in the first step, 100 parts of PVC resin, 3 parts of AC foaming agent, 39 parts of plasticizer, 4 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of resin modifier, 1 part of surfactant, 5 parts of filler, 3 parts of additive and 2 parts of water are respectively selected according to the parts by weight of the components for later use;
in the second step, the raw materials selected in the first step are placed in a magnetic heating stirrer to be heated, stirred and mixed to obtain a mixture, the mixture is heated in the stirring process, when the mixture is heated to the temperature of 110-;
in the third step, the mixture after the standing is added into an open mill for mixing for 5-8min to obtain a mixed material, the temperature of a front roller of the open mill is kept at 110-120 ℃ in the mixing process, and the temperature of a rear roller of the open mill is kept at 105-110 ℃;
in the fourth step, the obtained mixed material is placed in an extruder to be heated in a segmented mode to be extruded to obtain an extruded material, the heating temperature of the first section is 60-80 ℃, the heating temperature of the second section is 100-;

based on the above, the high-foaming sound insulation material has the advantages that the added filler and the added foam cell nucleating agent are utilized in the process of preparing the high-foaming sound insulation material, so that the transmission of noise is favorably blocked, the sound insulation effect is further improved, the material is favorably used in environments with different decibels of noise, the added AC foaming agent and the water are simultaneously utilized as the foaming material, and the steam heating is carried out in the preparation process, so that the material is favorably foamed, the foaming rate of the material is improved, and the quality of the foaming material is further improved.

A high-foaming sound insulation material for a vehicle comprises the following components in percentage by weight: PVC resin, AC foaming agent, plasticizer, stabilizer, resin modifier, surfactant, filler, additive, foam cell nucleating agent and water, wherein the components are as follows: the weight parts of the components are respectively as follows: 98-102 parts of PVC resin, 2-3 parts of AC foaming agent, 38-40 parts of plasticizer, 4-5 parts of stabilizer, 1-2 parts of resin modifier, 1-2 parts of surfactant, 4-5 parts of filler, 2-3 parts of additive, 4-5 parts of foam cell nucleating agent and 1-2 parts of water.
2. A preparation method of a high-foaming sound insulation material for a vehicle comprises the following steps of selecting raw materials; step two, mixing and stirring; step three, mixing; step four, steam heating; step five, heat treatment; the method is characterized in that:
in the first step, 98-102 parts of PVC resin, 2-3 parts of AC foaming agent, 38-40 parts of plasticizer, 4-5 parts of stabilizer, 1-2 parts of resin modifier, 1-2 parts of surfactant, 4-5 parts of filler, 2-3 parts of additive and 1-2 parts of water are respectively selected according to the parts by weight of the components for later use;
in the second step, the raw materials selected in the first step are placed in a magnetic heating stirrer to be heated, stirred and mixed to obtain a mixture, the mixture is heated in the stirring process, when the mixture is heated to the temperature of 110-;
in the third step, the mixture after the standing is added into an open mill for mixing for 5-8min to obtain a mixed material, the temperature of a front roller of the open mill is kept at 110-120 ℃ in the mixing process, and the temperature of a rear roller of the open mill is kept at 105-110 ℃;
in the fourth step, the obtained mixed material is placed in an extruder to be heated in a segmented mode to be extruded to obtain an extruded material, the heating temperature of the first section is 60-80 ℃, the heating temperature of the second section is 100-;
and in the fifth step, taking the semi-finished product out of the cold water, immediately placing the semi-finished product in a steam heating oven for heat treatment, wherein the pressure of the heated steam is 0.3-0.4MPa, the time of the heat treatment is 15-20min, and then taking the semi-finished product out and cooling to the normal temperature to obtain the high-foaming sound insulation material for the vehicle.
