Abstract
本发明公开了一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,包括堆肥箱、人工动力脚踏车和热水器。其中,堆肥箱内固定有滤板,滤板将堆肥箱分为上层搅拌区和下层渗滤液收集区,堆肥箱设有气体交换窗口,气体交换窗口处固定有气体交换净化单元,上层搅拌区设有进料口和出料口,下层渗滤液收集区设有渗滤液出口;人工动力脚踏车的车轮上同轴固定有搅拌轴,搅拌轴伸入上层搅拌区内且与堆肥箱的侧壁转动连接,搅拌轴上固定有搅拌桨,搅拌桨位于上层搅拌区内;热水器的出水口与堆肥箱的保温层连通。相比于现有技术,本发明的整个装置不需要电力供应,操作上不受地点限制,可灵活安置,在处理废弃物的同时可起到锻炼身体的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及堆肥技术领域,特别是涉及一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置。
背景技术
堆肥是指利用自然界广泛存在的微生物,有控制地促进固体废物中可降解有机物转化为稳定腐殖质的生物化学过程。堆肥产物所含营养物质比较丰富,且肥效长而稳定,同时有利于促进土壤团粒结构的形成,能增加土壤保水、保温、透气、保肥的能力,而且与化肥混合使用又可弥补化肥所含养分单一,长期单一使用化肥使土壤板结,保水、保肥性能减退等缺陷。
现有技术中,堆肥装置通常为电力驱动,因而布置位置受供电条件的制约,只能在供电系统附近完成堆肥后,再将堆肥产物运输至田间,其过程较为繁琐,无法实现实时就地供应。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,用以解决现有技术中堆肥装置的布置位置受供电条件制约的技术问题,节约电能,实现绿色堆肥。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明公开了一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,包括:
堆肥箱,所述堆肥箱具有中空的保温层,所述保温层用于容纳热水,所述堆肥箱内固定有滤板,所述滤板将所述堆肥箱分为上层搅拌区和下层渗滤液收集区,所述堆肥箱设有气体交换窗口,所述气体交换窗口处固定有气体交换净化单元,所述上层搅拌区设有进料口和出料口,所述下层渗滤液收集区设有渗滤液出口;
人工动力脚踏车,所述人工动力脚踏车的车轮上同轴固定有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴伸入所述上层搅拌区内且与所述堆肥箱的侧壁转动连接,所述搅拌轴上固定有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨位于所述上层搅拌区内;
热水器,所述热水器的出水口与所述保温层连通。
优选地,所述热水器为平板式太阳能热水器。
优选地,所述热水器固定于所述堆肥箱的上侧,所述气体交换窗口位于所述热水器下方。
优选地,所述太阳能热水器包括水箱和板式集热器,所述水箱上设有进水口和所述出水口,所述出水口通过导管与所述保温层连通。
优选地,所述气体交换窗口位于所述板式集热器下方。
优选地,所述水箱的进水口处设有进水阀门,所述水箱的出水口处设有出水阀门。
优选地,所述进料口处可开合式密封连接有进料门板,所述出料口处可开合式密封连接有出料门板。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
1.本发明的整个装置不需要电力供应,操作上不受地点限制,可灵活安置;
2.平板式太阳能热水器能够起到热能供给和堆肥箱避雨作用;
3.气体交换窗口处固定有气体交换净化单元,将供氧与臭气处理结合为一体;
4.外形美观,环保效果好,处理废弃物的同时可锻炼身体。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,用以解决现有技术中堆肥装置的布置位置受供电条件制约的技术问题,节约电能,实现绿色堆肥。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,本实施例提供一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,包括堆肥箱、人工动力脚踏车和热水器。
