At present, tools such as an internal and external hexagonal wrench, a socket adapter wrench, a screwdriver and the like for fastening or disassembling a small bolt are only used for driving the bolt to rotate in the circumferential direction by a hand-held tool of a user, so that the purpose of tightness is achieved, but the tool has no function of automatically following or retreating in the axial direction. In detail, when the bolt is axially screwed and fastened, because the wrench or the screwdriver cannot synchronously axially follow up, the wrench or the screwdriver is not in close contact with the bolt head, so that the wrench or the screwdriver is easy to slip and partially screwed, the bolt is difficult to mount, the torque is not applied in place, the bolt head is seriously damaged, and the bolt cannot be normally dismounted. Especially, the operation is inconvenient for some narrow space places, and the situation is more prominent.

a first blind hole matched with the boss is formed in the bottom of the supporting seat, the boss is tightly propped against the supporting seat through the first blind hole, and the supporting seat is lifted on the base along with the lifting screw;
a central screw and a plurality of vertical shafts are arranged on the supporting seat, the central screw is arranged in the middle of the supporting seat, the vertical shafts are arranged around the central screw, and each vertical shaft is provided with a planet wheel;
a second thread is arranged on the outer side of the central screw rod, a jacking sleeve is sleeved on the central screw rod and is connected with the central screw rod through the second thread, the jacking sleeve is lifted on the central screw rod under the action of the second thread, a first gear is arranged on the outer side of the jacking sleeve, and the first gear is meshed with the planet wheel;
the driving sleeve comprises an upper connecting part and a lower connecting part which are integrated, and the upper connecting part is connected with the execution head in a replaceable way; the lower connecting part is hollow, a groove is formed in the side wall of the lower connecting part, an inner gear is arranged in the groove, the inner gear can rotate relative to the groove, and the inner gear is meshed with the outer sides of the planet gears;
when the driving sleeve rotates, the internal gear, the plurality of planet wheels and the tightening sleeve are sequentially driven to rotate, and the tightening sleeve rotates around the central screw rod to enable the tightening sleeve to lift on the central screw rod;
the side wall of the groove is provided with a plurality of first through holes, the inner gear is provided with a plurality of second blind holes, the first through holes and the second blind holes can be relatively fixed through bolts, and the inner gear and the groove are fixed through the bolts to change the gear transmission ratio of the inner gear and the first gear.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the equidistant thread progressive type small-sized bolt disassembling tool, the upper part of the lower connecting part is provided with a containing part for containing the jacking sleeve, and the side wall of the containing part is provided with a plurality of second through holes; the upper end of the jacking sleeve is provided with a plurality of third through holes, the second through holes correspond to the third through holes, and the second through holes and the third through holes can be relatively fixed through bolts.

the number of the planet gears, the number of the first gears, the number of the grooves and the number of the internal gears on each vertical shaft are equal, and a multi-layer gear set is formed.
The horizontal section of the upper connecting part is in a regular hexagon shape, a hexagonal blind hole is formed in the upper connecting part, and the lower end part of the execution head is replaceably arranged in the hexagonal blind hole.

the lifting screw is screwed through the hexagonal open-ended wrench, the supporting seat, the jacking sleeve, the driving sleeve and the execution head are lifted integrally by the lifting screw until the execution head jacks the head of the bolt, the driving sleeve is screwed by the hexagonal open-ended wrench, and the driving sleeve drives the execution head to rotate so as to screw or loosen the bolt.

reserving space at the lower part of the jacking sleeve based on the gear transmission ratio;
the lifting screw is screwed through the hexagonal open-ended wrench, the supporting seat, the jacking sleeve, the driving sleeve and the execution head are lifted integrally by the lifting screw until the execution head jacks the head of the bolt, the driving sleeve is screwed by the hexagonal open-ended wrench, and the driving sleeve drives the execution head to rotate so as to screw or loosen the bolt.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the hexagonal open-ended wrench is matched for use, so that a screwdriver or wrench dismounting and fastening mode which is difficult to normally implement in a narrow space is uniformly converted into a hexagonal open-ended wrench fastening mode which is convenient to operate in a wide space, and the problems that a common screwdriver or wrench cannot be normally used due to the fact that no enough space is provided during dismounting and mounting, and the situation that the screwdriver or wrench is inclined to screw and is inclined to screw is often caused in the prior art are solved;
2. through the meshing among the planet wheel, the first gear and the inner gear, when the driving sleeve rotates, based on the principle of gear variable transmission, the effect of advancing and retreating of the execution head and the bolt with equal thread pitch is realized, the execution head is always tightly combined with the bolt head and advances and retreats synchronously, the bolt head is prevented from being damaged due to slipping or stress deflection, and the normal and effective transmission of the torsional moment is ensured;

