Abstract
A planetary stirrer comprises a power output device arranged outside an asphalt tank and a planetary stirring device arranged inside the asphalt tank, wherein the power output device mainly comprises a motor speed reducer 1, the planetary stirring device mainly comprises a main shaft 11 which is arranged in a plumb direction, a stirring frame 13 which is vertically fixed on the main shaft 11, a planetary shaft 7 with blades on the stirring frame 13 and a gear which stirs the planetary shaft 7 to rotate, and the planetary shaft 7 drives the blades to rotate and revolve. The planetary stirrer can effectively stir high-viscosity asphalt or high-viscosity composite asphalt such as rubber asphalt or high-content modified asphalt, can improve the stirring effect and the production efficiency of the composite asphalt, and has outstanding practicability and obvious economic value.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a stirrer arranged in an asphalt tank and used for stirring asphalt, in particular to a stirrer suitable for production of high-viscosity asphalt such as rubber asphalt or SBS high-content modified asphalt and the like, and belongs to the technical field of stirring equipment.
Background
In the asphalt industry, asphalt stirrers play a very important role, and if the stirrers can be effectively utilized, energy can be saved and the asphalt production efficiency can be improved. Such as: stirring is added in the heating process of the matrix asphalt, so that about 70 percent of heating time can be shortened, and the heat demand on asphalt heating is reduced; and stirring is added in the development process of the modified asphalt, so that the development time can be reduced from 8 hours to 2-3 hours.
At present, the stirrer used in the asphalt industry mainly has two forms, one is a stirrer with a blade on a common main shaft, the stirring capacity is stronger because the blade rotates at an inclined angle, but the stirrer always has a place which can not be stirred because of the limitation of the length of the blade, is suitable for a stirring tank with low requirements, and is widely applied; the other is a frame stirrer, wherein the frame is fixedly connected with the main shaft and rotates along with the main shaft, the stirring range is large, but the gap of the frame is large and the turnover angle is not formed, so that the stirring effect is general, and the frame stirrer is mainly suitable for stirring liquid with low viscosity.

The planetary stirring device is mainly formed by a main shaft 11 which is arranged on a central axis in the plumb direction, a stirring frame 13 which is vertically fixed on the main shaft 11, a planetary shaft 7 which is provided with blades on the stirring frame 13, and a gear which stirs the planetary shaft 7 to rotate in an equivalent way; in the embodiment, the motor provides initial power, the speed reducer is connected with the main shaft 11 through the coupler 2 and transmits torque, the main shaft blades 12 are arranged in two layers and are perpendicular to the main shaft 11 at a fixed angle, the upper layer blades are turned over downwards, and the lower layer blades are turned over upwards; in this example, the number of the blades fixedly connected to the main shaft 11 is 3, and the lower portion of the main shaft 11 is also provided with bottom blades which are fixedly connected to the main shaft 11 at a certain inclination angle and distributed in a splayed shape.
