In an embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the maintenance policy includes: a removable maintenance policy and a non-removable maintenance policy, wherein for the non-removable maintenance policy, the corresponding operation guidance policy is a replacement product. For example, in the case where the operating state of the circuit breaker is failed mainly due to the number of times of opening and closing, the circuit breaker needs to be replaced. For the removable maintenance strategy, the corresponding operation guiding strategy is a specific measure to ensure that the operating state of the circuit breaker is healthy or good after overhauling according to the measure, for example, the operating state of the circuit breaker mainly caused by over-temperature is disqualified, and the corresponding operation guiding strategy is a specific technical measure for reducing the temperature to be within a safety range.
Fig. 2 shows a radar pictorial representation presented by an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the breaker has good health, the corresponding temperature classification value is 3, the current classification value is 1, the harmonic classification value is 3, the alarm classification value is 2, the opening and closing classification value is 2, and the corresponding operation guidance strategy is given.
According to the method for detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker, the health state (operating state) of the circuit breaker is analyzed from five dimensions (temperature, load end current, distortion content, unprocessed alarms and switching-on and switching-off times), the operating state parameter value classification strategy is set, the influence factors of each dimension are classified, the health value of the circuit breaker is obtained based on the classified classification values, the operating state of the circuit breaker is determined, the health of the circuit breaker can be obtained in real time, and when the operating state of the circuit breaker is characterized as unqualified by the health of the circuit breaker, corresponding measures can be taken to ensure safe and stable operation of the circuit breaker, the timeliness and the safety of overhaul of the circuit breaker are improved, and the operating reliability of a circuit comprising the circuit breaker is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for detecting an operating state of a circuit breaker according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
a parameter value acquisition module 301, configured to acquire an operation state parameter value of the circuit breaker in operation, where the operation state parameter value includes: temperature, load end current, distortion content, untreated alarms and switching times;
the grading module 302 is configured to grade the collected operation state parameter values according to a preset operation state parameter value grading strategy, so as to obtain operation state parameter grading values;
the health value obtaining module 303 is configured to obtain a health value of the circuit breaker according to the collected running state parameter classification values corresponding to the running state parameter values;
the operation state detection module 304 is configured to determine an operation state of the circuit breaker according to the obtained health value.
In the embodiment of the invention, as an optional embodiment, the weighted summation is performed on the grading values of all the running state parameters to obtain the health value of the circuit breaker.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the operation state parameter value includes a temperature and parameter value acquisition module 301, which is specifically configured to:
the temperature sensor is arranged on the current carrying conductor of the circuit breaker to sense the temperature of the current carrying conductor.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as an alternative embodiment, the current carrying conductor includes, but is not limited to: a lead-in terminal conductor and a lead-out terminal conductor.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the running state parameter value includes a load end current, and the parameter value acquisition module 301 is specifically configured to:

In the embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the mapping relationship between the temperature and the temperature classification is as follows:
if the temperature is smaller than the first threshold value of the over-temperature alarm, the mapped temperature grading value is the first grading value;
if the temperature is greater than or equal to the first threshold value of the over-temperature alarm and less than or equal to the second threshold value of the over-temperature alarm, the mapped temperature classification value is a second classification value;
and if the temperature is greater than the over-temperature alarm second threshold, the mapped temperature grading value is a third grading value.
The mapping relation between the opening and closing times and the opening and closing grading is as follows:
if the ratio of the opening and closing times to the total opening and closing times allowed by the circuit breaker is smaller than a first opening and closing threshold value, the mapped opening and closing grading value is a first grading value;
if the ratio of the opening and closing times to the total opening and closing times allowed by the circuit breaker is larger than or equal to the opening and closing first threshold value and smaller than or equal to the opening and closing second threshold value, the mapped opening and closing grading value is a second grading value;
if the ratio of the opening and closing times to the total opening and closing times allowed by the circuit breaker is larger than the opening and closing second threshold value, the mapped opening and closing grading value is a third grading value.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the running state detection module 304 is specifically configured to:
if the obtained health value is greater than or equal to a first health threshold, determining that the running state of the circuit breaker is healthy;
if the obtained health degree value is larger than or equal to the health degree second threshold value and smaller than the health degree first threshold value, determining that the running state of the circuit breaker is good;
and if the acquired health value is smaller than a second health threshold, determining that the running state of the circuit breaker is unqualified.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
an operation state display module (not shown in the figure) is used for displaying the obtained operation state parameter grading value and the determined operation state of the circuit breaker by using a radar chart.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as another optional embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the operation guidance strategy display module is used for extracting the operation state parameter classification value lower than the classification threshold value from the obtained operation state parameter classification value to obtain a candidate classification value;
inquiring a mapping relation between a preset running state parameter grading value and a maintenance strategy to obtain a candidate grading value mapping maintenance strategy;
and integrating the acquired maintenance strategy to obtain the operation guidance strategy of the circuit breaker and displaying the operation guidance strategy on the radar chart.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as a further alternative embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
and the overhaul pushing module is used for pushing the radar chart with the operation guidance strategy to a preset overhaul worker so that the overhaul worker can overhaul the circuit breaker by referring to the operation guidance strategy.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the maintenance policy includes: a removable maintenance policy and a non-removable maintenance policy, wherein for the non-removable maintenance policy, the corresponding operation guidance policy is a replacement product. Aiming at the removable maintenance strategy, the corresponding operation guidance strategy provides specific measures to ensure that the running state of the circuit breaker is healthy or good after overhauling according to the measures.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer device 400 for executing the method for detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker in fig. 1, where the device includes a memory 401, a processor 402, and a computer program stored in the memory 401 and capable of running on the processor 402, where the steps of the method for detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker are implemented when the processor 402 executes the computer program.
