Abstract
本发明涉及一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,包括相互配合的切刀轴和抵滚,且切刀轴的两端设置有台阶,所述的切刀轴配合有驱动部件,所述的切刀轴上开设有两个相位差为180度的刀座口,所述的刀座口内安装有切刀座,所述的切刀座上安装有切刀,且切刀的尖端超出切刀轴的高度大于台阶的高度,所述的切刀轴安装有切刀的部位外部包裹有垫刀海绵,垫刀海绵的厚度大于切刀超出切刀轴的高度,且垫刀海绵与切刀配合的部位开设有刀口;本发明的目的是提供一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,能够配合布片的输送实现鼻梁条与布片同方向进料,同时能够对鼻梁条切断的同时带动鼻梁条移动,提高整体打片的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及口罩加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构。
背景技术
口罩分为一次性口罩和KN95口罩,其中KN95口罩分为内置鼻梁和外置鼻梁,内鼻梁机需要设置内鼻梁切断结构,现有的内鼻梁切断达到都是先将鼻梁条切断,然后再通过凸轮结构送入到多层布条中,之后进行超声波压型和切片,这种结构鼻梁条是与布条垂直输送,然后再通过与布条输送方向一致的凸轮推送将鼻梁条送入,采用这种结构存在较大的缺陷,首先速度不能太快,对鼻梁条的送入精确度要求高,如此会影响到整体打片的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,能够配合布片的输送实现鼻梁条与布片同方向进料,同时能够对鼻梁条切断的同时带动鼻梁条移动,提高整体打片的效率。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,包括相互配合的切刀轴和抵滚,且切刀轴的两端设置有台阶,所述的切刀轴配合有驱动部件,所述的切刀轴上开设有两个相位差为180度的刀座口,所述的刀座口内安装有切刀座,所述的切刀座上安装有切刀,且切刀的尖端超出切刀轴的高度大于台阶的高度,所述的切刀轴安装有切刀的部位外部包裹有垫刀海绵,垫刀海绵的厚度大于切刀超出切刀轴的高度,且垫刀海绵与切刀配合的部位开设有刀口。
进一步的,所述的切刀为单侧倾斜的刀片,且平面方向处于切刀轴的直径方向,两个切刀的相位差为180度。
进一步的,所述的垫刀海棉的包裹方法如下:第一步,先用海棉条包裹切刀轴,然后对海棉条进行切断,确保切断后的海棉条刚好能够包裹切刀轴一圈;第二步,将第一切断后的海棉条从中间切断,得到海棉块A和海棉块B;第三步,将海棉块A和B进行叠放,然后对两侧边分别开设第一切口和第二切口;第四步,将海棉块A和B粘接在切刀轴上,一个刀口由海棉块A的第一切口和海棉块B的第二切口组成,另一个刀口由海棉块B的第一切口和海棉块A的第二切口组成。
进一步的,海绵块的端面与切刀的平面平齐,且切刀的斜面侧为第一切口,第一切口的宽度为切刀厚度与第二切口的宽度之和。
进一步的,海棉块与切刀轴接触的部位通过双面胶粘接,与切刀座配合的部位无粘接连接;两块海棉块接触的部位通过透明胶带粘接,且粘接的部位在刀口的外侧。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1和2所示,本发明的具体结构为:一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,包括相互配合的切刀轴1和抵滚,且切刀轴1的两端设置有台阶,所述的切刀轴1配合有驱动部件,所述的切刀轴1上开设有两个相位差为180度的刀座口,所述的刀座口内安装有切刀座2,所述的切刀座2上安装有切刀3,且切刀3的尖端超出切刀轴1的高度大于台阶的高度,所述的切刀轴1安装有切刀3的部位外部包裹有垫刀海绵4,垫刀海绵4的厚度大于切刀3超出切刀轴1的高度,且垫刀海绵4与切刀3配合的部位开设有刀口5。
具体使用时,将本发明的结构与口罩打片结构结合,鼻梁条的长度由切刀轴的直径及台阶决定,一般情况下,台阶的厚度为2mm,垫刀海棉的厚度为3mm,切刀超出台阶的高度为0.5mm,鼻梁条实际有压缩后的垫刀海棉的转动带动,为了确保打片结构与鼻梁条匹配,通过设置切刀轴的转速为打片结构滚刀转速的两倍即可,抵滚与切刀的材质一致;具体操作如下,先将鼻梁条的端头穿入到抵滚与垫刀海棉之间,然后再使切刀轴1下降,使切刀3能够将鼻梁条切断即可,鼻梁条通过垫刀海棉的带动进行与布料同方向的输送,并随着切刀轴转动半圈后被切刀3切断,切断后的鼻梁条进入到中间两层布料之间,随着布料一起输送,进而实现压型和切片;此切断结构能够配合布片的输送实现鼻梁条与布片同方向进料,同时能够对鼻梁条切断的同时带动鼻梁条移动,相比现有的凸轮推送结构,鼻梁条与布料之间的相对移动误差范围大大提交,进而可以进行高速打片,每分钟达到80片以上,提高整体打片的效率。
