Abstract
本发明的一种可折叠皮革面料,属于皮革面料制备技术领域,依靠锡纸层具有可定型的能力,将其符合在皮革层,使其具有定型折叠的能力,某种程度上来讲是使得皮革具备了纸张的物性,因为底皮背面有锡纸,导致底皮表面并不平整,贴膜后得到了可折叠的效果,经过贴膜后,皮革变的紧实,柔软度下降,定型能力不变,材料的弹性增大,并使其具备了基本的折叠物性,背面做基布层之后,皮革变得紧实,定型能力加强,材料的弹性不变,而且皮革折叠物性被加强,增加了本发明的折叠性能。

本发明属于皮革面料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可折叠皮革面料。
背景技术
随着社会经济水平的不断提高,人们越来越追求高品质的生活,人们在选择服装时越来越多的选择昂贵的皮革面料服装,众所周知,皮革是指经脱毛和鞣制等物理以及化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮,皮革之所以被人们青睐,因为皮革面料具有透气性强、保暖性强以及可塑性高等优点,但同时皮革面料也具有其劣势的方面,随着皮革服饰的长时间使用,经常发生弯折的部位会较快的被磨损,进而发生破裂的现象。
发明内容
针对背景中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可折叠皮革面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可折叠皮革面料,包括基布层、锡纸层、皮革层和贴膜保护层,所述基布层、所述锡纸层、所述皮革层和所述贴膜保护层依次设置,基布层和锡纸层之间通过热熔胶相互连接,皮革层和锡纸层之间通过双层树脂胶相互连接。
优选的,所述皮革层的厚度的4-5毫米。
优选的,所述锡纸层的厚度为1毫米。
优选的,所述基布层的厚度为1毫米。
优选的,所述基布层为防透薄衬布。
优选的,所述贴膜保护层为离型纸。
根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的一种可折叠皮革面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、选取动物皮革原料,将皮革原料送入80℃的环境下进行消毒30分钟,并进行烘干处理;
B、将步骤A中的皮革送入搅拌器内,加入脱脂剂和氧化剂,在60℃的环境下搅拌25-35分钟,得到软质皮革;
C、将步骤C中的软质皮革送入转鼓内并加入染料,在50℃的环境下进行染色,烘干后备用;
D、将步骤C中得到的有色皮革进行刮磨处理,将有色皮革处理成4-5毫米的厚度,并通过树脂胶和离型纸进行粘合,然后送入压合机进行压合得到物质M;
E、将锡纸折叠成1毫米厚并通过双层树脂胶和步骤D中物质M皮革的一侧进行粘合,烘干15-20分钟后送入压合机在80℃环境下热压25-40秒,得到物质N;
F、将1毫米厚的防透薄衬布通过热熔胶和步骤E中得到的物质N锡纸的一侧进行粘合,然后送入压合机压合完成后得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果有:本发明的一种可折叠皮革面料依靠锡纸层具有可定型的能力,将其符合在皮革层,使其具有定型折叠的能力,某种程度上来讲是使得皮革具备了纸张的物性,因为底皮背面有锡纸,导致底皮表面并不平整,贴膜后得到了可折叠的效果,经过贴膜后,皮革变的紧实,柔软度下降,定型能力不变,材料的弹性增大,并使其具备了基本的折叠物性,背面做基布层之后,皮革变得紧实,定型能力加强,材料的弹性不变,而且皮革折叠物性被加强,增加了本发明的折叠性能。

一种可折叠皮革面料,包括基布层1、锡纸层2、皮革层3和贴膜保护层4,所述基布层1、所述锡纸层2、所述皮革层3和所述贴膜保护层4依次设置,基布层1和锡纸层2之间通过热熔胶5相互连接,皮革层3和锡纸层2之间通过双层树脂胶6相互连接。

D、将步骤C中得到的有色皮革进行刮磨处理,将有色皮革处理成4-5毫米的厚度,并通过树脂胶和离型纸进行粘合,然后送入压合机进行压合得到物质M;

对比例:
将实施例1中皮革层3的厚度改为7毫米,其余材料和工艺步骤均不变。
然后将各实施例和对比例的成品做成10厘米×10厘米的试验品,并各取50片,然后将实验品反复180°弯折,各弯折1000次后,对比各试验品的受损程度,试验结果如表1。

由以上试验数据可知,本发明的一种可折叠皮革面料具有较高的耐折叠性能,因此可以大胆的去对产品的结构入手,将皮革的艺术以折叠的形式去展现,可以以波浪式折叠、切片式折叠以及环绕式折叠对本发明进行折叠,可以做到常规面料做不到的尖锐效果以及定型,使得这一系列结构具备一定的变形能力,本发明的皮革能够展现更多的结构。