Specifically, the memory 401 and the processor 402 can be general-purpose memories and processors, and are not particularly limited herein, and the above-described method of detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker can be performed when the processor 402 runs a computer program stored in the memory 401.
Corresponding to the method for detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application further provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when being executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method for detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker.
In particular, the storage medium can be a general-purpose storage medium, such as a removable disk, a hard disk, etc., on which the computer program is executed, capable of executing the above-described method of detecting the operating state of the circuit breaker.
In the embodiments provided herein, it should be understood that the disclosed systems and methods may be implemented in other ways. The system embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of the elements is merely a logical functional division, and there may be additional divisions in actual implementation, and e.g., multiple elements or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. collecting an operating state parameter value of the circuit breaker in operation, wherein the operating state parameter value comprises: temperature, load end current, distortion content, unprocessed warning and divide-shut brake number of times, gather the running state parameter value of circuit breaker in operation, include: reading the alarm information stored from the end of the last acquisition period to the current time from the memory of the circuit breaker to obtain an unprocessed alarm;
classifying the collected operation state parameter values according to a preset operation state parameter value classifying strategy to obtain operation state parameter classifying values;
acquiring a health value of the circuit breaker according to the acquired operation state parameter grading values corresponding to the operation state parameter values;
determining the running state of the circuit breaker according to the obtained health value;
the classifying the collected operation state parameter values according to a preset operation state parameter value classifying strategy to obtain operation state parameter classifying values, including:
obtaining a temperature grading value of the acquired temperature mapping according to a preset mapping relation between the temperature and the temperature grading;
obtaining a current classification value of the collected current mapping of the load end according to a preset mapping relation between the current and the current classification;
obtaining a harmonic grading value of the acquired distortion content map according to a preset mapping relation between the distortion content and the harmonic grading;
obtaining an alarm grading value of the acquired unprocessed alarm mapping according to a preset mapping relation between the alarm number and the alarm grading;
obtaining an acquired switching-on/off grading value mapped by the switching-on/off times according to a preset mapping relation between the switching-on/off times and switching-on/off grading;
the step of obtaining the health value of the circuit breaker according to the collected operation state parameter grading values corresponding to the operation state parameter values comprises the following steps:

and obtaining the distortion content based on the harmonic content and the fundamental wave content.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the operating state of the circuit breaker based on the obtained health value comprises:
if the obtained health value is greater than or equal to a first health threshold, determining that the running state of the circuit breaker is healthy;
if the obtained health degree value is larger than or equal to the health degree second threshold value and smaller than the health degree first threshold value, determining that the running state of the circuit breaker is good;
and if the acquired health value is smaller than a second health threshold, determining that the running state of the circuit breaker is unqualified.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and displaying the obtained operating state parameter grading value and the determined operating state of the circuit breaker by using a radar chart.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
extracting an operation state parameter classification value lower than a classification threshold value from the obtained operation state parameter classification value to obtain a candidate classification value;
inquiring a mapping relation between a preset running state parameter grading value and a maintenance strategy to obtain a candidate grading value mapping maintenance strategy;
and integrating the acquired maintenance strategy to obtain the operation guidance strategy of the circuit breaker and displaying the operation guidance strategy on the radar chart.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
pushing the radar chart with the operation guidance strategy to a preset maintainer so that the maintainer can overhaul the circuit breaker by referring to the operation guidance strategy.
7. An apparatus for detecting an operating condition of a circuit breaker, comprising:
the parameter value acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation state parameter values of the circuit breaker in operation, and the operation state parameter values comprise: temperature, load end current, distortion content, unprocessed warning and divide-shut brake number of times, gather the running state parameter value of circuit breaker in operation, include: reading the alarm information stored from the end of the last acquisition period to the current time from the memory of the circuit breaker to obtain an unprocessed alarm;
the grading module is used for grading the collected operation state parameter values according to a preset operation state parameter value grading strategy to obtain operation state parameter grading values;
the health degree value acquisition module is used for acquiring the health degree value of the circuit breaker according to the acquired operation state parameter grading values corresponding to the operation state parameter values;
the running state detection module is used for determining the running state of the circuit breaker according to the acquired health value;
the grading module is specifically configured to:
obtaining a temperature grading value of the acquired temperature mapping according to a preset mapping relation between the temperature and the temperature grading;
obtaining a current classification value of the collected current mapping of the load end according to a preset mapping relation between the current and the current classification;
obtaining a harmonic grading value of the acquired distortion content map according to a preset mapping relation between the distortion content and the harmonic grading;
obtaining an alarm grading value of the acquired unprocessed alarm mapping according to a preset mapping relation between the alarm number and the alarm grading;
obtaining an acquired switching-on/off grading value mapped by the switching-on/off times according to a preset mapping relation between the switching-on/off times and switching-on/off grading;
the health value acquisition module is specifically configured to:
