The patent document number CN109965539A discloses a hanging type containing box in the 7 th month 5 th 2019, which comprises a hanging hook and a containing box, wherein the hanging hook is connected with a supporting seat, and the containing box is fixed on the supporting seat. The storage rack is said to occupy no desktop position, increase office space, store some temporary articles or files, and be found immediately when needed, but has low structural strength, and is easy to fall off when suspended, and has poor stability. Therefore, further improvements are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an improved storage device structure so as to overcome the defects of low structural strength, hanging stability and unsafe use of the storage device in the prior art.
The improved storage device structure designed according to the purpose comprises left and right side plates and is characterized by further comprising a front connecting piece, a rear connecting piece and an assembly plate, wherein a notch is formed in the side wall of the left and right side plates, a front bending part and a rear bending part are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end, a front assembly part is integrally formed or separately arranged on the front connecting piece, and/or a rear assembly part is integrally formed or separately arranged on the rear connecting piece, the front connecting piece is connected with the front bending part and/or the left and right side plates in a matched mode, a front assembly groove is formed between the front assembly part and the left and right side plates, the rear connecting piece is connected with the rear bending part and/or the left and right side plates in a matched mode, a rear assembly groove is formed between the rear assembly part and the left and right side plates, the assembly plate is positioned inside the notch and fixedly arranged between the front assembly groove and the rear assembly groove, a connecting groove and a hanging positioning part are also arranged on the front connecting piece and the rear connecting piece, and a plastic elastic part with a certain elasticity or plasticity is arranged on the connecting groove.

The rear connecting piece is positioned on the rear bending part, and a rear connecting part is arranged on the rear connecting part and/or the rear assembling part, and the rear connecting piece is fixedly connected with the rear bending parts and/or the rear side walls of the left side plate and the right side plate through the rear connecting part.
The front assembly part is provided with two parts which are respectively and integrally extended towards the rear side of the notch part or are separately arranged at the left side and the right side of the front connecting piece, and the rear assembly part is provided with two parts which are respectively and integrally extended towards the front side of the notch part or are separately arranged at the left side and the right side of the rear connecting piece.
The left side plate and the right side plate are integrally formed or separately provided with a bottom plate, the bottom of the front connecting piece is provided with a front bearing part towards the direction of the bottom plate, the bottom of the rear connecting piece is provided with a rear bearing part towards the direction of the bottom plate, and the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate are respectively fixedly supported on the front bearing part and the rear bearing part.
The bottom plate is in split arrangement, the left side and the right side of the bottom plate are respectively fixedly supported on the supporting parts of the left side plate and the right side plate, and the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate are respectively fixedly supported on the front supporting part and the rear supporting part.

The structure further comprises a support, a front upright post and a rear upright post are arranged on the support, a hanging part is arranged on the front upright post and the rear upright post respectively, the storage device is limited on the front upright post and the rear upright post through the cooperation of the front connecting piece and the rear connecting piece, is limited and assembled on the front upright post and the rear upright post through the cooperation of the connecting groove and the elastic plastic part in a gapless left-right limiting manner, and is fixedly hung on the hanging part up and down through the hanging positioning part so as to realize the front-back, left-right and up-down stable hanging of the storage device on the support.
According to the invention, through the improvement of the structure, the notch parts are arranged on the side walls of the left side plate and the right side plate, the front bending parts and the rear bending parts of the left side plate and the right side plate are fixedly connected with the front connecting piece and the rear connecting piece respectively, meanwhile, the front assembling parts and the rear assembling parts are respectively formed integrally or separately on the front connecting piece and the rear connecting piece, so that the front assembling groove and the rear assembling groove are formed among the front connecting piece, the rear connecting piece and the left side plate, then the assembling plate is arranged inside the notch parts and fixedly arranged between the front assembling groove and the rear assembling groove, the assembling plate is assembled into the accommodating device for storing objects, the assembling process of the accommodating device is simplified, the structural strength of the accommodating device is improved, the loosening problem of the accommodating device is avoided in the using process, and then the hanging positioning parts and the connecting grooves with elastic plastic parts are arranged on the front connecting piece and the rear connecting piece.
In combination, the novel electric vehicle has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, low manufacturing cost, compact connection of all components, safe and reliable use and the like, and has strong practicability.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1-15, the improved storage device structure comprises a front connecting piece 2, a rear connecting piece 3, an assembly plate 4 and left and right side plates 1, wherein the side walls of the left and right side plates 1 are provided with notch parts 5, front bending parts 6 and rear bending parts 7 are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends, the front connecting piece 2 is integrally formed or separately provided with a front assembly part 8 and/or the rear connecting piece 3 is integrally formed or separately provided with a rear assembly part 9, the front connecting piece 2 is connected with the front bending parts 6 and/or the left and right side plates 1 in a matched manner, a front assembly groove 10 is formed between the front assembly part 8 and the left and right side plates 1, the rear connecting piece 3 is connected with the rear bending parts 7 and/or the left and right side plates 1 in a matched manner, a rear assembly groove 11 is formed between the rear assembly part 9 and the left and right side plates 1, the assembly plate 4 is positioned inside the notch parts 5 and fixedly arranged between the front assembly groove 10 and the rear assembly groove 11, the front connecting piece 2 and the rear connecting piece 3 are also provided with a positioning groove 12 and a certain elastic plastic positioning groove 13 or a certain elastic plastic positioning groove 14.
