Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent mobile phone storage cabinet capable of automatically identifying mobile phone calls and an implementation method thereof. The storage cabinet comprises a plurality of storage lattices, a carrier, a brightness detection device, a carrier state prompting device, a carrier closing detection device, a controller and a key, and also comprises a matched receiver; the carrying platform, the brightness detection device and the carrying platform closing detection device are arranged in each storage grid, namely each storage grid, the carrying platform, the brightness detection device, the carrying platform state prompting device and the carrying platform closing detection device respectively correspond to one receiver; the brightness detection device is connected with the keys through an RS485 interface and is connected with the controller, the brightness detection device is also connected with the carrier closing detection device and the carrier state prompting device, and the controller is connected with the receiver in a wireless communication mode. The receiver comprises a receiver upper plate, a receiver circuit board and a receiver lower plate; the receiver circuit board is fixed by the receiver upper plate and the receiver lower plate.
The brightness detection device is located on the side face of the storage cell, the mobile phone carrier is mounted at the bottom of the storage cell, the mobile phone carrier closing detection device is located on the side face of the storage cell, the mobile phone carrier closing detection device is in contact with the mobile phone carrier when the mobile phone carrier is closed, and the key is mounted on the side face of the outer portion of the smart phone storage cabinet.

The receiver adopts a single chip microcomputer chip with the model number GD32E230F8P 6.
The brightness detection device adopts a single chip with the model number of GD32F303CCT 6.
The implementation method of the intelligent mobile phone storage cabinet capable of automatically identifying the mobile phone incoming call is characterized in that the wireless communication mode between the controller and the receiver is one-way communication, only the controller is allowed to send a message to the receiver, and the receiver is forbidden to send the message to the controller; the controller reads the signal of the brightness detection device through the RS485 interface, and informs a corresponding receiver to prompt the state of the mobile phone of a user; the brightness detection device counts the lighting time of the mobile phone screen, and if the time exceeds the judgment threshold value, the incoming call of the mobile phone is judged.
The specific software flow of the invention is as follows:
the controller software flow comprises the following steps: firstly, polling 40 AD detection results and key detection results, firstly judging whether a call or information exists, if so, sending mobile phone state information to a receiver by a controller, and ending the process; if no incoming call or information exists, whether a key is pressed down is judged, if yes, a key instruction is executed, and the process is ended; if no key is pressed, the program returns.
The receiver software flow: starting, firstly entering a low power consumption mode, waiting for a wireless signal, awakening a receiver CPU, judging whether a received signal is matched with a local ID, if so, lightening an information indicator lamp and a call indicator lamp according to information content, if not, entering the low power consumption mode, and ending the process;
the software flow of the brightness detection device is as follows: firstly, AD acquires the voltage value of the photoresistor, then judges whether the voltage value exceeds a brightness threshold value, if the voltage value exceeds the brightness threshold value, then judges whether the continuous brightness time is greater than a call incoming time threshold value, if the continuous brightness time is greater than the call incoming time threshold value, the current mobile phone state is judged as a call incoming, otherwise, the current mobile phone state is judged as information, and when the controller inquires the brightness detection device through a serial port, the mobile phone state information is returned to the controller.
The mobile phone carrier closing detection device uses the micro switch as a distance sensor to detect whether the mobile phone carrier is closed, if the mobile phone carrier is not closed, the detection function of the storage cell is invalid, if the storage cell detection function is invalid, the red state lamp is lightened, otherwise, the green state lamp is lightened.
The beneficial effects produced by the invention are as follows: the invention uses one-way communication to ensure that the information can not be sent from the sensitive place to the outside of the sensitive place, and simultaneously sends the mobile phone state to the user receiver to prompt the user to call the mobile phone, thereby avoiding delaying important information or events.

