Background
In the production and sale process of clothes, warehousing is an important link. For example, in clothing production, after clothes are produced by enterprises, the clothes are put in storage according to management requirements, and then the clothes are selected from a warehouse according to orders and delivered. Such as dealers and stores, etc.
In the existing storage link, cartons and plastic boxes are generally used in the industry to store clothes, and are easy to stack and convenient to manage and carry. The applicant researches and discovers that the prior storage box technology for storage has the following problems:
(1) the existing containing boxes are all open at the top, and can only be operated from the open at the top when the clothes are picked and taken out. And in order to improve the utilization of the storage space and reduce the storage cost, storage shelves are used for placing the storage boxes. When the storage box is placed on the high layer of the storage shelf, due to the limited operation space between the shelves and safety considerations, the storage box filled with the clothes needs to be moved to the ground by a worker before the clothes can be taken out. Manpower is consumed, the picking machine needs to be put back to the original position after picking, and the working efficiency is low.
(2) Such as the existing carton, plastic containing box, foldable containing box, etc., the external dimension of box is fixed when using, even the clothing is less in the case, the box can occupy too much space volume when carrying, transporting, warehousing, selecting.
(3) The storage box cannot be folded, so that the storage is inconvenient; the carton is difficult to use repeatedly, and fragile etc.. The foldable plastic box has a complex structure and high use cost.
The existing containing box has the problems of inconvenient use, inconvenient containing and small space utilization rate when the clothes are stored.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical defects of inconvenient use, inconvenient storage and small space utilization rate of the existing storage box during clothes storage, the invention provides a soft storage box for clothes.
In order to solve the problems, the invention is realized according to the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a first soft containing box for clothes, which comprises a box bottom and a side wall connected with the box bottom, wherein the box bottom and the side wall form a containing space for placing clothes, and the side wall is provided with a window structure convenient for taking the clothes out of the box; the side wall is made of soft tough material, so that the soft containing box can be deformed to reduce the volume and can be recovered to realize repeated use.
Preferably, the side wall is further provided with a plurality of deformable bone rods, and the bone rods provide support to maintain the three-dimensional structure of the soft body containing box.
Preferably, the side wall is made of transparent or semitransparent soft flexible materials, so that the clothes in the accommodating space can be directly observed from the side surface of the soft accommodating box.
Preferably, the window structure is disposed at a lower portion of the sidewall, not at a bottom of the sidewall.
Preferably, the side wall is provided with a label pocket.
Preferably, the side wall is one of a fiber fabric, a mesh fabric, a sandwich mesh fabric, a rubberized fabric, a resin processed fabric and soft glass.
Preferably, the window structure can be opened and closed, and the window structure is one of a flat-open type opening and closing structure, an upper-suspension type opening and closing structure and a lower-suspension type opening and closing structure. The window structure and the side wall can be quickly opened and closed through a zipper, a magic tape or a button.
Preferably, the side wall is provided with a tearing-preventing unit, and the tearing-preventing unit is adjacently arranged on the window structure; the tearing prevention unit is used for preventing the side wall from being cracked from the edge of the window structure under the action of external force.
Preferably, the top end of the side wall is provided with a plurality of connecting holes, the soft containing box further comprises a binding band, and the binding band penetrates through the connecting holes and is bound at the box opening of the soft containing box to prevent the clothes from falling out of the box opening.
In a second aspect, the invention further provides a second soft containing box for clothes, which comprises a box bottom and a side wall connected with the box bottom, wherein the box bottom and the side wall form a containing space for placing clothes, and the side wall is provided with a window structure facilitating taking out the clothes from the box; the side wall is made of transparent or semitransparent soft tough materials, so that the soft containing box can be deformed to reduce the volume and can be recovered to realize repeated use; the side wall is provided with a plurality of deformable bone rods, and the bone rods are used for providing support.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the side wall of the soft storage box is provided with the window structure, so that the clothes can be conveniently taken out from the soft storage box. The invention is applied to warehousing, even if the soft storage box is placed on a high-rise shelf, workers do not need to move the soft storage box to the ground to pick clothes, the workers can observe clothes in the box by opening the window structure, and the clothes can be taken out from the bottom of the side surface of the soft storage box directly.
2. The side wall of the soft containing box is made of soft tough materials, and the soft containing box has the following technical effects:
(1) the side wall of the soft containing box is made of soft tough material, and the soft containing box can be deformed to reduce the volume and can be recovered to realize repeated use. Compare the carton, can long-term reuse and recoverable, green.