如图2所示,所述的切刀3为单侧倾斜的刀片,且平面方向处于切刀轴1的直径方向,两个切刀3的相位差为180度。
采用单侧倾斜的刀片,并确保切刀3的相位差为180度,能够确保切刀处于切刀轴的直径方向,能够提高切断的精度。
如图1-3所示,所述的垫刀海棉的包裹方法如下:第一步,先用海棉条包裹切刀轴,然后对海棉条进行切断,确保切断后的海棉条刚好能够包裹切刀轴一圈;第二步,将第一切断后的海棉条从中间切断,得到海棉块A和海棉块B;第三步,将海棉块A和B进行叠放,然后对两侧边分别开设第一切口501和第二切口502;第四步,将海棉块A和B粘接在切刀轴上,一个刀口由海棉块A的第一切口和海棉块B的第二切口组成,另一个刀口由海棉块B的第一切口和海棉块A的第二切口组成。
采用上述垫刀海棉的包裹方法,能够确保两个切口的大小完全一致,且相位差也为180度,如此能够确保其带动的鼻梁条移动的幅度完全一致,确保鼻梁条的长度一致,由于切刀为单侧倾斜,且平面方向处于切刀轴1的直径方向,那么切刀座的上的切刀口必然不在中心,因此切刀座容易出现人为装反的情况,通过此方法,能够起到检测切刀座是否装反的情况。
如图3所示,海绵块的端面与切刀的平面平齐,且切刀的斜面侧为第一切口,第一切口的宽度为切刀厚度与第二切口的宽度之和。
海棉块的端面与切刀平面平齐的设计,并且设计第一切刀口和第二切口的宽度限定,正常情况下,切刀3必然处于切口的正中心,如果没有处于正中心,则考虑切刀装反了的情况,对切刀的安装起到进一步检测反馈的作用。
如图3所示,海棉块与切刀轴1接触的部位通过双面胶粘接,与切刀座2配合的部位无粘接连接;两块海棉块接触的部位通过透明胶带6粘接,且粘接的部位在刀口4的外侧。
采用双面胶将海棉块粘接在切刀轴1上,且确保切刀座2与海棉块无粘接关系,通过透明胶带6实现两块海棉块的粘接,如此既能够实现垫刀海棉带动鼻梁条移动的效果,同时能够方便切刀座2的拆卸,进而方便了切刀4的更换。

Claims (5)
1.一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,其特征在于,包括相互配合的切刀轴(1)和抵滚,且切刀轴(1)的两端设置有台阶,所述的切刀轴(1)配合有驱动部件,所述的切刀轴(1)上开设有两个相位差为180度的刀座口,所述的刀座口内安装有切刀座(2),所述的切刀座(2)上安装有切刀(3),且切刀(3)的尖端超出切刀轴(1)的高度大于台阶的高度,所述的切刀轴(1)安装有切刀(3)的部位外部包裹有垫刀海绵(4),垫刀海绵(4)的厚度大于切刀(3)超出切刀轴(1)的高度,且垫刀海绵(4)与切刀(3)配合的部位开设有刀口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,其特征在于,所述的切刀(3)为单侧倾斜的刀片,且平面方向处于切刀轴(1)的直径方向,两个切刀(3)的相位差为180度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,其特征在于,所述的垫刀海棉的包裹方法如下:第一步,先用海棉条包裹切刀轴,然后对海棉条进行切断,确保切断后的海棉条刚好能够包裹切刀轴一圈;第二步,将第一切断后的海棉条从中间切断,得到海棉块A和海棉块B;第三步,将海棉块A和B进行叠放,然后对两侧边分别开设第一切口(501)和第二切口(502);第四步,将海棉块A和B粘接在切刀轴上,一个刀口由海棉块A的第一切口和海棉块B的第二切口组成,另一个刀口由海棉块B的第一切口和海棉块A的第二切口组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,其特征在于,海绵块的端面与切刀的平面平齐,且切刀的斜面侧为第一切口,第一切口的宽度为切刀厚度与第二切口的宽度之和。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种口罩机内鼻梁切断结构,其特征在于,海棉块与切刀轴(1)接触的部位通过双面胶粘接,与切刀座(2)配合的部位无粘接连接;两块海棉块接触的部位通过透明胶带(6)粘接,且粘接的部位在刀口(4)的外侧。
