本发明涉及一种商用车TPMS气门嘴及TPMS传感器部装,气门嘴设置气门嘴嘴体、气门嘴嘴座和传感器部装,气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座为彼此分体的部件,所述气门嘴通过气门嘴嘴座安装到汽车轮辋上,气门嘴嘴体设置气门芯的安装部位;所述气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座组合连接并形成气流通道连通,在气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座的组合连接处形成了一个处在汽车轮辋外并靠近汽车轮辋的腔体,所述传感器部装设置在该腔体中,该腔体与气门嘴的气流通道相通或者处在该气流通道上。发明商用车TPMS和气门嘴将TPMS传感器和轮辋气门嘴设计成一个整体,安装于轮辋上既保证了通讯可靠同时又连接强度大,不易丢失和被盗,有效避免了目前商用车TPMS系统的功能和结构缺陷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种商用车TPMS传感器和气门嘴及TPMS传感器部装。
背景技术
TPMS系统已成汽车强制标配,功能在于汽车在行驶中全程、即时检测轮胎胎压和温度,确保车辆安全行驶。目前商用车TPMS系统的传感器(信号采集、传输单元)安装型式有:1、(内置式)将TPMS传感器搭载于轮辋气门嘴尾部连同气门嘴安装于汽车轮辋上(TPMS传感器处于汽车轮辋内)。2、(外置式)TPMS传感器搭载于一专用的外接气门嘴后连同外接气门嘴用螺纹连接在轮辋气门嘴的嘴口上(TPMS传感器处于汽车轮辋外)。以上两种搭载方式在使用中各有优点但都存在功能或结构缺陷。
因商用车(载货汽车、客车和工程车辆)的体型和轮胎配置数量多元化,多数车轮距驾驶室中控台距离较大,TPMS系统的传感器(信号发射单元)距离汽车中控台接收机(信号接收处理单元)距离较大,这就需要发射单元在汽车行驶中稳定保持较强的射频输出信号。现在商用汽车制造商和售后加装及维修替换市场在用的内置式TPMS系统因传感器置于轮胎内,其射频信号因金属轮辋的屏蔽作用而大幅弱化,造成传感器内置电源能耗大、射频信号传输不稳定。而外置式TPMS系统因传感器置于轮辋外,虽然可以避免以上缺陷,但由于加载的结构和连接方式使传感器在汽车行驶中容易因连接松动而丢失或轻易被盗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,将射频信号采集发射单元传感器置于轮辋气门嘴结构内部使之与气门嘴形成一个整体且安装时传感器处于轮辋外,有效避免目前所采用的内置式传感器信号受轮辋屏蔽影响和外置式易丢失和被盗的缺陷。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述气门嘴设置气门嘴嘴体、气门嘴嘴座和传感器部装,气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座为彼此分体的部件,所述气门嘴通过气门嘴嘴座安装到汽车轮辋上,气门嘴嘴体设置气门芯的安装部位;所述气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座组合连接并形成气流通道连通,在气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座的组合连接处形成了一个处在汽车轮辋外并靠近汽车轮辋的腔体,所述传感器部装设置在该腔体中,该腔体与气门嘴的气流通道相通或者处在该气流通道上。
进一步地,所述传感器部装的天线能利用所述气门嘴嘴体作为其外延天线。
进一步地,所述传感器部装的天线焊接在气门嘴嘴座上。
进一步地,所述气门嘴嘴座的尾部设置螺纹连接结构,气门嘴嘴座具有卡槽以设置密封垫,并通过卡槽的上侧槽壁和与螺纹连接结构连接的紧固件、垫片配合将所述气门嘴压紧安装在轮辋上。
进一步地,所述气门嘴嘴座和轮辋之间绝缘。
进一步地,气门嘴嘴体与气门嘴嘴座采用螺纹连接且螺纹密封胶锁固,气门嘴嘴体与气门嘴嘴座还再用密封圈密封。
进一步地,所述传感器部装通过上方的限位弹簧被压紧而在其上方和腔体顶壁之间保持通气贯通;所述传感器部装的底部设置多个支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起保持传感器部装的径向位置及将传感器部装的底部撑离腔体底壁,保持通气贯通,所述腔体的侧壁与传感器部装的侧面之间的间隙提供侧面的气流通道,它们共同构成腔体内的气流通道,并与气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座的气流通道相通。