As shown in fig. 1 to 19, a small-sized bolt dismounting tool with gradually-increased equidistant threads, which is used in cooperation with a hexagonal open-ended wrench, comprises a base 1, a lifting screw 2, a supporting seat 3, a driving sleeve 4 and an actuating head 5 which are sequentially connected from bottom to top;
the base 1 is connected with the lower part of the lifting screw 2 through a first thread 6, a boss 7 and a rotating part 8 are arranged on the upper end part of the lifting screw 2, the boss 7 is arranged on the rotating part 8, and the lifting screw 2 is lifted on the base 1 when the rotating part 8 rotates;
a first blind hole matched with the boss 7 is formed in the bottom of the supporting seat 3, the boss 7 tightly props against the supporting seat 3 through the first blind hole, and the supporting seat 3 is lifted on the base 1 along with the lifting screw 2; preferably, the first blind hole is a non-threaded hole.
A central screw 9 and a plurality of vertical shafts 10 are arranged on the upper surface of the supporting seat 3, the central screw 9 is arranged in the middle of the supporting seat 3, the plurality of vertical shafts 10 are arranged around the central screw 9, and each vertical shaft 10 is provided with a planet wheel 11;
a jacking sleeve 12 is sleeved on the central screw 9, the jacking sleeve 12 is connected with the central screw 9 through a second thread 13, a first gear 14 is arranged on the outer side of the jacking sleeve 12, and the first gear 14 is meshed with the planet gear 11;
the driving sleeve 4 comprises an integrated upper connecting part 15 and a lower connecting part 16, and the upper connecting part 15 is connected with the execution head 5 in a replaceable way; the lower connecting part 16 is hollow, a groove 17 is formed in the side wall of the lower connecting part 16, an internal gear 18 is arranged in the groove 17, the internal gear 18 can rotate relative to the groove 17, and the internal gear 18 is meshed with the outer sides of the planet gears 11;
when the driving sleeve 4 rotates, the internal gear 18, the plurality of planet wheels 11 and the tightening sleeve 12 are sequentially driven to rotate, and the tightening sleeve 12 rotates around the central screw 9, so that the tightening sleeve 12 can lift on the central screw 9;
the side wall of the groove 17 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 19, the internal gear 18 is provided with a plurality of second blind holes 20, the first through holes 19 and the second blind holes 20 can be relatively fixed through bolts, the internal gear 18 and the groove 17 are fixed through the bolts, and the gear transmission ratio of the internal gear 18 and the first gear 14 is changed.
Preferably, the second thread 13 on the central screw 9 is a reverse thread, so that the driving sleeve and the jacking sleeve can advance and retreat in the same direction, and the jacking sleeve and the central screw can rotate relatively.
Before the invention is used, the internal gear 18 is selected according to the thread pitch of the bolt, and then the bolt is inserted into the first through hole 19 and the second blind hole 20, so that the effect of adjusting the gear transmission ratio is realized.
When the lifting screw rod 2 is used, the rotating part 8 of the lifting screw rod 2 is rotated through the hexagonal open-ended wrench, and when the rotating part 8 rotates, the lifting screw rod 2 can ascend or descend relative to the base 1. Based on the principle of gear speed change transmission, when the driving sleeve 4 rotates, on one hand, the driving execution head 5 is driven to rotate the bolt, so that the aim of dismounting is fulfilled; on the other hand, the internal gear 18 can be driven to rotate, and then the tightening sleeve 12 is driven to rotate around the central screw rod 9 of the support base 3 through the planet wheel 11, so that the tightening sleeve 12 can move up and down, and the driving sleeve 4 and the tightening sleeve 12 can rotate asynchronously due to the gear transmission ratio.
Preferably, the center of the base 1 is a threaded hole, a central thread 25 is arranged in the threaded hole, the central thread 25 is meshed with the first thread 6, the base 1 is in threaded connection with the lifting screw 2 through the threaded hole, and when the lifting screw 2 rotates, the central thread 25 is meshed with the first thread 6, so that the effect of driving the lifting screw 2 to ascend or descend relative to the base 1 is achieved. The tightening sleeve 12 is internally provided with a third thread 29, and the third thread 29 is meshed with the second thread 13.
In detail, twist the rotation portion 8 of lifting screw 2 through hexagonal open-ended wrench, rotation portion 8 realizes the effect that the axial rises or descends relative to base 1 under the effect of first screw thread 6, when lifting screw 2 goes up and down, drives supporting seat 3, top tight cover 12, driving sleeve 4 and execution head 5 in proper order and rises for the whole tip of pressing close to the bolt of assembly and disassembly tools. Then, the driving sleeve 4 is screwed by a hexagonal open-ended wrench, and when the driving sleeve 4 rotates, on one hand, the actuating head 5 is driven by the upper connecting part 15 to rotate the bolt, so that the aim of disassembling and assembling the bolt is fulfilled; on the other hand, the internal gear 18 is driven to rotate through the lower connecting part 16, and as the internal gear 18 is meshed with the planet gears 11, the planet gears 11 rotate when the internal gear 18 rotates; because the planet wheel 11 is meshed with the first gear 14, when the planet wheel 11 rotates, the first gear 14 is driven to rotate, then the tightening sleeve 12 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the first gear 14, when the tightening sleeve 12 rotates, the tightening sleeve 12 goes up and down on the central screw 9 under the action