、蜡类20‑30份、油脂类20‑40份、乳化剂2‑5份、抗氧化剂1~3份,润肤剂8‑12份、防腐剂0.5‑1.5份、去离子水10‑20份。本发明提供的含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,润肤组合物95%以上源于植物,不含香精及化学防腐剂,绿色安全无毒,且具有保湿润唇、抗干燥、生理修复、抗紫外线、抗衰老等功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用护肤品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
干燥的环境容易使人体皮肤水分流失,尤其是在干燥寒冷的冬季或高寒地带。水分流失会对人体皮肤造成干燥、紧绷,甚至龟裂等伤害。若不通过护肤用品加以呵护,任由其继续发展,还会造成更加严重的皮肤损伤,尤其是唇上的皮肤原本就很脆弱,不存在可以分泌出油脂的皮脂腺,长期裸露在外,缺乏一层天然的保护膜。不仅容易失去水分,而且对于阳光中的紫外线更是没有抵御能力。在对抗环境侵扰方面,嘴唇皮肤是整个身体肌肤中最弱、最易衰老的。常常容易受环境的侵害,而出现干燥、爆皮、裂纹等问题。
唇膏具有保湿滋润唇部、预防或防止嘴唇干裂的功能。目前,市场上唇膏的种类繁多,功能各异,虽有着滋润及保健作用,但大部分唇膏所使用的原料并非都是天然物质,部分会加入一些防腐剂和香精来提高唇膏香味、延长保质期,使用的着色剂也常含有少量重金属元素,即使在国家规定的范围内,也可能造成唇部过敏。部分唇膏重金属(如铅、砷等)含量明显超标,长期使用对健康不利。例如,申请号为CN201910673912.8的发明专利公开了一种纯天然唇膏及其制备方法,以小烛树蜡、稻糠蜡、巴西棕榈树蜡、润肤剂、维生素E、防腐剂以及着色剂等制备出的纯天然唇膏,各组分相容性好、唇膏颜色涂抹均匀,但是含有防腐剂,长期使用对健康不利。又如,申请号为CN201911053867.2的发明专利公开了一种可食用铁皮石斛唇膏及其制备方法,以可食用的铁皮石斛为主要成分的纯天然唇膏制品,采用天然植物成分作为原料,无色素无化学香精,具有补水保湿、抗菌消炎功效,可明显改善嘴唇干燥、脱皮、发炎等问题,但制备提取液的工序繁琐,需要超低温破壁粉碎技术粉碎及超声波水浴低温加热提取浸出油,才能和其他组分融合。又如,申请号为CN201911415576.3的发明专利公开了一种全天然润唇膏及其制备方法,以鸸鹋油、精制羊毛脂、蛋黄油、乳木果油、紫草油、橄榄油、蜂蜡以及植物精油制备的一种全天然润唇膏,虽采用纯天然原料配方,不含任何防腐剂等有害添加剂,但是其保质期短,不适于批量生产。因此,研制原料天然、滋润保湿效果明显,安全有效且工艺简便的唇膏,势在必行。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中存在的不足和缺陷,提供了一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,不仅可以长久且深层滋润皮肤,且保护皮肤免受紫外线的伤害,抑制黑色素的生成,进而延缓皮肤的过早老化等问题。
本发明的目的还在于提供上述所述润唇膏的制备方法。基于该方法,可制得各组分混合分散均匀、且体系稳定的润唇膏。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,包含以下重量份的原料:四氢嘧啶5-15份、蜡类20-30份、油脂类20-40份、乳化剂2-5份、抗氧化剂1~3份,润肤剂8-12份、防腐剂0.5-1.5份、去离子水10-20份。
进一步地,所述润肤剂为角鲨烷。
进一步地,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚和/或角鲨烷。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为甘油油酸酯柠檬酸酯。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为红没药醇。
进一步地,所述蜡类为巴西棕榈蜡、天然白蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、微晶蜡中的一种或两种以上成分。
进一步地,所述油脂类为霍霍巴油、白矿油、橄榄油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、澳洲坚果油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、椰子油、乳木果油中的一种或两种以上成分。
同时,本发明提供一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏的制备方法,,包括以下步骤:
(1)水相的制备:称取相应重量份的四氢嘧啶置于60-70℃水浴中,搅拌至溶解;
(2)油相的制备:称取相应重量份的乳化剂、角鲨烷、油脂类、生育酚和红没药醇置于60-70℃恒温水浴中,搅拌至混合均匀;
