本发明为一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,包括固定在车身钣金上的光导本体,所述光导包括进光面、光导背面和出光面,所述光导与PCB板固定连接,所述PCB板上设有光源,所述光源与所述进光面位置相对应,所述出光面和所述光导背面壁厚渐变。本发明的厚壁渐变车灯光导,由光导进光面、光导背面和光导出光面构成,在光导内部结构上开有一个凹槽,从而将厚壁光导分成两部分,其中靠近光导背面部分变成光导管,可大大增加光在厚壁光导中的全反射次数,进而提高光导的点亮均匀性。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车车灯技术领域,涉及渐变车灯,尤其是一种厚壁渐变车灯光导。
背景技术
目前,汽车行业对车灯提出了越来越高的均匀性评价要求,如整个点亮区域不能有明显的亮斑和暗斑,整个发光面的亮度比值要求不大于1:1.5甚至更高。这样的均匀点亮效果,市场纷纷满足后,很多具有创新精神的车厂与车灯厂又想做一些全新的东西,比如在一个狭窄的空间内加一个造型渐变、点亮效果渐变的灯具。因此,设计出一种能在狭窄的空间内实现点亮面尺寸渐变、亮度渐变的灯具就具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明为了解决在狭窄的空间内实现点亮面尺寸渐变、亮度渐变的问题,本发明提供了一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,包括固定在车身钣金上的光导本体,所述光导包括进光面、光导背面和出光面,所述光导与PCB板固定连接,所述PCB板上设有光源,所述光源与所述进光面位置相对应,所述出光面和所述光导背面壁厚渐变。
作为优选,所述光导靠近所述光导背面的一端还开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的侧边与所述光导背面平行。凹槽将光导分成两部分,其中靠近光导背面部分变成光导管,大大增加光在厚壁光导中的全反射次数,进而提高光导的点亮均匀性。凹槽的侧边与光导背面平行,使形成的光导管厚度一致。
进一步地,所述光导背面上设有花纹齿,所述花纹齿为凹齿或者凸齿。花纹齿的结构和疏密可以进行调整,从而点亮面的亮度渐变。
作为优选,所述进光面正对所述光源。从而可最大程度上提高光导接收到的LED发出光并传导至光导的出光面。
进一步地,所述光导背面为一个向外弯曲的弧面。弧面大大增加了光在厚壁光导的光导背面上的全反射次数,进而提高光导的点亮均匀性。
有益效果:
1.本发明的厚壁渐变车灯光导,由光导的进光面、光导背面和光导出光面构成,在光导内部结构上开有一个凹槽,从而将光导分成两部分,其中靠近光导背面部分变成光导管,可大大增加光在光导中的全反射次数,进而提高光导的点亮均匀性。
2.本发明的光导背面为一个外凸弧面,从而可增加光在厚壁光导中的全反射次数,进而提高光导的点亮均匀性。
3.本发明的出光面的尺寸渐变,从而形成点亮面的尺寸渐变。
4.本发明的光导背面上布置有花纹齿,通过调整花纹齿的结构和疏密,可形成点亮面的亮度渐变。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,包括固定在车身钣金上的光导本体,所述光导1包括进光面1-1、出光面1-4和光导背面1-3,所述光导1与PCB板2固定连接,所述PCB板2上设有光源3,所述光源3与所述进光面1-1位置相对应,所述进光面1-1正对所述光源3,如图2-3所示,所述出光面1-4和所述光导背面1-3壁厚渐变。所述光导1靠近所述光导背面1-3的一端还开设有凹槽1-2,所述凹槽1-2的侧边与所述光导背面1-3平行。在光导1内部结构上开有一个凹槽1-2,从而将光导1分成两部分,其中靠近光导背面1-3部分变成光导管,光从光源3射出,一小部分经过光导背面1-3的花纹齿反射至出光面1-4,剩余大部分光在凹槽1-2与光导背面1-3之间发生全反射,从而大大增加了光在光导中的全反射次数,进而提高光导1的点亮均匀性。如图2所示,所述光导背面1-3上设有花纹齿,所述花纹齿为凹齿或者凸齿。所述光导背面1-3为一个向外弯曲的弧面。
最终,如图4所示,得到点亮面尺寸渐变、亮度渐变的点亮效果。

1.一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,其特征在于:包括固定在车身钣金上的光导本体,所述光导(1)包括进光面(1-1)、光导背面(1-3)和出光面(1-4),所述光导(1)与PCB板(2)固定连接,所述PCB板(2)上设有光源(3),所述光源(3)与所述进光面(1-1)位置相对应,所述出光面(1-4)和所述光导背面(1-3)壁厚渐变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,其特征在于:所述光导(1)靠近所述光导背面(1-3)的一端还开设有凹槽(1-2),所述凹槽(1-2)的侧边与所述光导背面(1-3)平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,其特征在于:所述光导背面(1-3)上设有花纹齿,所述花纹齿为凹齿或者凸齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,其特征在于:所述进光面(1-1)正对所述光源(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚壁渐变车灯光导,其特征在于:所述光导背面(1-3)为一个向外弯曲的弧面。