进一步地,所述压紧弹簧采用左旋弹簧,气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座螺纹旋合时弹簧端面处于滑动摩擦状态。
本发明另一个所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适于安装在气门嘴中的TPMS传感器部装,适于安装在气门嘴内部,避免被盗,同时又能不妨碍气门嘴内部的气流通畅。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种适于安装在气门嘴中的TPMS传感器部装,其特征在于包括壳体、封装体及内部电路板,壳体的顶部具有弹簧限位部位,所述传感器部装的底部具有多个支撑凸起,所述传感器部装还设置与电路板中的电子器件相通的通气孔。
进一步地,所述壳体的侧部形成爪部,所述封装体的侧部和壳体的爪部卡接,所述爪之间形成侧面的通气槽,所述壳体在其顶部具有通气孔。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明商用车TPMS和气门嘴将TPMS传感器和轮辋气门嘴设计成一个整体,安装于轮辋上既保证了通讯可靠同时又连接强度大,不易丢失和被盗,有效避免了目前商用车TPMS系统的功能和结构缺陷。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明所提供的商用车TPMS气门嘴,设置气门嘴嘴体2、气门嘴嘴座3和传感器部装1,气门嘴嘴体2和气门嘴嘴座3为彼此分体的部件,所述气门嘴通过气门嘴嘴座3安装到汽车轮辋100上,气门嘴嘴体2设置气门芯200的安装部位,气门芯200安装于气门嘴嘴体2中的前部;所述气门嘴嘴体2和气门嘴嘴座3组合连接并形成连通的气流通道500,在气门嘴嘴体2和气门嘴嘴座3的组合连接处形成了一个处在汽车轮辋100外并靠近汽车轮辋100的腔体400,所述传感器部装1设置在该腔体400中,该腔体400与气门嘴的气流通道500相通或者处在该气流通道500上。
传感器部装主要为电路板及其包装体,形成适于安装在腔体500中的模块。如图1、2所示,传感器部装1由电子元件电池11、PCB板13、天线14、芯片15经低压注塑体12组成整体装于爪形塑料壳体16,壳体16顶部设有凸台161,凸台161上设有传感器进气口163,壳体圆柱段设成4瓣爪形,爪形间距利用壳体壁厚构成恒定的通气槽162。低压注塑体12的底部设有4个均布的支撑脚121,其与通气槽161共同构成了传感器部装1与气门嘴嘴座3之间的气流通道。传感器1的射频可采用FSK或PPM调制方式。
如图1、2所示,气门嘴嘴体2设有轴向通孔27,嘴体2底端外形设为六角柱和圆柱体,六角柱26用于使用普通扳手与嘴座3装配,嘴体2底端内孔呈台阶状圆柱形,其上部的内圆柱孔21用于安置传感器限位弹簧8,其中部部的内圆柱形22设内螺纹25,用于和气门嘴嘴座3的装配设计,其下部的内圆柱形23为“O”型密封圈7密封面,内圆柱形23所设的15°坡口24为“O”型密封圈7的装配导入段。
如图1、4所示,气门嘴嘴座3设有轴向通孔39,嘴座3上端外圆设有外螺纹31用于与嘴体2内螺纹25装配,外圆口端设有豁口34用于天线14的限位和焊接,嘴座3上端外圆在外螺纹31的下方还设有卡槽35,作为“O”型密封圈7安装位。嘴座3上端设有内圆柱孔32和33用于安装传感器部装1,内圆柱孔33内孔直径与传感器部装1的低压注塑体12的最大外径单边配合间隙≥0.2mm,内圆柱体孔32、33及其底部以及嘴体2的台阶状圆柱形内孔组成了用于安装传感器部装的腔体500,该腔体500的下端和嘴座3的轴向通孔39连通,上端和嘴体2的轴向通孔27连通,形成气流通道的连通。嘴座3杆部设有气门嘴密封圈4的安装槽38,在气门嘴嘴座3的尾端设有外螺纹36用于安装六角螺母6,还设有尾部六角孔37用于在嘴座3与嘴体2的装配时使用内六角扳手。
