9. The high-voltage cabinet cooling arrangement according to claim 4, further comprising a height-adjustable load-bearing foot pad (12), the load-bearing foot pad (12) being arranged below the base (1).
10. The high-voltage cabinet cooling arrangement according to claim 9, wherein the load-bearing foot pads (12) comprise:
the top of the screw sleeve (121) is fixedly provided with a square extension plate, the square extension plate is fixedly connected with the base (1), and a through hole is formed in the direction extension plate;
the manual adjusting screw rod (122) is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve (121), a screwing ring is arranged on the manual adjusting screw rod (122), and the manual adjusting screw rod (122) sequentially penetrates through the threaded sleeve (121), the through hole and a preformed hole in the base (1) and then is inserted into the base (1);