(3)基础成分的制备:称取相应重量份的蜡类置于80-85℃恒温水浴中,搅拌至混合均匀;
(4)水油相混合:将水相沿玻璃棒缓慢加入油相并沿着一个方向搅拌至混匀;
(5)混合:将步骤(4)中得到的混合物与步骤(3)中得到的基础成分在80-85℃下混合,搅拌均匀;
(6)成型:将均匀混合物倒入模具中,冷却成型,即制备得到润唇膏。
进一步地,所述油脂类为霍霍巴油、白矿油、橄榄油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、澳洲坚果油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、椰子油、乳木果油中的一种或两种以上成分。
进一步地,所述蜡类为巴西棕榈蜡、天然白蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、微晶蜡中的一种或两种以上成分。
四氢嘧啶(Ectoine,l,4,5,6-四氢-2-甲基-4-嘧啶羧酸)是嗜盐或耐盐菌胞内合成的一类能够抵抗外界高盐胁迫的相容溶质。Ectoine通过协助细胞胞内外的渗透压平衡,提高脂膜表面的水合作用,增强脂膜流态化,从而提高细胞膜承受极端环境的能力。胞内高浓度的Ectoine与蛋白分子相互作用,强化蛋白折叠结构的紧凑性和功能稳定性,减缓蛋白周围水分子扩散,从而聚集蛋白表面水分,发挥皮肤保湿作用。其次,Ectoine可抑制酪氨酸酶活性和黑色素的生成,减少雀斑或晒斑的生成等。Ectoine作为嗜盐微生物重要的次级代谢物,具有细胞、细胞膜、蛋白质和核酸的保护作用,可抵抗冷冻、高温、高盐、高压、干旱和辐射等各种逆境因素的影响。目前,Ectoine已广泛应用于药物制备佐剂、器官移植与保存、皮肤创伤修复以及新型化妆品研发等生物医学领域,从而备受关注。
红没药醇是一种倍半萜类化合物,又被称为防风根醇、甜红没药醇。红没药醇属于粘调液体,颜色呈无色至稻草黄色,具有轻微的菊香气味,易溶于乙醇、异丙醇等低级醇,亦溶于脂肪醇、甘油酯及石醋,但几乎不溶甘油和水。红没药醇常存在于菊科植物的精油之中,如母菊的全草及花、巴西菊、香子兰菊等。实验证明,α-红没药醇具有降低皮肤炎症、抑菌抗刺激、活血止痛等多种生物活性,因而被广泛研究。红没药醇能有效抑制过氧化物酶的产生。对急性炎症或慢性炎症,红没药醇均有良好的抑制作用。皮肤三维模型证明,红没药醇可以抑制PMA(豆蔻酰佛波醇乙酯)所引起的LTB4(人白三烯B4)与IL-lα(白介素lα)的释放,从而减轻化学因素、紫外线及NaOH和SDS对人的皮肤刺激,对炎症的发生和治疗起到预防和抑制的作用。红没药醇可通过降低细胞内cAMP的含量来抑制由各种炎症皮肤病,如湿疹、过敏性接触性皮炎、刺激性接触性皮炎。红没药醇对外伤引起的肿胀也有明显的消肿止痛作用。此外,红没药醇具有广谱抗菌性,对口臭致病菌的生长抑制作用尤为强烈,1%浓度时抑制率可达99%。同时,红没药醇还能够有效抑制皮肤真菌病,具有调理作用。
本发明提供的含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,润肤组合物95%以上源于植物,不含香精及化学防腐剂,绿色安全无毒,且具有保湿润唇、抗干燥、生理修复、抗紫外线、抗衰老等功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明有效成分是保湿剂Ectoine,通过稳定水分子和保护细胞膜,而减少环境因素影响(包括干燥,空气污染,紫外线和可见光辐射),从而实现保湿润唇、抗干燥、生理修复的功效。
(2)本发明添加的润肤组合物95%以上源于植物,如使用润肤剂霍霍巴油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油等润肤组分。通过合理配伍形成的润唇膏,绿色、安全无毒、具有良好延展性,使用方便,上肤效果更好。
(3)本发明添加的半萜类化合物红没药醇,不仅具有降低皮肤炎症、去黑色素、抗刺激、活血止痛等多种生物活性,而且还具有广谱的抗菌作用,能有效抑制细菌生长、繁殖。避免了化学防腐剂的添加对人体造成的潜在危害,提高了使用的安全性。
(4)加工工艺环节少,操作方便,加工过程中,各个参数的有效控制,能有效保证产品的合格率,使用本唇膏后,唇部皲裂明显改善,而且淡化色斑效果明显。
具体实施方式
为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明。
一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,包含以下重量份的原料:四氢嘧啶5-15份、蜡类20-30份、油脂类20-40份、乳化剂2-5份、抗氧化剂1~3份,润肤剂8-12份、防腐剂0.5-1.5份、去离子水10-20份。
为了进一步阐述本发明及其优点,给出下列具体实施例,应理解的是,它们仅用作示例,绝不是限制性的。以下所述实施例中,所有份数和百分数按重量给出。
本发明提供一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,包含以下重量份数的原料:
实施例1

