A layer of elastic element 22 is further arranged between the inner stent 10 and the outer stent 20, and the elastic element 22 has elasticity and can protect the contact surface of the inner stent 10 and the outer stent 20 from being crushed under an excessive pressing force. An interface 213 is further disposed at one side of the fixed station 21, and the interface 213 is used for connecting the remote controller 200, so as to realize power and data connection between the connection device 100 and the remote controller 200. The interface 212 and the interface 213 are both ends of a data connection line, which passes through the connection device 100 and has one end connected to the remote controller 200 and the other end connected to the display 300, thereby realizing power and data connection between the remote controller 200 and the display 300.
In the present embodiment, the interface 212 and the interface 213 provided in the stationary base 21 are both USB data interfaces. It will be appreciated that in other implementations, the interface 212 and the interface 213 may be other types of connection interfaces, and only data transmission between the components is required.
One side of the fixing platform 21 extends outwards to form an insertion plate 214, the insertion plate 214 is used for being embedded into the screen plug-in unit 30, a lock catch 215 and a wrench 216 are further arranged on one side of the fixing platform 21 opposite to the insertion plate 214, the lock catch 215 is used for buckling and fixing the screen plug-in unit 30, and the wrench 216 is used for opening the lock catch 215 and separating the screen plug-in unit 30 and the lock catch 215 which are in a buckling state. The catch 215 and the wrench 216 are arranged in a linkage such that operation of the wrench 216 causes the catch 215 to lock or unlock the screen plug 30.
The screen plug connector 30 is substantially in a rounded rectangle, one end of the screen plug connector extends along the axis direction to form a containing plate 31, the containing plate 31 is provided with a containing groove 311 corresponding to the plug board 214, and the containing groove 311 is used for embedding the plug board 214 arranged on the outer support 20, so that the plug board 214 and the screen plug connector 30 are embedded and connected. One end of the screen plug connector 30 facing the accommodating plate 31 is provided with a groove 312 corresponding to the latch 215, and the groove 312 is used for the latch 215 on the external bracket 20 to be latched, so that the latch 215 and the screen plug connector 30 are latched and connected. The screen plug connector 30 is fixed by the plug board 214 and the lock catch 215, so that the fixed connection between the external bracket 20 and the screen plug connector 30 can be realized. The screen connector 30 is provided with a through hole 313 at the approximate center, the through hole 313 is used for allowing the interface 212 to pass through and exposing the interface 212 at the screen connector 30, so that the interface 212 and the display screen 300 can be conveniently connected, two ends of the screen connector 30 are respectively provided with a threaded hole 314, each threaded hole 314 is screwed with a threaded fastener 315, each threaded fastener 315 is screwed into the threaded hole 314 and fixed on the display screen 300, and thus the screen connector 30 and the display screen 300 can be fixed with each other.
The following describes an installation process of the connection apparatus 100 to connect the remote controller 200 and the display screen 300.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates an installation process of the inner bracket 10 of the connection device 100 embedded in the remote controller 200, in which two arms 202 of the remote controller 200 are opened first, one end of the inner bracket 10 is accommodated in one arm 202 of the remote controller 200, the protrusion 13 and the flange 14 provided on one end of the inner bracket 10 are fastened with the arm 202 of the remote controller 200, so that one end of the inner bracket 10 and the arm 202 of the remote controller 200 are fastened and fixed with each other, and then the arm 202 is folded from the opened state to the accommodated state. Wherein, a through slot (not shown) is opened on the supporting arm 202, so that the protrusion 14 of the inner bracket 10 partially extends from the through slot to connect with the outer bracket 20, and the moving range of the protrusion 14 is limited in the through slot of the supporting arm 202, which can perform the positioning function. The flange 14 of the inner bracket 10 is matched with the inner side of the support arm 202 to realize the function of auxiliary positioning. The supporting arm 202 and the inner support 10 are fixed on one end side of the remote controller 200 in parallel, at this time, the connecting part 11 formed on the inner support 10 faces the outside of the remote controller 200, and finally, the other supporting arm 202 is also folded into a containing state and is connected with the other end of the inner support 10 in a buckling manner, so that the inner support 10 and the remote controller 200 are fixed with each other.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a connection state between the display panel 300 and the screen connector 30, and a threaded fastener 315 (not shown) is screwed into the threaded hole 314 and is screwed with the display panel 300, so as to fix the screen connector 30 and the display panel 300 to each other, when the display panel 300 is carried by the receiving plate 31.
