The second ferrule 31 is fixed on the outer wall surface of the cutter roller body 9 in a sleeving manner, and the cutter group 10 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the second ferrule 31. The cutting or shredding is realized through the cutter group 10, the second sleeve ring 31 is selected to be sleeved on the cutter roller main body 9 according to production requirements, and the second movable baffle 30 is installed and fixed after the far end of the cutter roller main body 9 is stably and fixedly connected with the second fixed baffle 29. When the cutter group 10 needs to be replaced and offline for maintenance, the operation is reversed, and the second movable baffle 30 is removed.
Further, a plurality of second internal thread holes 32 are annularly arranged on the end face of the cutter roller main body 9, a plurality of second mounting holes 33 are annularly arranged on the plate face of the second movable baffle 30, the second mounting holes 33 correspond to the second internal thread holes 32 one by one, and second fastening screws 34 penetrate through the second mounting holes 33 and are in threaded connection with the inside of the second internal thread holes 32. After the second movable baffle 30 is aligned with the cutter roller main body 9, each second mounting hole 33 corresponds to each second internal threaded hole 32, a fastening screw passes through the second mounting hole 33 and then is screwed into the second internal threaded hole 32, when the cutter group 10 needs to be replaced or offline maintenance needs to be carried out on the cutter group, reverse operation is carried out, and the fastening screw and the second movable baffle 30 are removed.
Further, in the continuous paper feed mode, the sheet base conveying unit 1 includes a continuous feed roller 35, a pull roller 36, a tension roller 37, a leveling roller group 38, a turn roller 39, a tray 40, and a compaction roller 41, which are provided in this order along the sheet base conveying path. In the paper roll feeding mode, the sheet base conveying unit 1 includes a stock roller 42, a pulling roller 36, a tension roller 37, a leveling roller group 38, a steering roller 39, a tray 40, and a compaction roller 41, which are provided in this order along a sheet base conveying path.
The continuous paper feeding roller 35 is arranged on the frame and used for lifting paper and introducing a sheet base which is continuously formed and dried by a sheet production line into the slitting system;
the paper-feeding roller 42 is arranged on the frame and used for fixing and conveying the special thin paper roll, and the special thin paper roll enters the traction roller 36 under the driving of the paper-feeding roller 42;
the drawing roller is arranged on the frame and is used for drawing the base sheets conveyed from the paper roll 42, the linear speed of the drawing roller is always consistent with that of the paper roll, and the base sheets are conveyed to the tensioning roller 37 under the action of the drawing roller 36;
the tensioning roller is arranged on the frame to properly tension the base piece to prevent the base piece from excessively displacing;
the paper homogenizing roller group 38 is arranged on the frame and used for keeping the film base in a flat state on the plane, so that extrusion is prevented, and the next working procedure processing is prevented from being influenced; and conveys the sheet to a turn roller 39;
the turning roller 39 is arranged on the frame and used for turning the film base and conveying the film base to the tray 40;
the tray 40 is arranged on the frame and used for supporting the film base and conveying the film base to the compaction roller 41;
a compacting roller 41 mounted on the frame for compacting the film base to prevent turbulence before entering the shredding system; and delivering the substrate to a shredding system.
Further, the sheet processing apparatus further includes a guide roller 43 and a wire roller 44, and the sheet base fed out via the cutter roller assembly 4 is guided by the guide roller 43 and wound around the wire roller 44. When continuous silk rolls are required to be produced, the driving air cylinder 8 corresponding to the cutting roll group with the transverse cutting function releases pressure, the cutter roll main body 9 is lifted to be separated from the supporting roll main body 5, and silk ribbons are rolled into thin slice silk rolls through the guide rolls to the silk paper roll 44.
Furthermore, a material guiding plate 45 and a conveying belt 46 are provided, and the sheet base sent out by the cutter roller assembly 4 is guided by the material guiding plate 45 and then sent into the conveying belt 46. When the thin section of filament needs to be processed, the thin sheet base passes through the plurality of cutter roller assemblies 4 to complete longitudinal cutting and transverse cutting, and then is output to the subsequent process through the material guide plate 45 and the conveying belt 46.