如图1所示,本发明的传感器部装1位于气门嘴嘴体2和气门嘴嘴座3构成的腔体内,其天线14引出置于嘴座3的豁口34焊接(天线焊接点9),使嘴座3和嘴体2也形成了传感器1的外延天线。左旋限位弹簧8套在传感器1的壳体16之凸台161上,置于嘴体2的内圆柱孔21内。嘴体2、嘴座3螺纹旋合时,左旋限位弹簧8的端面处于滑动摩擦状态,阻力小,限位弹簧8防止轮辋高速旋转时传感器部装1在气门嘴内窜动,限位弹簧8的压力作用既限制传感器部装1在嘴体2和嘴座3构成的腔体500内的位置,同时也保障构成传感器壳体16上平面与嘴体2内平面之间的气流通道恒定,支撑脚121与嘴座3内孔底部331之间的配合保障传感器部装底部和腔体底部331具有稳定的空隙,前述爪形间距利用壳体壁厚构成恒定的通气槽162,这样嘴体2的轴向通孔与嘴座3的轴向通孔形成贯通且PCB板13上方的传感芯片15通过进气孔163适时接收轮胎压力和温度信息。本发明的嘴体2的内圆周孔23和15°坡口24与嘴座3的“O”型圈卡槽35及“O”型密封圈7构成了嘴体2和嘴座3的装配密封,嘴体2的内螺纹25和嘴座3的外螺纹31用螺纹密封胶锁固形成嘴体2与嘴座3的二次密封,并且嘴体和嘴座在形成腔体的部位螺纹连接封胶锁固,其连接强度远大于以往外置传感器和嘴体的连接强度。本发明的商用车气门嘴与轮辋安装时,在卡槽38的下侧槽壁上垫有塑料垫片5,气门嘴密封圈4则垫在卡槽38的上侧槽壁和轮辋外侧面之间以及卡槽底壁和轮辋之间,由气门嘴密封圈4和塑料垫片5构成气门嘴与轮辋之间的绝缘带以防止金属轮辋干涉传感器射频信号。
作为替代的,各种在部件开气孔等方式也可构成连通的气流通道。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的结构特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本发明的保护范围之中。
Claims (10)
1.一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述气门嘴设置气门嘴嘴体、气门嘴嘴座和传感器部装,气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座为彼此分体的部件,所述气门嘴通过气门嘴嘴座安装到汽车轮辋上,气门嘴嘴体设置气门芯的安装部位;所述气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座组合连接并形成气流通道连通,在气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座的组合连接处形成了一个处在汽车轮辋外并靠近汽车轮辋的腔体,所述传感器部装设置在该腔体中,该腔体与气门嘴的气流通道相通或者处在该气流通道上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述传感器部装的天线能利用所述气门嘴嘴体作为其外延天线。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述传感器部装的天线焊接在气门嘴嘴座上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述气门嘴嘴座的尾部设置螺纹连接结构,气门嘴嘴座具有卡槽以设置密封垫,并通过卡槽的上侧槽壁和与螺纹连接结构连接的紧固件、垫片配合将所述气门嘴压紧安装在轮辋上。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述气门嘴嘴座和轮辋之间绝缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于气门嘴嘴体与气门嘴嘴座采用螺纹连接且螺纹密封胶锁固,气门嘴嘴体与气门嘴嘴座还再用密封圈密封。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述传感器部装通过上方的限位弹簧被压紧而在其上方和腔体顶壁之间保持通气贯通;所述传感器部装的底部设置多个支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起保持传感器部装的径向位置及将传感器部装的底部撑离腔体底壁,保持通气贯通,所述腔体的侧壁与传感器部装的侧面之间的间隙提供侧面的气流通道,它们共同构成腔体内的气流通道,并与气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座的气流通道相通。
8.如权利要求8所述的一种商用车TPMS气门嘴,其特征在于所述压紧弹簧采用左旋弹簧,气门嘴嘴体和气门嘴嘴座螺纹旋合时弹簧端面处于滑动摩擦状态。
9.一种适于安装在气门嘴的TPMS传感器部装,其特征在于包括壳体、封装体及内部电路板,壳体的顶部具有弹簧限位部位,所述传感器部装的底部具有多个支撑凸起,所述传感器部装还设置与电路板中的电子器件相通的通气孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种适于安装在气门嘴中的TPMS传感器部装,其特征在于所述壳体的侧部形成爪部,所述封装体的侧部和壳体的爪部卡接,所述爪之间形成侧面的通气槽,所述壳体在其顶部具有通气孔。
