Through on screed-coat 7 and old roofing 9, adopt basic unit's finishing agent to brush alternately and form basic unit's finishing agent layer 8, can remove dust on screed-coat 7 and old roofing 9, the screed-coat 7 of being convenient for and old roofing 9 can laminate better with follow-up waterproof layer, improve water-proof effects.
In the present embodiment, the separation gap 2 is pre-filled with caulking paste. The caulking paste is prepared from rubber particles and polyurethane sealant 1: 1 proportion, has better water-proof effects, and the thickness of caulking paste is about 20mm generally, avoids forming great load pressure to old roofing again as far as possible under guaranteeing better water-proof effects.
In this embodiment, a waterproof adhesive tape is attached to the surface of the caulking compound layer 1; the waterproof adhesive tape also covers the wall surface of the whole separation seam 2 and extends to the old roof 9, and the upper surface of the waterproof adhesive tape is attached to the lower surface of the waterproof coating layer 5. The waterproof adhesive tape layer 6 can improve the waterproof performance of the caulking paste layer 1; the waterproof adhesive tape 6 also covers the wall surface of the whole separation seam 2 and extends to the old roof 9 to be connected with the base layer treating agent layer 8 on the old roof 9, so that the seam of the whole waterproof repairing structure is reduced, and the leakage points are reduced; during construction, the waterproof adhesive tape extends to one side wall surface of the separation seam 2, the surface of the caulking paste layer 1, the other side wall surface of the separation seam 2 and the other end of the old roof 9 from one end of the old roof 9, and deformation widths are reserved on two sides of the separation seam 2 to adapt to deformation of the separation seam 2.
In this embodiment, when the separation seam 2 is an inverted trapezoid structure, the waterproof coating layer 5, the waterproof roll layer 4, and the part of the reflection-type aluminum film self-adhesive roll layer 3 extending to the separation seam 2 are laid by attaching the waterproof tape layer 6, and are in a U-shaped structure. The structure of the separation seam 2 can be square, V-shaped or other structures, when the separation seam 2 is of an inverted trapezoidal structure, the waterproof coating layer 5, the waterproof roll material layer 4 and the reflection-type aluminum film self-adhesive roll material layer 3 can be conveniently paved in the separation seam 2, and when the separation seam 2 deforms, a plurality of structural layers paved on the separation seam can also be kept in a fit state better, so that the waterproof effect is improved.
In this embodiment, the screed 7 is a self-leveling cement layer. The self-leveling cement paste layer has better fluidity and cohesiveness, is tightly combined with the old roof 9, is easy to form a leveling base surface and is convenient for subsequent construction.
In this embodiment, the base layer treating agent layer 8 is a high molecular polymer modified emulsified asphalt layer, the waterproof coating layer 5 is a creep type non-cured asphalt waterproof coating layer, and the waterproof roll layer 4 is a PE film SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll. The high molecular polymer modified emulsified asphalt is used as a base layer treating agent for coating, so that the dust removal effect and the waterproof effect are achieved; the creep deformation type non-cured asphalt waterproof coating and the base layer treating agent layer 8 form an integral full-paved waterproof layer, a coating layer in direct contact with the base layer treating agent layer 8 can automatically and perfectly adapt to structural deformation, creep deformation repair can be carried out according to the expansion and contraction of the base layer treating agent layer 8, and the stress of the base layer treating agent layer 8 is not reflected into the waterproof coil material layer; the PE film SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is laid on the creep deformation type non-cured asphalt waterproof coating layer to form a double-layer waterproof layer, the creep deformation type non-cured asphalt waterproof coating layer can obstruct the stress reflection of the base layer treating agent layer 8, so that the waterproof layer can be lasting and effective under the condition that the structural main body does not displace to a large extent, and the hidden danger of leakage is avoided in the real sense.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the leveling layer 7 is 3-8 mm, the thickness of the base layer treating agent layer 8 is 500 μm, the thickness of the waterproof coating layer 5 is 2mm, the thickness of the waterproof roll layer 4 is 4mm, and the thickness of the reflection-type aluminum film self-adhesive roll layer 3 is 2 mm. The thickness of the non-cured waterproof coating waterproof layer is 2mm, the filling of subsequent thermal barrier cold contraction to a base surface is fully considered, and sufficient deformation supplement is reserved while the waterproof effect is ensured; the waterproof layer with the thickness of 4mm is selected to fully consider the durability of the subsequent waterproof layer, and the thickness directly reflects the effect of the waterproof layer; the protective layer adopts an aluminum film with the thickness of 2mm, the coiled material with the thickness less than 2mm is a non-padding coiled material, the waterproof layer with larger thickness can be more effectively protected, and the service life is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the old roof 9 is pre-filled with plain cement at the defect. The defects such as loose, honeycomb pitted surface, mortar surface layer and the like on the old roof 9 are filled with the plain cement, and the plain cement can be well and tightly combined with the defects to avoid the defects from becoming leakage points.
The waterproof repairing structure of the embodiment can not damage the structure layer of the old roof, the whole waterproof repairing structure layer mainly achieves the purpose of preventing water leakage by brushing waterproof paint and laying a waterproof coil layer, a high-weight waterproof structure layer is not required to be applied, and the load on the old roof can be effectively reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A method for repairing an old roof by water proofing, wherein the old roof is provided with a separating seam, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: chiseling the defects of the old roof and repairing holes with plain cement;
s2: leveling the defect position by using self-leveling cement paste to form an old roof leveling layer;
s3: coating a base layer treating agent on the leveling layer and the old roof not covered by the leveling layer to form a base layer treating layer;
s4: coating waterproof paint on the base layer treatment layer and the separation seams and synchronously paving waterproof rolls;
s5: and laying a reflection-type aluminum film self-adhesive coiled material on the surface of the waterproof coiled material.
2. The method for repairing old roofing according to claim 1, wherein said step S4 is preceded by the steps of: cleaning the separation seams, and filling the bottoms of the separation seams with caulking paste.
3. The method for waterproofing and repairing an old roof according to claim 2, wherein a waterproof tape is applied to the surface of the caulking compound after the caulking compound is filled in the separation joints.