Claims (10)
1. A slice slitting system for heating cigarettes is characterized by comprising a slice base conveying unit and a slice base shredding unit, wherein:
the sheet base conveying unit is used for providing the sheet base with a horizontal posture to the sheet base shredding unit;
the sheet base shredding unit comprises a support roller assembly and a plurality of cutter roller assemblies, wherein:
the support roll assembly comprises a support roll main body and a negative pressure generating mechanism, wherein a negative pressure cavity is formed in the support roll main body, the working end of the negative pressure generating mechanism is arranged in the negative pressure cavity to provide negative pressure airflow, and a plurality of vent holes communicated with the negative pressure cavity are annularly arranged on the outer wall surface of the support roll main body;
the cutter roller assemblies are annularly arranged on the outer ring of the supporting roller main body and comprise driving cylinders and cutter roller main bodies, and the tail ends of piston rods of the driving cylinders are connected with the cutter roller main bodies so as to drive the cutter roller main bodies to be close to or far away from the supporting roller main bodies; and the outer circumferential surface of the cutter roller body is provided with a cutter set, and the cutter set is used for transversely or longitudinally cutting the sheet base attached to the support roller body.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the back-up roller assembly further comprises a device wall panel, a drive motor, a drive shaft, a drive gear, a back-up shaft, a back-up gear, a first bearing housing, and a second bearing housing, wherein:
the supporting roller main body and the driving motor are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the equipment wallboard, and the equipment wallboard is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole;
the first bearing seat is fixed at the first through hole, one end of the driving shaft is connected with the output end of the driving motor, the other end of the driving shaft sequentially penetrates through the first bearing seat and the first through hole and then extends into the negative pressure cavity, and the driving gear is fixed on the driving shaft;
the second bearing block is fixed at the second through hole, the support shaft sequentially penetrates through the second bearing block and the second through hole and then extends into the negative pressure cavity, and the support gear is fixed on the support shaft;
the inner wall surface of the negative pressure cavity is provided with an annular gear ring, and the driving gear and the supporting gear are both meshed with the annular gear ring.

The system of claim 2, wherein there are two support gears, the two support gears are parallel to each other in the horizontal direction, the driving gear is located below the support gears, and the connecting line of the axes of the driving gear and the two support gears forms an equilateral triangle structure.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein there are at least two annular ring gears, a plurality of the annular ring gears are spaced apart along the axial direction of the support roller body, and each of the annular ring gears is engaged with a support gear and a drive gear.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the supporting roller body has a first collar on its outer circumferential surface.

The system of claim 5, wherein a first fixed baffle is fixedly connected to one side of the support roller body, and a first movable baffle is detachably connected to the other side of the support roller body; the terminal surface of backing roll main part is fitted with a contraceptive ring and is equipped with a plurality of first internal thread holes, it is equipped with a plurality of first mounting holes, a plurality of to fit with a contraceptive ring of first adjustable fender's face first mounting hole with first internal thread hole corresponds one by one, and a fastening screw wears to establish first mounting hole back threaded connection in first internal thread hole.

The system of claim 1, wherein the cutter roller assembly further comprises a main shaft, a second fixed stop, a second movable stop, and a second collar; the cutter roller main body is coaxially sleeved on the main shaft, one end of the cutter roller main body is rigidly connected with the second fixed baffle, and the other end of the cutter roller main body is detachably connected with the second movable baffle; the second ferrule is fixed on the outer wall surface of the cutter roller main body in a sleeved mode, and the cutter group is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the second ferrule.

The system of claim 7, wherein a plurality of second internal threaded holes are annularly formed in the end face of the cutter roller body, a plurality of second mounting holes are annularly formed in the plate face of the second movable baffle, the plurality of second mounting holes correspond to the second internal threaded holes one by one, and a second fastening screw is threaded into the second internal threaded holes after passing through the second mounting holes.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the cutter assembly includes a plurality of cutters spaced axially along the spindle.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein the cutter assembly includes a plurality of cutters spaced circumferentially about the axis of the spindle.
