As shown in fig. 3, a rubber sealing strip cutting device comprises a frame, and a feeding device 1, a conveying device 2, a cutting device 3, a conveying belt device 4, a transfer device 5 and a discharging device 6 on the frame; the feeding device 1 is positioned at the feeding end of the frame, the feeding device 1 is used for simultaneously conveying a plurality of rubber sealing strips to the cutting device 3, and the feeding end of the cutting device 3 is connected with the discharging end of the feeding device 1; the conveying device 2 is positioned on the feeding end side of the cutting device 3, the conveying device 2 is used for conveying the rubber sealing strips on the cutting device 3 to a cutting position, and the cutting device 3 is used for cutting the rubber sealing strips; the feeding end of the conveying belt device 4 is connected with the discharging end of the cutting device 3, and the conveying belt device 4 is used for horizontally conveying the cut rubber sealing strips; the transfer device 5 is positioned above the conveyer belt device 4, and the feeding end of the discharging device 6 is connected with the discharging end of the conveyer belt device 4; the transferring device 5 is used for transferring the cut rubber sealing strips to the discharging device 6, and the discharging device 6 is used for conveying the cut rubber sealing strips for discharging.
As shown in fig. 2, which shows a rubber sealing strip 7 to be cut according to the present invention, the rubber sealing strip 7 is rectangular, a plurality of rubber sealing strips 7 are simultaneously conveyed to a cutting device 3 through a feeding device 1, and each rubber sealing strip 7 is cut into two pieces through the cutting device 3, and is divided into a first cut rubber sealing strip 71 and a second cut rubber sealing strip 72; the first cut rubber seal strip 71 and the second cut rubber seal strip 72 are the same in size and are both rectangular.

The first feeding assembly 12 comprises a feeding moving bottom plate 121, a rubber sealing strip limiting frame 122, a rubber sealing strip limiting adjusting frame 123, a motor support 124, a plurality of feeding driving motors 125 and a plurality of motor matching lifting frames 126; the feeding moving bottom plate 121 is disposed on the two feeding slide rails 11, and the feeding moving bottom plate 121 moves back and forth on the feeding slide rails 11. During operation, four groups of rubber sealing strips 7 are placed on the rubber sealing strip jacking plates 1261 in the four limiting neutral positions 1221, and each group of rubber sealing strips 7 is limited by moving the adjusting partition plates 1232 on the rubber sealing strip limiting adjusting frame 123; four motor cooperation lifting frames 126 are driven to ascend through four feeding driving motors 125, each motor cooperation lifting frame 126 drives the rubber sealing strip 7 on each rubber sealing strip jacking plate 1261 to jack up so that the rubber sealing strip 7 moves to the top of the rubber sealing strip limiting frame 122, four rubber sealing strips 7 are sucked through four rubber sealing strip sucking frames 157 on the feeding transfer assembly 15, and the lifting cylinder 156 and the feeding transfer cylinder 153 are matched and moved to a cutting position through feeding suction.
The feeding device 1 solves the problem that the existing equipment transfers single rubber sealing strips to cutting positions through manual work or a mechanical arm to cut one by one, so that the cutting efficiency of the whole assembly line is low; and the problem that the rubber sealing strip with one specification can be cut and processed only by one single process is solved.
Four limiting neutral positions 1221 are arranged on the rubber sealing strip limiting frame 122 in the feeding device 1, so that four groups of rubber sealing strips 7 can be conveniently placed, and a plurality of pieces of conveying and feeding can be conveniently carried out simultaneously. The bottom of each conveying matching pushing block 252 is provided with a plurality of regularly arranged cutting pushing matching blocks 254, and the cutting pushing matching blocks 254 are matched with the cutting device 3, so that the rubber sealing strips can be pushed better.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 to 10, the cutting device 3 comprises a cutting support 31, a cutting assembly 32 and a regulating assembly 33; the cutting bracket 31 is arranged on the frame; the cutting assembly 32 comprises a cutting base 320, a cutting material receiving plate 321, a cutting bracket 322, a cutting lifting cylinder 323, a cutting lifting moving plate 324, a cutter clamping plate 325, a cutting pressing plate 326 and a cutting cutter 327; the cutting base 320 is arranged on the cutting support 31, and the middle part of the cutting base 320 is provided with a regular matching groove 3201; the feed end side of the cutting base 320 is provided with a positive fit projection 3202. The cutting receiving plate 321 is arranged on the cutting base 320; the conveying device 2 is positioned above the cutting material receiving plate 321 and matched with the cutting material receiving plate 321; a plurality of receiving spacing rods 3211 are horizontally arranged on the cutting receiving plate 321, and each receiving spacing rod 3211 is matched with each cutting matching neutral gear 253 for limiting. The cutting bracket 322 is arranged on the cutting bracket 31, and the lifting guide rod frame 311 is arranged on the cutting bracket 31; the cutting lifting cylinder 323 is arranged at the top of the cutting support 322; the cutting lifting cylinder 323 penetrates through the cutting support 322 and the lifting guide rod frame 311 to be connected with the cutting lifting moving plate 324, and the cutting lifting cylinder 323 drives the cutting lifting moving plate 324 to move up and down, so that the rubber sealing strip 7 is longitudinally cut. The two ends of the cutting lifting moving plate 324 are sleeved on the two lifting guide rods 311, so that the smoothness of the cutting lifting moving plate 324 is improved through the two lifting guide rods 311, the cutting lifting moving plate 324 is limited better, and the cutting lifting moving plate 324 is prevented from being inclined or position deviation in the moving process. The cutter clamp plate 325 is arranged at the bottom of the cutting lifting moving plate 324, a cutter mounting stepped hole 3251 is formed in the cutter clamp plate 325, mounting lugs 3271 are arranged at two ends of the cutting cutter 327, the mounting lugs 3271 are matched with the cutter mounting stepped hole 3251, and the cutting cutter 327 is prevented from falling from the cutter mounting stepped hole 3251. The cutting device 3 solves the problem that the rubber sealing strips conveyed in place are directly cut by the existing equipment in the cutting process, so that the rubber sealing strips are not placed neatly and in place after being conveyed and transferred; and the cut rubber sealing strip is not regulated after the cutting is finished, so that the problem that the rubber sealing strip cannot be placed into the containing box in the subsequent transferring process is caused.