of the second thread 13, the effect of further tightening the driving sleeve 4 and the execution head 5 through the tightening sleeve 12 is achieved, through the meshing among the planet wheel 11, the first gear 14 and the inner gear 18, when the driving sleeve 4 rotates, the effect of advancing and retreating of the execution head 5 and the bolt with equal pitch is achieved based on the principle of gear variable speed transmission, the execution head 5 is always tightly combined with the bolt head and synchronously advanced and retreated, the damage to the bolt head caused by slipping or force deflection is avoided, and the normal and effective transmission of the torsion moment is ensured. Meanwhile, the invention uses the hexagonal open-ended wrench in a matched manner, so that the disassembling and fastening mode of the screwdriver or the wrench which is difficult to normally implement in a narrow space is uniformly converted into the fastening mode of the hexagonal open-ended wrench which is convenient to operate in a wide space, and the problem that the situation that the screwdriver or the wrench is inclined to twist and is easy to twist is often caused because a common screwdriver or the wrench cannot be normally used due to the fact that enough unfolding space is not available in the disassembling and assembling process in the prior art is solved.
As shown in fig. 20, when the bolt is disassembled, the internal gear 18 is selected according to the thread pitch of the bolt to determine the gear transmission ratio, the bolt passes through the first through hole 19 and the second blind hole 20, so that the driving sleeve 4 and the internal gear 18 can rotate synchronously, then a certain number of threads are reserved at the lower part of the tightening sleeve 12, namely a certain space is reserved at the lower part of the driving sleeve 4, then the lifting screw 2 is rotated by using a hexagonal open-ended wrench to integrally lift the supporting seat 3, the tightening sleeve 12, the driving sleeve 4 and the execution head 5 along the axial direction until the execution head 5 tightly pushes the head of the bolt, and then the driving sleeve 4 is screwed by using the hexagonal open-ended wrench along the bolt loosening direction to drive the execution head 5 to rotate, so that the bolt is gradually loosened until the bolt is disassembled.
As shown in figure 21, when a bolt is installed, an internal gear 18 is selected according to the thread pitch of the bolt to determine the gear transmission ratio, a bolt penetrates through a first through hole 19 and a second blind hole 20, so that a driving sleeve 4 and the internal gear 18 can rotate synchronously, then a hexagonal open-ended wrench is used for rotating a lifting screw 2 to integrally lift a supporting seat 3, a jacking sleeve 12, the driving sleeve 4, an execution head 5 and the like along the axial direction until the execution head 5 jacks the head of the bolt, then the driving sleeve 4 is screwed by the hexagonal open-ended wrench along the bolt screwing direction to drive the execution head 5 to rotate, so that the bolt is gradually fastened in place, and after the bolt is fastened in place, the tool can be detached by clamping a base 1 and rotating the lifting screw 2 by the wrench. In the process, the top of the lifting screw 2 and the supporting seat 3 are matched through the unthreaded hole, so that the lifting screw and the supporting seat can rotate independently and do not influence each other, and the bolt can be fastened by using a torque wrench with torque requirements in the bolt fastening process.
It should be noted here that the internal gear 18 is selected appropriately according to the pitch of the bolt to determine the gear ratio, as an embodiment of the present invention, for example: the thread pitches of the central screw 9 of the supporting seat 3 and the jacking sleeve 12 are designed to be 1mm, the thread pitch of the disassembled bolt is 2mm, the gear transmission ratio can be selected to be 1:2, namely the driving sleeve 4 rotates for 1 circle and moves forward and backward for 2mm, and the jacking sleeve 12 rotates for 2 circles and moves forward and backward for 2 mm.
The upper part of the lower connecting part 16 is provided with a containing part 21 for containing the tightening sleeve 12, and the side wall of the containing part 21 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 22; be provided with a plurality of third through-hole 23 on the upper end of tight cover 12 in top, second through-hole 22 and third through-hole 23 are corresponding, and accessible bolt relatively fixed between second through-hole 22 and the third through-hole 23, wear to establish in second through-hole 22 and third through-hole 23 through the bolt, at this moment, when not needing the gear change, when bolt and central screw 9 constant pitch promptly, realize through the bolt and realize the effect of tight cover 12 fixation in lower connecting portion 16 in top, the effect that makes tight cover 12 in top tight driving sleeve 4 and execution head 5 is better.

screwing the lifting screw rod 2 through the hexagonal open-ended wrench, lifting the whole supporting seat 3, the jacking sleeve 12, the driving sleeve 4 and the execution head 5 of the lifting screw rod 2, screwing the driving sleeve 4 through the hexagonal open-ended wrench until the execution head 5 jacks the head of the bolt, and driving the execution head 5 to rotate to screw or loosen the bolt through the driving sleeve 4.

screwing the lifting screw rod 2 through the hexagonal open-ended wrench, lifting the whole supporting seat 3, the jacking sleeve 12, the driving sleeve 4 and the execution head 5 of the lifting screw rod 2, screwing the driving sleeve 4 through the hexagonal open-ended wrench until the execution head 5 jacks the head of the bolt, and driving the execution head 5 to rotate to screw or loosen the bolt through the driving sleeve 4.
