As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a skirting line system 100 integrated with weak current and strong current wires, which includes a skirting line 1, a weak current wire 2 and a strong current wire 3, wherein the skirting line 1 includes a skirting line body 10, a first slot cover 11, a second slot cover 12 and a skirting line cover 13.
The weak current electric wire 2 and the strong current electric wire 3 are voltage-divided, and the operating voltage is strong current at 24V or more and weak current below. The strong electric wire 3 generally refers to a power transmission line having an ac voltage of 24V or more. The weak current electric wire 2 includes one or at least two of a network wire, a telephone wire, and a cable television line. The strong electric wire 3 includes a live wire, a zero wire, a ground wire, and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, the skirting line body 10 is provided with at least one first line slot 101 for embedding the weak current electric wire 2 and at least one second line slot 102 for embedding the strong current electric wire 3, wherein the first line slot 101 and the second line slot 102 are electrically isolated from each other. For convenience of manufacturing, the first wire groove 101 and the second wire groove 102 of the present embodiment are integrally formed with the skirting line body 10.
The first trunking cover plate 11 is connected with the notch of the first trunking 101 in a snap-fit manner, and the second trunking cover plate 12 is connected with the notch of the second trunking 102 in a snap-fit manner; the skirting line cover 13 is connected with the skirting line body 10 in a buckling manner and covers the first line slot cover plate 11 and the second line slot cover plate 12.
Specifically, the notches of the first wire slot 101 and the second wire slot 102 are provided with clamping positions, the first wire slot cover plate 11 is provided with buckles, the quantity of which is the same as that of the first wire slot 101, and each buckle on the first wire slot cover plate 11 is respectively buckled with the clamping position of the corresponding first wire slot 101. In order to prevent the electric wire from loosening from the wire outlet groove, the widths of the notches of the first wire groove 101 and the second wire groove 102 are smaller than the width in the groove and smaller than the diameters of the electric wires embedded in the notches, the groove walls of the first wire groove 101 and the second wire groove 102 have elasticity, and the electric wire can be embedded in the first wire groove 101 and the second wire groove 102 in a pressing mode.
Because the first wire casing cover plate 11 and the first wire casing 101, the second wire casing cover plate 12 and the second wire casing 102, and the skirting line cover 13 and the skirting line main body 10 are all detachably connected by a buckle, when a line in the skirting line 1 needs to be maintained or replaced, the skirting line cover 13 and the first wire casing cover plate 11 or the second wire casing cover 12 are uncovered, so that the line can be maintained or replaced.
The skirting line body 10 is provided with a connecting portion, a fastening portion or a mounting hole for fixing to a wall. Referring to fig. 1, a threaded hole is formed at the bottom of the skirting line body 10, and the skirting line body 10 is fixed to a wall body by a screw. Of course, a buckle or a slot may be disposed on the bottom surface of the skirting line body 10, and then the buckle or the slot of the skirting line body 10 is connected to a mounting seat which is mounted and fixed on the body structure in advance.
In the embodiment, the skirting line main body 10, the first slot cover 11, the second slot cover 12 and the skirting line cover 13 are made of plastic, and they are formed by injection molding, but in practical applications, other materials, such as wood, may be cut and formed. The embodiment provides a preferable material for the manufacturing material of the skirting line main body 10, the formula of the material comprises a certain amount of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) matrix resin, wood powder with the same mass as the PVC matrix resin, a foaming agent with the mass of 1.5-2% of the PVC matrix resin, calcium carbonate with the mass of 40% of the PVC matrix resin, a stabilizing agent with the mass of 4% of the PVC matrix resin and a lubricating agent with the mass of 0.7-1% of the PVC matrix resin, the skirting line main body 10 manufactured by the material has certain structural strength, the durability of the product is effectively ensured, and the material is light in mass and convenient to produce and install.
Referring to fig. 4, the first wire chase cover 11 and the second wire chase cover 12 may be omitted for material saving.
Referring to fig. 5, specifically, the sidewalls of the first wire groove 101 and the second wire groove 102 are provided with a plurality of gaps along the length direction thereof, so that the cable can be fixed and the material can be saved as much as possible. Of course, the side walls of the first and second wire grooves 101 and 102 may also extend continuously along the length direction thereof.
Referring to fig. 6, the wall panel provided in this embodiment includes the above-mentioned skirting line system 100 and a wall 200, wherein the skirting line system 100 is installed at the bottom of the side surface of the wall 200. The skirting line body 10 of the skirting line system 100 can be fixed on the side of the wall body 200 by means of screws 4, bonding or snapping. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a cross bar 201 is installed on the side surface of the bottom of the wall 200, a sliding groove 2011 is formed on the cross bar 201 along the length direction, a protruding strip 103 with a T-shaped cross section is arranged on the bottom surface of the skirting line main body 10, and the protruding strip 103 of the skirting line main body 10 can be embedded into the sliding groove 2011 of the cross bar 201, so that the skirting line main body 10 and the wall 200 can be conveniently installed.
In the embodiment, the weak current wires 2 and the strong current wires 3 are collected in the skirting line 1, so that the function of the skirting line 1 is realized, and the separation of the line and the main structure is also realized. - A skirting line system integrated with weak current and strong current electric wires is characterized by comprising a skirting line, the weak current electric wires and the strong current electric wires, wherein the skirting line comprises a skirting line main body and a skirting line cover, the skirting line main body is provided with at least one first wire groove and at least one second wire groove, the weak current electric wires are embedded in the first wire groove, the strong current electric wires are embedded in the second wire groove, and the first wire groove and the second wire groove are electrically isolated from each other; the skirting line cover is connected with the skirting line main body in a buckling mode and covers the first line groove and the second line groove.
- The skirting system integrated with weak current and strong current wires as claimed in claim 1, wherein said skirting further comprises a first wire slot cover plate and a second wire slot cover plate, said first wire slot cover plate is snap-fit connected with the notch of said first wire slot, said second wire slot cover plate is snap-fit connected with the notch of said second wire slot; the skirting line cover covers the first trunking cover plate and the second trunking cover plate.
- The skirting line system with integrated weak current and strong current wires of claim 2, wherein the notches of the first and second wire slots are provided with locking parts, the first wire slot cover plate is provided with the same number of locking parts as the first wire slot, and each locking part on the first wire slot cover plate is locked with the locking part of the corresponding first wire slot.
- The skirting system integrated with weak current and strong current electric wires as claimed in claim 1, wherein said skirting body is made of plastic.
- The skirting line system integrated with weak current and strong current electric wires as claimed in claim 1, wherein said weak current electric wire comprises one or at least two of a net wire, a telephone wire, a cable television line.
- The skirting line system integrated with weak current and strong current electric wires as claimed in claim 1, wherein the skirting line body is provided with a connection part or a mounting hole for fixing with a wall body.
- The skirting line system of claim 1 wherein the side walls of the first and second slots are continuous or have gaps along the length thereof.
- The skirting line system integrated with weak and strong electric wires as claimed in claim 1, wherein the skirting line body is made of a material comprising a certain amount of PVC base resin, wood powder having the same mass as the PVC base resin, foaming agent 1.5-2% of the mass of the PVC base resin, calcium carbonate 40% of the mass of the PVC base resin, stabilizer 4% of the mass of the PVC base resin, and lubricant 0.7-1% of the mass of the PVC base resin.
- A wall panel comprising a wall body, further comprising a skirting line system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, said skirting line system being mounted to the bottom of the side of said wall body.
- The wall panel of claim 9, wherein the skirting line body of the skirting line system is fixed on the side of the wall body by means of screws, bonding or snap-fitting.