The feed end of the conveying belt assembly 43 is connected with the discharge end of the cutting material receiving plate 321; the conveying limit assembly 44 comprises a conveying limit bracket 441, a conveying limit cylinder 442 and a conveying limit baffle 443; the conveying limiting bracket 441 is arranged on the conveying belt bracket 41 in the front-back direction and is positioned above the conveying belt assembly 43; the conveying limit cylinder 442 is longitudinally arranged on the conveying limit bracket 441; the moving part of the conveying limiting cylinder 442 is connected with the conveying limiting baffle 443, and the conveying limiting baffle 443 is driven to ascend and descend by the conveying limiting cylinder 442 to realize blocking of the rubber sealing strip 7. A conveying baffle 444 is also arranged at the discharge end of the conveyor belt bracket 41, and the rubber sealing strip 7 is prevented from falling off through the conveying baffle 444. and S3 cutting the rubber sealing strip: the cutting assembly 32 descends, a plurality of rubber sealing strips are simultaneously pressed, and the rubber sealing strips are cut into two parts after being pressed;
s4 blanking of rubber sealing strips: the rubber sealing strips after the multiple sheets are cut are conveyed to a discharging device 6 through a conveying belt device 4 and a transfer device 5, and the discharging is pushed out after the rubber sealing strips are fully collected through the discharging device 6.

Claims (10)

1. A rubber sealing strip cutting device is characterized by comprising a frame, and a feeding device (1), a conveying device (2), a cutting device (3), a conveying belt device (4), a transfer device (5) and a discharging device (6) which are arranged on the frame; the feeding device (1) is positioned at the feeding end of the rack, the feeding device (1) is used for simultaneously conveying a plurality of rubber sealing strips to the cutting device (3), and the feeding end of the cutting device (3) is connected with the discharging end of the feeding device (1); the conveying device (2) is located on the feeding end side of the cutting device (3), the conveying device (2) is used for conveying the rubber sealing strips on the cutting device (3) to a cutting position, and the cutting device (3) is used for cutting the rubber sealing strips; the feeding end of the conveying belt device (4) is connected with the discharging end of the cutting device (3), and the conveying belt device (4) is used for horizontally conveying the cut rubber sealing strips; the transfer device (5) is positioned above the conveyor belt device (4), and the feeding end of the discharging device (6) is connected with the discharging end of the conveyor belt device (4); the transfer device (5) is used for transferring the cut rubber sealing strips to the discharge device (6), and the discharge device (6) is used for conveying the cut rubber sealing strips for discharge.