The brightness detection device 4 is located on the side face of the storage space 2, the mobile phone carrier 3 is mounted at the bottom of the storage space 2, the mobile phone carrier closing detection device 6 is located on the side face of the storage space 2, the mobile phone carrier closing detection device 6 is in contact with the mobile phone carrier 3 when the mobile phone carrier 3 is closed, and the key 9 is mounted on the outer side face of the smart phone storage cabinet 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the controller 7 is installed at a bottom position of the smartphone storage case 1, and is located in the back cover plate.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, the receiver 8 includes a receiver upper plate 8.1, a receiver circuit board 8.2 and a receiver lower plate 8.3; the receiver 8 fixes the receiver circuit board 8.2 by means of the receiver upper plate 8.1 and the receiver lower plate 8.3.
As shown in fig. 7, a photo resistor is used as a luminance sensor in the detection device 4, the luminance detection device 4 adopts a signal conditioning circuit composed of a first signal following circuit, a reference voltage adjusting circuit, a signal bias circuit, a signal amplifying circuit and a second signal following circuit, a photo resistor signal is conditioned by the signal conditioning circuit and then input into the luminance detection device 4, and is sent to a single chip microcomputer through the second signal following circuit, and the single chip microcomputer is connected to the controller 7.
As shown in fig. 13, the first signal follower circuit, the reference voltage regulator circuit, the signal bias circuit, the signal amplifier circuit, and the second signal follower circuit in the signal conditioning circuit of the luminance detecting apparatus each employ an amplifier CBMV321AST5 of the same type.
As shown in fig. 14, the luminance detection device 4 employs a one-chip microcomputer chip U2 of model GD32F303CCT 6.
As shown in fig. 11, the receiver 8 uses a single chip microcomputer U4 with model number GD32E230F8P 6.
As shown in fig. 12, the controller 7 adopts a single chip microcomputer U3 with model number GD32F303RCT 6.
As shown in fig. 8, the controller software flow: firstly, polling 40 paths (namely 40 storage lattices) AD detection results and key detection results, firstly judging whether a call or information exists, if so, sending mobile phone state information to a receiver by a controller, and ending the process; if no incoming call or information exists, whether a key is pressed down is judged, if yes, a key instruction is executed, and the process is ended; if no key is pressed, the program returns.
As shown in fig. 9, the receiver software flow: starting, entering a low power consumption mode, waiting for a wireless signal, waking up a receiver CPU, judging whether a received signal is matched with a local ID, if so, lightening an information indicator lamp and a call indicator lamp according to information content, if not, entering the low power consumption mode, and ending the process.
As shown in fig. 10, the software flow of the brightness detection device: firstly, AD acquires the voltage value of the photoresistor, then judges whether the voltage value exceeds a brightness threshold value, if the voltage value exceeds the brightness threshold value, then judges whether the continuous brightness time is greater than a call incoming time threshold value, if the continuous brightness time is greater than the call incoming time threshold value, the current mobile phone state is judged as a call incoming, otherwise, the current mobile phone state is judged as information, and when the controller inquires the brightness detection device through a serial port, the mobile phone state information is returned to the controller.
The wireless communication mode of the controller 7 and the receiver 8 is one-way communication, only the controller 7 is allowed to send a message to the receiver 8, and the receiver 8 is forbidden to send the message to the controller 7; the controller 7 reads the signal of the brightness detection device 4 through the RS485 interface, and informs the corresponding receiver 8 to prompt the mobile phone state of the user; the brightness detection device 4 counts the lighting time of the mobile phone screen, and judges the incoming call of the mobile phone if the time exceeds the judgment threshold value.
The mobile phone carrier closing detection device 6 uses a microswitch as a distance sensor to detect whether the mobile phone carrier 3 is closed, if the mobile phone carrier 3 is not closed, the detection function of the storage lattice 2 is invalidated, if the detection function of the storage lattice 2 is invalid, a red state lamp is lightened, otherwise, a green state lamp is lightened.
The key 9 is provided with a start-up function button to realize the start-up and shutdown control of the product.