该种含Ectoine的润唇膏采用的乳化剂为天然植物来源,其纯度高、无不良杂质、安全。添加的红没药醇不仅具有抗炎,去黑色素的功能而且还具有广谱的抗菌作用,能有效抑制细菌生长、繁殖。避免了化学防腐剂的添加对人体造成的潜在危害,提高了使用的安全性。
实施例2

该种含Ectoine的润唇膏中的主要功效成分Ectoine能够保护唇部皮肤免受各种外界因素(干燥、空气污染、紫外线和可见光辐射)的影响,从而实现抗衰老的功效。
实施例3

该种含Ectoine的润唇膏中所用油脂、蜡类等主要成分均源于自然,诸如霍霍巴油、玫瑰果油等纯天然植物油不仅能使皮肤增加组织活力,保持皮肤弹性,使干裂皮肤恢复其自然光彩等功效,且绿色温和、安全无毒不含任何有毒有害的化学物质,不会对人体健康产生任何危害,适用范围广泛。
实施例4润唇膏性能评价
外观稳定性评价:观察其外观的光泽度良好,表面无气泡出现,再取少量成品唇膏均匀涂抹于面巾纸上,观察其有无出现油渍扩散的现象,结果见下表。
光照实验:取成品少量置于无色密闭容器中,于自然光条件下照射1天,3天,5天,7天,10天观察有无变化,结果见下表。
耐寒耐热试验:耐寒试验(-10℃保持24h),耐热试验(45℃保持24h),观察有无变化,结果见下表。
离心实验:取少量润唇膏成品置于离心机内,调节至5000r/min,离心15min,观察膏体形状是否完整,有无分层现象,结果见下表。

本发明通过试用后效果来评价唇膏的功效。选取40名(唇部干燥、起皮)18-25岁年龄段的试用对象。随机分为4组,分别使用实施例1-3制备的唇膏、市售某中端唇膏(对照例),全天使用,一周后收集反馈信息,结果以平均数表示。各项使用效果总分为4分:非常满意4分;满意3分;一般2分;不满意1分。结果见下表。

本发明的唇膏耐热、耐寒指标符合《GB/T26513-2011润唇膏》的规定,可见本发明所提供的唇膏在较高及较低温度下均能保持一定的稳定性。实施例1-3的产品较对照例效果好或者相当,且实施例1的持久度评价要优于对照例,滋润度各实施例之间的差异不明显。以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种变换,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征和步骤,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述润唇膏包含以下重量份的原料:四氢嘧啶5-15份、蜡类20-30份、油脂类20-40份、乳化剂2-5份、抗氧化剂1~3份,润肤剂8-12份、防腐剂0.5-1.5份、去离子水10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述润肤剂为角鲨烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为生育酚和/或角鲨烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为甘油油酸酯柠檬酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为红没药醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述蜡类为巴西棕榈蜡、天然白蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、微晶蜡中的一种或两种以上成分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏,其特征在于:所述油脂类为霍霍巴油、白矿油、橄榄油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、澳洲坚果油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、椰子油、乳木果油中的一种或两种以上成分。
8.一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)水相的制备:称取相应重量份的四氢嘧啶置于60-70℃水浴中,搅拌至溶解;
(2)油相的制备:称取相应重量份的乳化剂、角鲨烷、油脂类、生育酚和红没药醇置于60-70℃恒温水浴中,搅拌至混合均匀;
(3)基础成分的制备:称取相应重量份的蜡类置于80-85℃恒温水浴中,搅拌至混合均匀;
(4)水油相混合:将水相沿玻璃棒缓慢加入油相并沿着一个方向搅拌至混匀;
(5)混合:将步骤(4)中得到的混合物与步骤(3)中得到的基础成分在80-85℃下混合,搅拌均匀;
(6)成型:将均匀混合物倒入模具中,冷却成型,即制备得到润唇膏。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述油脂类为霍霍巴油、白矿油、橄榄油、玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、澳洲坚果油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、椰子油、乳木果油中的一种或两种以上成分。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种含四氢嘧啶的润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述蜡类为巴西棕榈蜡、天然白蜂蜡、小烛树蜡、微晶蜡中的一种或两种以上成分。