(2) The box body of the soft storage box is lighter in weight, and the side wall of the box can deform at will. Compared with a foldable plastic containing box, the plastic containing box has lighter weight; the folding storage box does not need complex part composition and assembly relation, the box body of the folding storage box needs to be folded according to a specific mode, and the side wall of the folding storage box can be randomly deformed for storage.
(3) When the soft storage box is idle, the soft storage box can be deformed to reduce the volume, and is convenient to store. On the other hand, the size of the soft containing box can be adjusted according to clothes placed in the box, and when the number of clothes in the box is small, the redundant parts of the side walls can be folded. The volume is not fixed and not changed, and the device does not occupy excessive space volume when being idle and used. The existing foldable containing box can be folded only in an empty box state.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
The soft storage box is used in a clothing industry chain and used for storing clothing, and the side wall of the soft storage bag is provided with a window structure so that a worker can conveniently extract the clothing from the box.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a preferred structure of a soft storage box for clothing according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the soft storage box 10 includes a box bottom and a side wall 11 connected to the box bottom. The bottom and the side wall 11 form a containing space for placing the clothes 40. The side wall 11 of the soft storage box 10 is made of soft tough material and can be bent and deformed arbitrarily. Compared with the existing paper boxes and integrally injection-molded plastic boxes, the soft containing box 10 is not fixed in size, and can be folded, stored and stored when the soft containing box 10 is idle, so that the soft containing box is very convenient.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, when the soft storage box 10 is not in use, it can be deformed to reduce the volume, so as to facilitate storage. As shown in fig. 9, when the empty box of the soft storage box is left unused and recycled, the side wall can be bent and folded for multiple times, so that the volume of the soft storage box is reduced, and the transportation is convenient.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the size of the soft storage box 10 can be adjusted according to the clothes placed in the box, and when there is a small amount of clothes in the box, the extra portion of the side wall 11 is folded. The volume is not fixed and not changed, and the device does not occupy excessive space volume when being idle and used. The existing foldable containing box can be folded only in an empty box state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the side wall 11 of the soft storage box 10 may be made of one of a fiber fabric, a mesh fabric, a sandwich mesh fabric, a glue-coated fabric, a resin-processed fabric and soft glass. For example, the fiber fabric may be canvas, nylon fabric, polyester fabric, or the like, which has good flexibility. For another example, soft glass (PVC soft crystal plate) has the advantages of heat resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance, heavy pressure resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, good light transmittance, long service life, and the like.
Because the cost of carton is low, the quality is light, is the preferred articles for storage, turnover, and clothing industry will use corrugated box in a large number. However, in the process of storing clothes, the box body needs to be frequently moved, the paper box is easily damaged, and tens of thousands of clothes enterprises and stores in the whole country cause great resource waste. The soft storage box made of the soft tough material selected by the invention has the characteristics of being recyclable and reusable. Compared with corrugated paper boxes, the corrugated paper box can be repeatedly used for a long time and can be recycled, and the environment is protected.
The plastic box and the foldable plastic box have high structural strength and can be used repeatedly, and the storage use requirements are further met. However, the plastic box is generally not foldable and has heavy weight and occupies large space; preferably, the foldable plastic box can be folded only in an empty box state, and has various parts and high storage cost. The soft tough material selected by the invention has light weight, the size of the soft containing box 10 can be adjusted according to clothes placed in the box, and when the number of clothes in the box is less, the redundant part of the side wall 11 is folded. The volume is not fixed and not changed, and the device does not occupy excessive space volume when being idle and used.
Preferably, the side wall 11 is made of transparent or translucent flexible material, so as to facilitate the direct observation of the clothes 40 in the storage space from the side of the soft storage box 10. The side wall 11 is made of a visible transparent or semitransparent soft flexible material, such as a mesh fabric, soft glass, and the like. The software containing box 10 is visualized, so that workers can directly observe the clothes 40 in the box from the side in a warehouse, and the clothes can be quickly identified.
Preferably, in one implementation, the soft storage box 10 of the present invention is made of the same soft tough material as a whole, i.e. the bottom and the side wall 11 are made of the same material, and any portion of the soft storage box 10 can be deformed and bent.
In another embodiment, the side wall 11 of the soft storage box 10 is made of soft flexible material; the bottom of the soft container 10 can be made of hard material, such as a plate-shaped bottom made of plastic, and the combination of the sidewall 11 and the bottom of the soft container 10 is realized by those skilled in the art and will not be described too much herein. Through the design, the bottom of the soft storage box 10 can be made of hard materials, so that the bottom has certain strength, the soft storage box 10 can maintain the bottom contour, the bottom can be protected, and the soft storage box 10 can be stably placed.
The material of the box bottom is not limited in the invention. The box bottom is preferably made of soft tough materials, has low cost and can be folded.