Specifically, the left side plate 1 and the right side plate 1 are respectively made of metal materials, the side walls are basically vertical, the notch parts 5 are formed, the front side wall 15 and the rear side wall 16 are respectively formed at the front and rear positions of the left side plate 1 and the right side plate 1 through the arrangement of the notch parts 5, the front assembling part 8 is positioned on the inner side of the front side wall 15 and forms a front assembling groove 10 between the front side wall 15 and the rear side wall, and the rear assembling part 9 is positioned on the inner side of the rear side wall 16 and forms a rear assembling groove 11 between the rear side wall and the front assembling part 8.
The notch 5 of the embodiment is U-shaped, the assembly plate 4 is positioned inside the notch 5, the front end of the assembly plate is at least partially positioned and assembled in the front assembly groove 10 and is shielded by the front side wall 15, the rear end of the assembly plate is at least partially positioned and assembled in the rear assembly groove 11 and is shielded by the rear side wall 16, and the lower part of the assembly plate is at least partially shielded by the side plate 1.
The front bending part 6 is integrally bent on the front side wall 15 towards the inner side of the side plate 1, the front connecting piece 2 is positioned behind the front bending part 6, a front connecting part 17 is arranged on the front connecting piece and/or the front assembling part 8, and the front connecting piece 2 is fixedly connected with the front bending parts 6 and/or the front side walls 15 of the left side plate 1 and the right side plate 1 through the front connecting part 17.
The rear bending part 7 is integrally bent on the rear side wall 16 towards the inner side of the side plate 1, the rear connecting piece 3 is positioned in front of the rear bending part 7, a rear connecting part 18 is arranged on the rear connecting piece and/or the rear assembling part 9, and the rear connecting piece 3 is fixedly connected with the rear bending parts 7 and/or the rear side walls 16 of the left side plate 1 and the right side plate 1 through the rear connecting part 18.
The front connecting piece 2 is made of plastic, and is provided with a front connecting part 17, a connecting groove 12, a hanging positioning part 13 and an elastic plastic part 14 which are integrally formed, and a front assembling part 8 which is arranged in a split manner.
The rear connecting member 3 is made of plastic, and is integrally or separately provided with a rear fitting portion 9, a rear connecting portion 18, a connecting groove 12, a hanging positioning portion 13 and an elastic molding portion 14.
Further, the front fitting portion 8 of the present embodiment is provided with two parts, which are separately provided on the left and right sides of the front connector 2 toward the rear side of the notch portion 5, and the rear fitting portion 9 is provided with two parts, which are integrally extended and provided on the left and right sides of the rear connector 3 toward the front side of the notch portion 5.
A bottom plate 19 is integrally formed or separately arranged between the left side plate 1 and the right side plate 1, a front bearing part 20 is arranged at the bottom of the front connecting piece 2 towards the direction of the bottom plate 19, a rear bearing part 21 is arranged at the bottom of the rear connecting piece 3 towards the direction of the bottom plate 19, and the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate 19 are respectively fixedly supported on the front bearing part 20 and the rear bearing part 21.
Specifically, the left and right side plates 1 are respectively made of metal materials, the side walls are basically vertical, the front and rear ends are respectively and integrally provided with a front bending part 6 and a rear bending part 7 towards the inner side, the bottom is integrally bent towards the inner side to form a supporting part 22, the bottom plate 19 is separately arranged, the left and right sides of the bottom plate are respectively and fixedly supported on the supporting parts 22 of the left and right side plates 1, and the front and rear ends of the bottom are respectively and fixedly supported on the front supporting part 20 and the rear supporting part 21.
A lower positioning step 23 is arranged below the front assembly groove 10 and the rear assembly groove 11 and acts on the upper surface of the bottom plate 19 in a positioning way through the lower positioning step 23, an upper positioning step 24 is arranged above the front assembly groove 10 and the rear assembly groove 11 and acts on the upper surface of the assembly plate 4 in a positioning way through the upper positioning step 24, and the bottom of the assembly plate 4 is supported on the bottom plate 19.
The structure further comprises a support 25, wherein front and rear stand columns are arranged on the support 25, leaning parts 26 are respectively arranged on the front and rear stand columns, the storage device is limited on the front and rear stand columns front and back through the cooperation of the front connecting piece 2 and the rear connecting piece 3, is limited and assembled on the front and rear stand columns left and right through the cooperation of the connecting groove 12 and the elastic plastic part 14 in a gapless left-right limiting manner, and is positioned and leaned on the leaning parts 26 up and down through the leaning positioning parts 13, so that the storage device is firmly hung on the support 25 front and back, left and right and up and down.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, the improved storage device structure is different from the first embodiment in that two front assembling parts 8 are provided and integrally extend towards the rear side of the notch part 5 to be arranged at the left and right sides of the front connecting piece 2, and two rear assembling parts 9 are provided and integrally extend towards the front side of the notch part 5 to be arranged at the left and right sides of the rear connecting piece 3.
Other undescribed portions are the same as the first embodiment.
