The working principle is as follows: when the valve cleaning device is used, a valve material is placed on the first conveying part 11 through an operator, the valve material is moved to the spraying assembly 2 through the first conveying part 11, the valve material is primarily cleaned through the spraying assembly 2, so that the time for soaking the valve material by the soaking assembly 3 is reduced, the cleaning efficiency of the soaking assembly 3 on the valve is improved, the valve material is moved into the soaking assembly 3 through the first conveying part 11, then the cleaning liquid is added into the stirring assembly 5 by the operator, the cleaning liquid in the stirring assembly 5 is stirred by the output end on the stirring assembly 5, so that the cleaning liquid is stirred more uniformly, the cleaning effect on the valve material is improved, the cleaning liquid is conveyed into the soaking assembly 3 by the stirring assembly 5, the valve material is soaked through the soaking assembly 3, so that oil stains on the valve material are removed, and the cleaned valve is clamped by the clamping assembly 4, the cleaning liquid on the surface of the valve material is washed through the water storage tank 57, the cleaning liquid remained on the surface of the valve material is washed and removed, the valve material is moved to the second conveying part 12 through the clamping assembly 4, the valve material is moved to the drying assembly 7 through the second conveying part 12, and the valve material is dried through the drying assembly 7, so that subsequent use of the valve material cannot be influenced.

The material processing device for valve production is characterized by comprising a conveying assembly (1), two spraying assemblies (2), two soaking assemblies (3), two clamping assemblies (4), two stirring assemblies (5), two recycling assemblies (6) and two drying assemblies (7), wherein the two spraying assemblies (2) are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveying assembly (1), the conveying assembly (1) consists of a first conveying part (11) and a second conveying part (12), the first conveying part (11) is positioned in the middle of the spraying assemblies (2), the second conveying part (12) is positioned at the side of the first conveying part (11), the soaking assemblies (3) are arranged at the middle positions of the first conveying part (11) and the second conveying part (12), the two clamping assemblies (4) are arranged on the soaking assemblies (3), the stirring assembly (5) is arranged above the soaking assembly (3), a water storage tank (57) is arranged on one side of the stirring assembly (5), the recovery assembly (6) is arranged on the side of the stirring assembly (5), two ends of the recovery assembly (6) are communicated into the soaking assembly (3) and the stirring assembly (5) respectively, the drying assembly (7) is arranged on the second conveying part (12), and the drying assembly (7) is arranged on the side of the clamping assembly (4).

The material processing device for valve production according to claim 1, wherein the number of the spraying assembly (2) is two, two spraying assemblies (2) are arranged between the first conveying member (11), the spraying assembly (2) is composed of an L-shaped bracket (21), a bearing water tank (22), a first water pump (23), a first water pipe (24), a fixing sleeve (25) and a spraying head (26), the L-shaped bracket (21) is arranged at one side of the first conveying member (11), the bearing water tank (22) is arranged at the side of the L-shaped bracket (21), the first water pipe (24) is arranged on the bracket, the first water pump (23) is arranged between the L-shaped bracket (21) and the bearing water tank (22), and the water outlet end and the water inlet end of the first water pump (23) are respectively communicated to the first water pipe (24) and the bearing water tank (22), the fixed sleeve (25) is provided with a plurality of fixed sleeves (25) which are arranged on the bracket, the fixed sleeves (25) are fixedly connected with the first water pipe (24), the spray head (26) is arranged below the L-shaped bracket (21), and the spray head (26) is connected with one end of the first water pipe (24).

The material processing device for valve production according to claim 1, wherein the soaking assembly (3) comprises a bearing platform (31), a bearing box (32), a bearing frame (33), a first motor (34), a first roller (35), a first conveyor belt (36), a first belt pulley (37) and a first belt (38), the bearing platform (31) is located between the first conveying part (11) and the second conveying part (12), the bearing box (32) is arranged on the bearing platform (31), the bearing frame (33) is arranged in the bearing box (32), the first motor (34) is arranged on one side of the bearing box (32), the first roller (35) has two, the two first rollers (35) are respectively arranged on one side of the bearing box (32) in a symmetrical manner, and the two first rollers (35) are connected with the output end of the first motor (34), the first conveyor belts (36) are arranged on the two first roller shafts (35), the first conveyor belts (36) are fixedly connected with the bearing frame (33), the number of the first belt pulleys (37) is two, the two first belt pulleys (37) are respectively arranged on the first roller shafts (35), and the first belt (38) is arranged on the two first belt pulleys (37).

The material processing device for valve production according to claim 3, wherein there are two clamping assemblies (4), two clamping assemblies (4) are respectively disposed at two sides of the soaking assembly (3), two soaking assemblies (3) are composed of a support rod (41), a rectangular bearing plate (42), a screw rod (43), a second motor (44), a slide block (45), a cylinder (46), a connecting plate (47), a clamping handle (48) and a connecting frame (49), the support rod (41) is disposed at two sides of the bearing platform (31), the rectangular bearing plates (42) are respectively disposed on the support rod (41), the screw rod (43) is disposed in the rectangular bearing plate (42), the second motor (44) is disposed at one side of the rectangular bearing plate (42), and an output end of the second motor (44) is connected with the screw rod (43), the sliding block (45) is arranged on the screw rod (43), the air cylinder (46) is arranged on the sliding block (45), the air cylinder (46) is located above the bearing box (32), the connecting plates (47) are arranged on two sides of the air cylinder (46), two clamping hands (48) are arranged, the two clamping hands (48) are respectively arranged on two sides of the air cylinder (46), one ends of the two clamping hands (48) are mutually connected with a connecting frame (49), the connecting frame (49) is arranged in the middle of the clamping hands (48), two ends of the connecting frame (49) are mutually connected with the clamping hands (48), and the middle of the connecting frame (49) is fixedly connected with the output end of the air cylinder (46).

The material processing device for valve production according to claim 4, wherein the stirring assembly (5) comprises a supporting platform (51), a bearing box (52), a third motor (53), a second roller shaft (54), a stirring blade (55), a liquid inlet (56), a water storage box (57), a first drainage pipe (571), a second drainage pipe (572) and an electric valve (573), the supporting platform (51) is arranged at two sides of a rectangular bearing plate (42), the bearing box (52) is arranged at the top end of the supporting platform (51), the third motor (53) is arranged at one side of the bearing box (52), the second roller shaft (54) is arranged inside the bearing box (52), the second roller shaft (54) is connected with the output end of the second motor (44), the stirring blade (55) is provided with a plurality of stirring blades (55), and a plurality of stirring blades (55) are respectively arranged on the second roller shaft (54), the liquid inlet (56) is arranged at the top end of the bearing box (52), the water storage box (57) is arranged at the side of the bearing box (52), the first drainage pipe (571) and the second drainage pipe (572) are respectively communicated with the bearing box (52) and the water storage box (57), the two electric valves (573) are respectively arranged on the first drainage pipe (571) and the second drainage pipe (572).