Another innovative aspect of the invention, as shown in figures 1 and 3, consists in the fact that said side wall 11 is provided with a window structure 12 to facilitate the extraction of the garment 40 from the inside of the box. The side wall 11 of the soft storage box 10 is provided with the window structure 12, when the soft storage box 10 is applied to warehousing, even if the soft storage box 10 is placed on a high-rise shelf, workers do not need to move the soft storage box 10 to the ground to pick clothes 40, the workers can take out the clothes through the window structure 12, and can directly observe the clothes 40 in the box through the window structure 12 for rapid identification.
Specifically, the side wall 11 is a ring-shaped structure, and a notch is formed in the surface of the side wall 11 to form a window structure, the outer contour of the notch is like a frame of the window, and the notch is used for extracting the garment 40 from the box. Preferably, the outer contour of the notch is rectangular.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the window structure 12 is openable and closable, and the window structure 12 is one of a side-hung opening and closing structure, a top-hung opening and closing structure, and a bottom-hung opening and closing structure.
The window structure 12 further comprises a rectangular sheet for opening and closing the gap, and the rectangular sheet is connected to the side wall 11 of the soft storage box 10. The window structure 12 is one of a side-hung opening and closing structure, an upper-hung opening and closing structure, and a lower-hung opening and closing structure. Specifically, the present invention explains the above opening and closing structure:
in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the window structure 12 is an upward-hanging type opening and closing structure, and the window structure 12 is opened from bottom to top: the window structure 12 comprises a rectangular sheet made of soft tough material, and the rectangular sheet is connected with the side wall 11 through a connecting piece; the attachment may be a zipper 20, velcro tape, or buttons. The upper side of the rectangular sheet is secured to the side wall 11 so that the rectangular sheet hangs from the side wall 11. The bottom edge or the two side edges and the bottom edge of the rectangular sheet can be connected with the side wall 11 through the zipper 20, the magic tape or the button, so that the bottom gap of the side wall 11 can be opened and closed.
In another implementation, the window structure is a downward-hanging type opening and closing structure, and the window structure is opened from top to bottom: the window structure comprises a rectangular sheet made of soft tough material, and the rectangular sheet is connected with the side wall through a connecting piece. The connecting piece can be a zipper, a magic tape or a button. The bottom edge of the rectangular sheet is fixedly connected with the side wall or the bottom of the box and can be fixedly connected in a sewing, hot-pressing and other modes. The upper side or two sides and the upper side of the rectangular sheet can be connected with the side wall through a zipper, a magic tape or a button to realize opening and closing.
In another embodiment, the window structure is a side-hung type opening and closing structure: the window structure comprises a rectangular sheet made of soft tough materials and a connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece can be a zipper, a magic tape or a button. One side edge of the rectangular sheet is fixedly connected to the vertical edge of the opening of the side wall, and the rectangular sheet and the side wall can be fixedly connected in a sewing and hot pressing mode. Further, the rectangular sheet may be opened outwardly or closed inwardly in a horizontal direction around the connection with the side wall. Specifically, the rectangular sheet may be left-side outward-opening or right-side outward-opening, and the present invention is not limited thereto. And the other sides of the window structure can be connected with the side wall through a zipper, a magic tape or a button so as to realize the rapid opening and closing of the window structure and the side wall.
Preferably, the window structure 12 is disposed at the lower portion of the sidewall 11, not at the bottom of the sidewall 11. As shown in fig. 7, the soft storage box 10 has a hollow rectangular column structure. The side wall 11 of the soft storage box 10 is an annular structure formed by connecting four wall bodies, the window structure 12 is arranged on one wall body of the soft storage box 10, and the window structure 12 is arranged at the lower part of the side wall 11 and is not arranged at the bottom of the side wall 11.
The existing clothes are folded and packaged, the outer outlines of the existing clothes are more rectangular, the soft storage box adopting the structure is convenient for stacking and storing the clothes, and the clothes pile is not easy to be disordered. Through the design, the horizontal height of the window structure is higher than the bottom of the box, when clothes are extracted, a plurality of clothes are always kept in the bottom of the box, the clothes are extracted favorably, when the window structure is arranged at the lowest end of the side wall, the clothes are required to be extracted from the lowest position of the box all the time, and the clothes on the upper layer are too many to be extracted difficultly. Meanwhile, the bottom of the box cannot be sealed by adopting the modes of zippers, magic tapes, buttons and the like, the window structure is slightly higher than the bottom of the box, so that the closure of the bottom of the box is better, and direct liquid infiltration and the like are avoided to a certain extent. And the connecting piece is also prevented from being arranged at the bottom of the box, so that the connecting piece is not easy to open and close by workers, and if a zipper is adopted, the connecting piece is also easy to be extruded and damaged in the moving process.