其中,堆肥箱内固定有滤板5,滤板5将堆肥箱分为上层搅拌区和下层渗滤液收集区6。堆肥箱设有气体交换窗口,气体交换窗口处固定有气体交换净化单元8,内部填充有除臭滤料,对从气体交换窗口流出的气体进行净化。除臭滤料可选用市场上常用的气体过滤材料,此处不再赘述。上层搅拌区设有进料口10和出料口3,下层渗滤液收集区6设有渗滤液出口2。下层渗滤液收集区6的底部具有坡度,使其远离渗滤液出口2的一端高于靠近渗滤液出口2的一端,以便于渗滤液的收集。人工动力脚踏车的车轮上同轴固定有搅拌轴4,搅拌轴4伸入上层搅拌区内且与堆肥箱的侧壁转动连接,搅拌轴4上固定有搅拌桨,搅拌桨位于上层搅拌区内,使用者通过骑乘在人工动力脚踏车上并循环踩动脚踏板,即可驱动搅拌轴4旋转,实现对上层搅拌区的搅拌。热水器的出水口与堆肥箱的保温层连通,为上层搅拌区堆肥过程供应热量。
本实施例的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置在使用时,先将用于堆肥的农业农村有机固体废弃物进行适当的粉碎处理,经进料口10填入上层搅拌区内,根据物料的性质,通过加水调节含水率,然后使用人力驱动人工动力脚踏车,搅拌轴4带动搅拌桨旋转,使固体废弃物充分搅拌。堆肥箱内的微生物将固体废弃物中可降解有机物转化为稳定的腐殖质,渗滤液收集在下层渗滤液收集区6,可由渗滤液出口2排出,打开出料口3后可将上层搅拌区内发酵腐熟后的肥料取出。
热水器的类型有多种,为了起到挡雨的作用,本实施例的热水器为平板式太阳能热水器。平板式太阳能热水器固定于堆肥箱的上侧,气体交换窗口位于热水器下方。平板式太阳能热水器可直接从市场上购得,包括水箱和板式集热器7。传统的集热管式热水器的集热管间存在间隙,无法起到挡雨的作用,本实施例将气体交换窗口设于板式集热器7下方,板式集热器7可有效遮挡雨水。水箱上设有进水口1和出水口,出水口通过导管与堆肥箱的保温层连通。
进一步的,本实施例中水箱的进水口1处设有进水阀门,水箱的出水口处设有出水阀门,用于对进水和出水进行控制。
更进一步的,本实施例的进料口10处可开合式密封连接有进料门板,出料口3处可开合式密封连接有出料门板。本实施例中,进料门板和出料门板的安装方式与烘箱门的安装方式类似,进料门板和出料门板优选为与堆肥箱铰接,并通过密封圈接触式密封,避免臭气泄漏。

1.一种节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,包括:
堆肥箱,所述堆肥箱具有中空的保温层,所述保温层用于容纳热水,所述堆肥箱内固定有滤板,所述滤板将所述堆肥箱分为上层搅拌区和下层渗滤液收集区,所述堆肥箱设有气体交换窗口,所述气体交换窗口处固定有气体交换净化单元,所述上层搅拌区设有进料口和出料口,所述下层渗滤液收集区设有渗滤液出口;
人工动力脚踏车,所述人工动力脚踏车的车轮上同轴固定有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴伸入所述上层搅拌区内且与所述堆肥箱的侧壁转动连接,所述搅拌轴上固定有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨位于所述上层搅拌区内;
热水器,所述热水器的出水口与所述保温层连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,所述热水器为平板式太阳能热水器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,所述热水器固定于所述堆肥箱的上侧,所述气体交换窗口位于所述热水器下方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,所述太阳能热水器包括水箱和板式集热器,所述水箱上设有进水口和所述出水口,所述出水口通过导管与所述保温层连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,所述气体交换窗口位于所述板式集热器下方。
6.根据权利要求4所述的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,所述水箱的进水口处设有进水阀门,所述水箱的出水口处设有出水阀门。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节能型农业农村有机废弃物堆肥装置,其特征在于,所述进料口处可开合式密封连接有进料门板,所述出料口处可开合式密封连接有出料门板。
