The ballast water treatment system is integrated in a prying block and placed in a standard container. The ship ballast water treatment system is convenient to move according to the position of a ship and meets the requirements of a port on the ballast water treatment system. The inlet of the system is provided with a booster pump to ensure the pressure required by the normal operation of the system; the secondary sterilization unit combines low-pressure ultraviolet sterilization, photocatalytic oxidation sterilization and ultrasonic sterilization to ensure the sterilization effect; the back washing port of the self-cleaning filter is provided with the high-precision filter and the separation device, so that back washing water is avoided, the system does not need to be provided with an independent sewage discharge port, and the work of port pipeline connection is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a portable harbor ballast water treatment system which can be used for receiving and treating ship ballast water and can also provide ballast water meeting certification requirements for filling a ballast water tank.
Background
Species invasion caused by ship ballast water poses a great threat to the global marine ecological environment, and in order to effectively control the damage of ballast water discharge to the marine ecological environment, the international maritime organization ballast water convention takes effect in 2017, 9 and 8 days, and all ships are required to be provided with ballast water treatment systems.
However, some vessels are subject to port delays due to unacceptable ballast water and some vessels do not allow ballast water treatment systems to be installed due to objective factor limitations. Also, for some large vessels, such as VLCC/VLOC, the amount of ballast water is large, the frequency of voyages per year is small, and the installation, use and maintenance of ballast water treatment systems is expensive. From a technical and economic point of view, port solutions are urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a harbor mobile ballast water treatment system, which can receive, treat and discharge ballast water which does not reach the standard of a ship and provide ballast water meeting the certification requirement for the ship. In order to realize the purpose, the adopted technical scheme comprises that a booster pump is arranged at an inlet of the system to ensure the pressure required by the normal operation of the system; the secondary sterilization unit combines low-pressure ultraviolet sterilization, photocatalytic oxidation sterilization and ultrasonic sterilization to ensure the sterilization effect; the back washing port of the self-cleaning filter is provided with a high-precision filter and a separation device.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the secondary treatment unit combines low-pressure ultraviolet sterilization, photocatalytic oxidation sterilization and ultrasonic sterilization to ensure the sterilization effect;
2. the system has thorough sterilization effect, can be discharged after being treated, and does not need holding time;
3. the system does not need backwashing water, does not need to be provided with a drain outlet independently, and reduces the work of random pipeline connection of ports;
4. can treat water with any water quality, and especially can meet the sterilization requirement when the light transmittance of the water is lower than 20 percent.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a mobile ballast water management system for a port.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The movable ballast water treatment system for the port is mainly suitable for harbor ships in the port, mainly solves the problem of treatment of the ballast water of the harbor ships, is placed in a standard container through a modularized ballast water treatment system, is convenient to move in the port, meets the treatment requirement of the harbor ships on the ballast water, and is simple, safe, simple and practical!
A booster pump is arranged at the inlet of the system, so that the normal pressure of the system operation is ensured, and the condition that the ballast pump outputs water and has no pressure or small pressure due to the large pressure loss of a long conveying pipeline is avoided. The water flowing out of the booster pump enters a high-precision automatic back-flushing filter, and the filtered water flows into a secondary sterilization unit. The secondary sterilization unit combines low-pressure ultraviolet sterilization, photocatalytic oxidation sterilization and ultrasonic sterilization to ensure that the primary treatment meets the sterilization effect without holding time. A small-flow high-precision filter and a separating device are additionally arranged at a back washing port of the high-precision automatic back washing filter, the treated water is injected into the main pipeline again and enters the secondary sterilization unit, and sediments separated by the separating device are collected by the system in a unified way and are treated regularly. The system does not need to be provided with a back flushing port, and the connecting workload of random pipelines of ports is reduced.
Claims (3)
1. A movable ballast water processing system for a port is characterized in that the ballast water processing system is integrated in a prying block and is placed in a standard container. The ship ballast water treatment system is convenient to move according to the position of a ship and meets the requirements of a port on the ballast water treatment system.
2. The ballast water treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the system adopts a mode of filtration and secondary treatment, and the secondary treatment unit combines low-pressure ultraviolet sterilization, photocatalytic oxidation sterilization and ultrasonic sterilization, so that the sterilization effect is ensured to be thorough, and the ballast water can be discharged after treatment without holding time.
3. The ballast water treatment system according to claim 1, wherein a small flow filter and a separation device are provided at the back flush port, so that back flush water is not required, a drain port is not required to be separately provided, and work for random pipe connection at a port is reduced.
