Background
Skin defects are a common complication following trauma to the extremities. The traditional treatment method is to repair the defect by using free skin grafting or a transferred flap, and has the defects of large scar and high technical requirement on the transferred flap because the skin or soft tissue of a donor area needs to be sacrificed. According to the "tension-stress law: the sustained and stable slow extension for living tissues can stimulate or activate the regeneration and active growth of certain tissue cells, the growth mode of the tissue cells is similar to that of fetal tissues, the tissue cells are divided into the same cells, namely the tensile stress of the extension is controlled, and bones and soft tissues can be regenerated, so that a wound surface skin extension device is needed.
However, the existing wound surface skin stretching device still has the problems of poor universality, inconvenient installation and disassembly and inconvenient part replacement. Therefore, it is necessary to design a wound skin stretching device with strong universality, convenient assembly and disassembly and convenient part replacement.

In order to realize the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a wound surface skin stretching device comprises a hollow limiting pipe, a limiting threaded seat, a limiting adjusting stud, a limiting end block, a limiting through hole, a limiting traction rod, a drag hook, a hollow limiting hemispherical shell, a rotary limiting ball, a threaded adjusting rod, a limiting mounting seat, an adjusting nut, a support mounting hole, a threaded mounting groove hole, a threaded mounting joint, a limiting through hole, a threaded fixing hole, a buffering adjusting spring, a fastening stud, an end limiting stop block and a switching limiting hole, wherein a plurality of limiting threaded seats are fixed on the hollow limiting pipe along the length direction; the limiting threaded seat is in threaded connection with a limiting adjusting stud; one end of the hollow limiting pipe is fixed with a hollow limiting hemispherical shell; one end of the threaded adjusting rod is inserted into the hollow limiting hemispherical shell and is fixedly connected with the rotary limiting ball; the other end of the threaded adjusting rod penetrates through the limiting mounting seat and is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut; the hollow limiting pipe is fixedly connected with a limiting traction rod through a limiting end block, a limiting through hole, a fastening stud and a threaded fixing hole; one end of the limiting draw bar extends into the hollow limiting pipe; and is fixedly connected with the end limit stop; a buffer adjusting spring is arranged on the limiting traction rod relative to the position between the limiting end block and the end limiting stop block; the other end of the limiting traction rod extends out of the hollow limiting pipe; and is connected with the drag hook by screw thread.
Preferably, the limiting mounting seat is provided with a bracket mounting hole for fixed mounting.
Preferably, the hollow limiting hemispherical shell is provided with a switching limiting hole for mounting the rotary limiting ball.
Preferably, a threaded mounting joint is fixed on the draw hook; a threaded mounting slot hole is formed in the limiting traction rod; the draw hook is in threaded connection with the limiting draw bar through the threaded mounting groove hole and the threaded mounting joint; the thread mounting groove hole is adapted to the thread mounting joint.
Preferably, a plurality of limiting through holes are formed in the limiting end block in the circumferential direction; a plurality of thread fixing holes are formed in the hollow limiting pipe along the circumferential direction; the limiting end block is fixedly connected with the hollow limiting pipe through a fastening stud.

In this embodiment, the limiting mounting seat 11 is provided with a bracket mounting hole 13 for fixed mounting.
In this embodiment, the hollow hemispherical shell 8 is provided with a switching limiting hole 21 for installing the rotation limiting ball 9.
In this embodiment, the draw hook 7 is fixed with a threaded mounting joint 15; a threaded mounting slot hole 14 is formed in the limiting traction rod 6; the draw hook 7 is in threaded connection with the limiting draw bar 6 through a threaded mounting groove hole 14 and a threaded mounting joint 15; the threaded mounting slot 14 is adapted to a threaded mounting nipple 15.