The rubber sealing strip cutting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the feeding device (1) comprises two feeding slide rails (11), a first feeding assembly (12), a second feeding assembly (13), a feeding moving cylinder (14) and a feeding transfer assembly (15); the two feeding slide rails (11) are arranged on the rack in the front-back direction; the first feeding assembly (12) and the second feeding assembly (13) are identical in structure, and the first feeding assembly (12) and the second feeding assembly (13) are connected through a feeding connecting plate; the feeding moving cylinder (14) is arranged on the bottom surface of the rack, and the moving part of the feeding moving cylinder (14) is connected with the first feeding assembly (12); the first feeding assembly (12) comprises a feeding moving bottom plate (121), a rubber sealing strip limiting frame (122), a rubber sealing strip limiting adjusting frame (123), a motor support (124), a plurality of feeding driving motors (125) and a plurality of motor matching lifting frames (126); the feeding moving bottom plate (121) is arranged on the two feeding slide rails (11); the rubber sealing strip limiting frame (122) is arranged on the feeding moving bottom plate (121), and a plurality of limiting neutral positions (1221) are arranged on the rubber sealing strip limiting frame (122); the rubber sealing strip limiting adjusting frame (123) is arranged on the feeding moving base plate (121) through an adjusting sliding rail (1231), a plurality of adjusting partition plates (1232) which are arranged in parallel and regularly are arranged on the rubber sealing strip limiting adjusting frame (123), the adjusting partition plates (1232) and the limiting neutral positions (1221) are arranged in an inserting mode, and a rubber sealing strip placing space for placing rubber sealing strips in the limiting neutral positions (1221) is adjusted through the adjusting partition plates (1232); the motor support (124) is positioned below the feeding moving base plate (121), a plurality of feeding driving motors (125) are regularly arranged on the motor support (124), a feeding lifting rotating shaft (1251) of each feeding driving motor (125) penetrates through the bottom of the motor matching lifting frame (126), the feeding driving motors (125) are matched with the motor matching lifting frame (126), and the top of the motor matching lifting frame (126) penetrates through the feeding moving base plate (121) to be connected with a rubber sealing strip lifting plate (1261); each rubber seal strip jacking plate (1261) is positioned in each limit neutral (1221); the feeding transfer assembly (15) is used for sucking and transferring the rubber sealing strips in the limiting neutral positions (1221).

A rubber sealing strip cutting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the material loading transfer assembly (15) comprises a material loading transfer frame (151) and a plurality of material loading transfer modules; the feeding transfer support (151) is arranged on the rack, and the plurality of feeding transfer modules are regularly arranged at the top of the feeding transfer support (151); each feeding transfer module comprises a feeding transfer sliding rail (152), a feeding transfer cylinder (153), a feeding transfer plate (154) and a feeding transfer supporting plate (155); the feeding transfer sliding rail (152) is arranged at the bottom of the feeding transfer support (151), the feeding transfer cylinder (153) is arranged at the top of the feeding transfer support (151), the moving part of the feeding transfer cylinder (153) is connected with the feeding transfer plate (154), the feeding transfer plate (154) penetrates through the top of the feeding transfer support (151) to be connected with the feeding transfer sliding rail (152), the feeding transfer support plate (155) is arranged on the feeding transfer support (151), and the feeding suction lifting cylinder (156) is arranged at the bottom of the feeding transfer support plate (155); the bottom of the feeding suction lifting cylinder (156) is provided with a rubber sealing strip suction frame (157), and the rubber sealing strip suction frame (157) is provided with a plurality of rubber sealing strip suction heads (158).

The rubber sealing strip cutting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the conveying device (2) comprises a conveying bracket (21), a conveying driving motor (22), a synchronous belt gear assembly (23), a synchronous moving belt fitting frame (24) and a conveying push plate (25); the conveying support (21) is horizontally arranged on the rack, the conveying driving motor (22) is longitudinally arranged on the rack, a rotating shaft at the top of the conveying driving motor (22) is matched and connected with one end of the synchronous belt gear assembly (23), the other end of the synchronous belt gear assembly (23) is arranged on the conveying support (21), and the synchronous belt gear assembly (23) is horizontally arranged; the synchronous moving belt matching frame (24) is fixed on a synchronous belt (231) of the synchronous belt gear assembly (23), and the conveying push plate (25) is arranged in front of the synchronous moving belt matching frame (24) in the front-back direction; the front part of the conveying push plate (25) is provided with a pushing inclined plane (251); the bottom of the conveying push plate (25) is provided with a plurality of conveying matching push blocks (252) which are regularly arranged; a cutting fit neutral stop (253) is formed between two adjacent conveying fit push blocks (252); the bottom of each conveying matching push block (252) is provided with a plurality of regularly arranged cutting pushing matching blocks (254).

A rubber sealing strip cutting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt device (4) comprises a conveyor belt bracket (41), a conveyor belt drive motor (42), a conveyor belt assembly (43) and a conveyor limit assembly (44); the conveying belt support (41) is arranged on the rack, the conveying belt driving motor (42) is arranged at the front part of the conveying belt support (41), a rotating shaft of the conveying belt driving motor (42) is connected with the middle part of the conveying belt assembly (43), and the feeding end of the conveying belt assembly (43) is connected with the discharging end of the cutting material receiving plate (321); the conveying limiting assembly (44) comprises a conveying limiting bracket (441), a conveying limiting cylinder (442) and a conveying limiting baffle (443); the conveying limiting bracket (441) is arranged on the conveying belt bracket (41) in the front-back direction and is positioned above the conveying belt assembly (43); the conveying limiting cylinder (442) is longitudinally arranged on the conveying limiting bracket (441); the moving part of the conveying limit cylinder (442) is connected with a conveying limit baffle (443); a conveying baffle plate (444) is also arranged at the discharge end of the conveying belt bracket (41).