Example two
The structure and principle of the soft storage box for clothing described in embodiment 2 are the same as those of embodiment 1, and embodiment 2 provides a preferable structure and shape of the soft storage box.
The top of the soft storage box 10 of this embodiment 2 has an open box opening, and the side wall 11 and the box bottom form a storage space with an open top. The containing box can be taken from the side wall through the window structure when the storage box is at a high position of the goods shelf, and can be taken from the top box opening of the containing box when the storage box is at a low position of the goods shelf.
To avoid the garment 40 from being poured out of the opening during handling and transportation. As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of connecting holes 13 are formed on the periphery of the top end of the side wall 11, the soft storage box 10 further comprises a binding band, the binding band passes through the plurality of connecting holes 13, and the binding band passes through the plurality of connecting holes 13 and is bound at the mouth of the soft storage box 10 to prevent the clothes 40 from falling out of the mouth.
EXAMPLE III
The structure and principle of the soft storage box for clothing described in embodiment 3 are the same as those of embodiment 1, and embodiment 3 provides a preferable structure of the soft storage box.
Since the sidewall 11 of the soft storage box 10 is made of soft flexible material, the soft storage box 10 is easy to deform and topple when no clothes are left in the soft storage box, and it is inconvenient for workers to put clothes into the storage space of the soft storage box 10. Therefore, the soft storage box 10 of embodiment 3 has several bendable bone rods 30 on the side wall 11, and the bone rods 30 support the soft storage box 10 to maintain its three-dimensional structure.
Preferably, the bone shaft 30 may be an elongated nylon strip that can be repeatedly bent and folded.
The material, number, distribution on the side wall 11, and the like of the bone rods 30 provided in the soft storage box 10 are not limited in the present invention, and those skilled in the art can select and implement the present invention according to the size and shape of the soft storage box 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the soft storage box 10 has a hollow rectangular column structure, and the cross-sectional profile of the soft storage box 10 is rectangular. The side wall 11 is made of a sandwich mesh cloth. The 4 bone rods 30 are respectively arranged on four vertical edges of the soft containing box 10. The bone rods 30 are wrapped by the mesh cloth and then arranged in the edges of the soft containing box 10 by hot pressing.
The rod of the soft storage box for clothes in this embodiment 3 can be applied to other embodiments.
Example four
The structure and principle of the soft storage box for clothing according to embodiment 4 are the same as those of embodiment 1, and embodiment 4 provides a preferable structure of the soft storage box.
As shown in fig. 1, a label bag 14 is provided on the outer surface of the soft storage box 10. The label pocket 14 may be provided on the outer surface of the side wall 11 or on the outer surface of the window structure 12. By additionally arranging the label bag 14, the garment bag can be used for placing information cards, logistics cards, labels and the like so as to record the information and the like of the garments 40 of the soft containing box 10, so that workers can check the garment bag, and the garments in the containing box can be conveniently identified and classified.
The soft storage box for clothes described in embodiment 4 can be applied to other embodiments as well.
EXAMPLE five
The structure and principle of the soft storage box for clothing according to embodiment 5 are the same as those of embodiment 1, and embodiment 5 provides a preferable soft storage box structure: the tearing prevention unit is arranged adjacent to the window structure; the tearing prevention unit is used for preventing the side wall from being cracked from the edge of the window structure under the action of external force.
If the sandwich mesh cloth, soft glass and the like are adopted, transparent plastics are adopted; for example, in the case of textile fabrics, the window structure may form a notch on the sidewall, and when the window structure is subjected to an external force, the window structure is easily torn along the edge of the window structure.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the side wall of the soft storage box 10 is provided with a tearing prevention unit 50, and the tearing prevention unit 50 is arranged adjacent to the outer edge of the window structure. Preferably, the tear preventing unit 50 may be a flexible plastic tape, a woven rope, a woven tape, an adhesive tape, or other strip-shaped or long-shaped article with good flexibility. The tearing prevention unit 50 may be separately disposed at one side of the window structure, or may be in a semi-surrounding structure or a surrounding structure, surrounding the peripheral edge of the window structure.
In one implementation, a braided rope or braid is sewn to the sidewall. When the side wall is cracked from the window structure to the tearing unit under the external force, the side wall can be prevented from being cracked continuously. Also, for example, a flexible plastic tape or tape may be heat-pressed or bonded to the sidewall.
The tearing-proof unit of the soft storage box for clothes in this embodiment 5 can be applied to other embodiments.
Other structures of the soft storage box for clothes described in this embodiment are shown in the prior art.
