(1) heating deionized water to 58 ℃, adding the deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding a nonionic surfactant into the reaction kettle, cooling the temperature in the reaction kettle to normal temperature, sequentially adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, glycolic acid and propionyl chloride, uniformly stirring, and standing for 15-20 min to obtain a mixed solution 1;
(2) sequentially adding phosphoric acid, citric acid and sodium tartrate into the mixed solution 1 to obtain a mixed solution 2, and stirring all the time in the adding process;
(3) and finally, mixing benzotriazole, sulfamic acid, hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, sodium gluconate and a thickening agent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution 2, uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and packaging.
Further, the thickener is acrylic acid and acrylate.
Further, the plant fragrance is jasmine extraction liquid.
Specifically, the nonionic surfactant is polyoxyethylene alkylolamide.

A preparation method of jelly-shaped descaling and rust removing cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
(1) heating deionized water to 60 ℃, adding the deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding a nonionic surfactant into the reaction kettle, cooling the temperature in the reaction kettle to normal temperature, sequentially adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, glycolic acid and propionyl chloride, uniformly stirring, and standing for 15-20 min to obtain a mixed solution 1;
(2) sequentially adding phosphoric acid, citric acid and sodium tartrate into the mixed solution 1 to obtain a mixed solution 2, and stirring all the time in the adding process;
(3) and finally, mixing benzotriazole, sulfamic acid, hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, sodium gluconate and a thickening agent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution 2, uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and packaging.
Further, the thickener is an acrylate.
Further, the plant fragrance is lavender extract.
Specifically, the nonionic surfactant is polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester.
The preparation method adopted by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, and the descaling and rust removing cleaning agent prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can effectively clean the utensil and quickly remove dirt, rust and mildew on the utensil.
The most preferable cleaning device of the descaling and rust removing cleaning agent prepared by the invention is ceramic tiles, metal surfaces, stainless steel, glass, plastic products and vehicle paint surfaces.
Comparative example 1
Compared with the first embodiment, the comparative example is different in that: the raw materials do not include: disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, propionyl chloride, hydroxyethylidene diphosphate and sodium gluconate.
Comparative example No. two
Compared with the three phases of the example, the comparative example is different in that: the raw materials do not include: sodium tartrate, benzotriazole and sulfamic acid.
Instructions for use: applying the product on the surface of the utensil; standing for 5-15 minutes according to the light degree of dirt and rust stains, and then wiping the dirt and rust stains with a wipe; the cleaned surface of the instrument is wiped by a clean wet towel to completely remove residues. If necessary, the construction can be repeated according to the degree of the dirt.
The descaling and rust-removing cleaning agents prepared in the first to fifth examples, the first comparative example and the second comparative example clean stainless steel parts with the same degree of dirt, rust and mildew according to the above description, and the cleaning effect is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the descaling and rust removing cleaning agent prepared by the invention has the cleaning rate of 83.6-88.5% on dirt, rust and mildew. Compared with the comparative example I and the comparative example II, the improvement of the comparative example I and the comparative example II is 11-13%.
The descaling and rust removing cleaning agent prepared in the embodiment of the application can achieve a good cleaning effect on ceramic tiles, metal surfaces, stainless steel, glass, plastic products and vehicle paint surfaces, and in order to save space and achieve the purposes of conciseness and conciseness, the stainless steel part is cleaned in the embodiment of the invention.

A jelly-shaped descaling and rust removing cleaning agent is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of nonionic surfactant, 2-5 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 2-15 parts of glycolic acid, 0.1-0.3 part of propionyl chloride, 5-18 parts of phosphoric acid, 5-18 parts of citric acid, 0.5-1.5 parts of sodium tartrate, 0.1-0.3 part of benzotriazole, 2-15 parts of sulfamic acid, 0.5-1.5 parts of thickener, 2-5 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 0.5-1.5 parts of sodium gluconate and 200-350 parts of deionized water.

The jelly-like descaling and rust removing detergent as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of nonionic surfactant, 3 parts of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 10 parts of glycolic acid, 0.1 part of propionyl chloride, 15 parts of phosphoric acid, 10 parts of citric acid, 1.0 part of sodium tartrate, 0.2 part of benzotriazole, 10 parts of sulfamic acid, 1.0 part of thickener, 5 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 1.0 part of sodium gluconate and 300 parts of deionized water.
3. The jelly-like descaling and rust removing detergent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the thickening agent is one or more of acrylic acid and acrylate.
4. The jelly-like descaling and rust removing detergent as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the feed also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of plant fragrance.
5. The jelly-like descaling and rust removing detergent as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the plant fragrance is one of lavender extract, mint extract, jasmine extract and rose extract.
6. The method for preparing jelly-like detergent for removing scale and rust as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) heating deionized water to 55-60 ℃, adding the deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding a nonionic surfactant into the reaction kettle, cooling the temperature in the reaction kettle to normal temperature, sequentially adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, glycolic acid and propionyl chloride, uniformly stirring, and standing for 15-20 min to obtain a mixed solution 1;
(2) sequentially adding phosphoric acid, citric acid and sodium tartrate into the mixed solution 1 to obtain a mixed solution 2, and stirring all the time in the adding process;
(3) and finally, mixing benzotriazole, sulfamic acid, hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, sodium gluconate and a thickening agent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution 2, uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and packaging.
7. The method for preparing jelly-like detergent for removing scale and rust according to claim 6, which is characterized in that: the thickening agent is one or more of acrylic acid and acrylate.

The method for preparing jelly-like detergent for removing scale and rust according to claim 6, which is characterized in that: in the step (3), benzotriazole, sulfamic acid, hydroxy ethylidene diphosphate, sodium gluconate and a thickening agent are mixed and then added into the mixed solution 2 to be uniformly mixed, and the plant fragrance is dropwise added while the mixture is uniformly mixed.