The method for repairing the old roof by waterproof according to claim 3, wherein the specific attaching process of the waterproof adhesive tape comprises the following steps: the waterproof adhesive tape is laid from one end of the old roof, extends to one side wall surface of the separation seam, the surface of the caulking paste, the other side wall surface of the separation seam and then reaches the other end of the old roof, and is in a U-shaped structure; the two ends of the waterproof adhesive tape are connected with the base layer treatment layer and are as high as the base layer treatment layer.

The method for repairing the water proof of the old roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S3 of coating the base layer treating agent comprises: brushing at least twice, wherein the brushing sequence is as follows: and brushing a first base layer treating agent on the leveling layer and the old roof not covered with the leveling layer once along the same direction, and brushing a second base layer treating agent once along the vertical direction after the surface is dried.
6. The method for repairing the water-proof surface of the old roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-proof paint in step S4 is creep asphalt water-proof paint, and the water-proof coiled material is SBS modified asphalt water-proof coiled material.

The method for repairing the water proofing of the old roof according to claim 6, wherein the creep asphalt waterproof coating composite SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is prepared by the following steps: heating the creep asphalt waterproof coating, putting the creep asphalt waterproof coating into a spraying machine, adjusting the flow of the spraying machine, paving and adhering the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material while spraying, rolling and compacting, and closing the lap joint of the coiled material by a hot melting method.
8. The method for repairing old roofing waterproof according to claim 1, wherein before the step S4, the old roofing treated with the base layer treating agent is subjected to a drying test, and the water content is less than 9%.
9. The method for repairing the water-proof of the old roof as claimed in claim 2, wherein the caulking paste is prepared by mixing rubber particles and polyurethane sealant 1: 1, and preparing the composition.

A waterproof renovation structure of an old roof of a factory building, which is obtained by the waterproof renovation method of the old roof as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and which comprises a leveling layer, a base layer treating agent layer, a first waterproof coating layer, a first waterproof roll layer, a first reflection type aluminum film self-adhesive roll layer, and a caulking paste layer, a waterproof adhesive tape layer, a second waterproof coating layer, a second waterproof roll layer, a second reflection type aluminum film self-adhesive roll layer, which are sequentially laid on the old roof; the base course treating agent layer is connected with the waterproof adhesive tape layer and is at the same height, the first waterproof coating layer is connected with the second waterproof coating layer and is at the same height, the first waterproof roll material layer is connected with the second waterproof roll material layer and is at the same height, and the first reflection type aluminum film self-adhesive roll material layer is connected with the second reflection type aluminum film self-adhesive roll material layer and is at the same height.
