In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, the elastic mechanism 85 includes an adjustment housing 851, an adjustment ring 852, and an adjustment spring 853, the adjustment spring 853 and the adjustment ring 852 being provided in the adjustment housing 851 such that the adjustment ring 852 can move axially in the adjustment housing 851, one end of the adjustment housing 851 being provided with a through hole for allowing the front end of the plotter pen 9 to pass through, the adjustment ring 852 being provided with a through hole for mounting the plotter pen 9; the existing drawing pen 9 generally has a step structure, and the drawing pen 9 is clamped on the adjusting ring 852; the plotter pen 9 is pressed, the adjustment spring 853 is compressed, and the front end of the plotter pen 9 protrudes from the passage of the adjustment housing 851.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-11, the inner wall of the lower end of the mounting hole 841 is provided with internal threads, the outer wall of the adjustment housing 851 is provided with external threads, and the adjustment housing 851 is threadedly engaged with the mounting hole 841. Through the above structure, the elastic mechanism 85 is quickly disassembled and assembled.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-11, a square recess 842 is provided at the center of rotation of the rotating body 84, and a projection 821 matched with the recess 842 is provided at the connecting shaft of the actuator 82. The actuator 82 and the rotating body 84 can be quickly disassembled and assembled through the concave hole 842 and the convex block 821, and then the drawing pen 9 can be conveniently replaced.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6-11, the actuator 82 is a servo motor.
In use, as shown in fig. 6-11, taking 6 mounting holes 841 as an example, the drawing pen 9 is inserted into the mounting holes 841 and clamped on the adjusting ring 852, and the mounting holes 841 are used as guide holes for the drawing pen 9. Then, the upper cover 83 is covered, the actuator 82 is connected with the rotating body 84, and the upper cover 83 is fixed with the connecting shell 81 through a fixing screw, so that the installation of the drawing pen 9 is completed; when the drawing pen 9 reaches the replacement standard, the actuator 82 drives the rotating body 84 to rotate by 60 degrees, so that the drawing pen 9 is replaced, and the position of the drawing pen 9 is ensured to be unchanged.

Claims (10)
1. The automatic drawing equipment for leather drawing is characterized by comprising a drawing table and an automatic pen replacing mechanism, wherein the drawing table comprises a workbench, a two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table, a lifting mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a leveling mechanism and a driving mechanism, an opening allowing leather to pass through is formed in the workbench, the discharging mechanism is arranged at one end of the workbench and used for erecting rolled leather, the pressing mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the workbench and used for pressing one end of the leather, the leveling mechanism is arranged on the workbench in a sliding mode and used for driving the leveling mechanism to move back and forth through the driving mechanism; the two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table is arranged on the workbench, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table, the lifting mechanism is driven to move in a horizontal plane by the two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table, the automatic pen changing mechanism is arranged on the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the automatic pen changing mechanism to vertically move;
the automatic pen replacing mechanism comprises a connecting shell, an actuator, an upper cover body, a rotating body and an elastic mechanism, wherein the connecting shell is connected with a mechanical arm, a mounting cavity is arranged in the connecting shell, the rotating body is rotatably arranged in the mounting cavity, the lower end of the rotating body protrudes out of the connecting shell, a plurality of mounting holes for mounting a painting pen are arranged on the rotating body at equal intervals around the rotating center of the rotating body, the elastic mechanism is arranged in the mounting holes, the painting pen is pushed to move upwards by the elastic mechanism so that a pen point is hidden in the mounting holes, the upper end of the painting pen point protrudes out of the mounting holes, the upper cover body is detachably connected with the connecting shell, a top block is arranged on the lower surface of the upper cover body in a protruding mode, the position of the top block corresponds to the mounting holes, and guide parts connected with the upper cover body are arranged, the actuator is arranged on the upper cover body and is detachably connected with the rotating body, and the rotating body is driven to rotate by the actuator.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 1, wherein the leveling mechanism comprises a gantry, a first guide rod, a moving plate, an electric cylinder, a pressing wheel, a guide wheel, a first pressing plate, a spring and a leveling shell, the first guide rod is respectively arranged on two sides of the workbench, the gantry is arranged on the first guide rod, first guide grooves are vertically arranged on inner walls of two sides of the gantry, two ends of the moving plate are slidably arranged in the first guide grooves, the electric cylinder is arranged on the gantry, and the moving plate is driven to move up and down by the electric cylinder; a plurality of second guide rods are arranged on the upper surface of the leveling shell at intervals, guide holes corresponding to the second guide rods are formed in the movable plate, the second guide rods are arranged in the guide holes in a sliding mode, and the spring is sleeved on the second guide rods and located between the movable plate and the leveling shell; the lower surface of the leveling shell is concavely provided with a negative pressure cavity, the side wall of the leveling shell is provided with an interface connected with a negative pressure generator, the pressing wheels are arranged at the lower ends of the left side wall and the right side wall of the leveling shell in a rolling mode, the guide wheels are arranged in the negative pressure cavity in a rolling mode and located between the two pressing wheels, and the first pressing plate is arranged on one side, close to the opening, of the movable plate.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a servo motor, a first lead screw and a moving block, the first lead screw is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the workbench and is parallel to the first guide rod, the moving block is connected to the first lead screw and is connected to the gantry, and the servo motor is used for driving the moving block to move so as to drive the leveling mechanism to move.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing cylinder, a second pressing plate and rollers, the lower surface of the workbench is provided with a concave fence protruding downwards around the opening, the inner sides of two side walls of the fence are provided with second guide grooves, two ends of the second pressing plate are slidably arranged in the second guide grooves, and the pressing cylinder is fixed on the lower surface of the workbench to drive the second pressing plate to horizontally reciprocate; the lower end of the second pressing plate and the upper right corner of the opening are provided with the roller.

The automatic drawing equipment for leather drawing of claim 1, wherein the discharging mechanism comprises a lifting mechanism symmetrically arranged on two table legs of the workbench, the lifting mechanism comprises a swing arm, a supporting cylinder and a supporting shaft, one end of the swing arm and one end of the supporting cylinder are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the table legs, the other end of the swing arm is hinged with the other end of the supporting cylinder, a notch for placing the supporting shaft is arranged on the swing arm, the supporting shaft is used for installing rolled leather, and the two ends of the supporting shaft are installed in the notch.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a base, a third guide rod, a stepping motor, a lifting block and a second screw rod, the third guide rod and the second screw rod are arranged on the base in parallel and vertically, the lifting block is arranged on the third guide rod and the second screw rod, and the lifting block is driven to move vertically by the stepping motor.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 1, wherein at least three light holes are provided on the side wall of the connection housing at equal intervals, correspondingly, screw holes are provided on the side wall of the upper cover body, and fixing screws are threaded through the light holes and the screw holes.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 1, wherein said elastic mechanism comprises an adjusting housing, an adjusting ring and an adjusting spring, one end of said adjusting housing allows a through hole through which a front end of a drawing pen passes, said adjusting ring provides a through hole for mounting a drawing pen, said adjusting spring and said adjusting ring are provided in said adjusting housing.

The automatic drawing device for leather drawing according to claim 8, wherein the inner wall of the lower end of the mounting hole is provided with an internal thread, the outer wall of the adjusting housing is provided with an external thread, and the adjusting housing is in threaded fit with the mounting hole.
10. The automatic drawing equipment for leather drawing according to claim 1 wherein the rotation center of the rotation body is provided with a square concave hole, and the connection shaft of the actuator is provided with a projection engaged with the concave hole.
