The cationic composite disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant bacteriostatic extracts comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 9 to 12 percent of thuja extract, 9 to 12 percent of aloe extract, 28 to 35 percent of coptis extract, 24 to 28 percent of honeysuckle extract and 18 to 24 percent of garlic extract.
3. The cationic composite disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 2, wherein the plant extracts are prepared by the following steps: drying the plant to be extracted at 50 +/-2 ℃ to constant weight, crushing and sieving for later use, mixing 1g of powder with 8-10mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic extraction at 60-65 ℃ for 20-30min, centrifuging after extraction is finished, removing precipitate, and collecting the obtained extract to obtain the plant extract; the plant to be extracted is arborvitae, aloe, coptis chinensis, honeysuckle or garlic.
4. The cationic composite disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 3, wherein the ultrasonic power is 700-900W.
5. The cationic complex disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lubricant is glycerol.
6. The cationic complex disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pH regulator is triethanolamine or sodium carbonate.
7. The cationic complex disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of benzalkonium chloride is 0.05-0.25%.
8. The cationic composite disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of the polyhexamethylene guanidine is 0.02-0.2%.
9. The cationic composite disinfectant based on plant bacteriostatic extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of the plant bacteriostatic extracts is 0.5-1%.
