The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the variable type front spoiler comprises a front spoiler body, a transfer block and a fixing plate, wherein the transfer block is arranged inside two ends of the front spoiler body, the fixing plate is arranged above the transfer block, a motor transmission structure and a guide structure are arranged on the fixing plate, the lower end of the motor transmission structure is connected with the transfer block, and the motor transmission structure is formed by assembling a motor and a lead screw structure.
As a supplement to the technical scheme, the middle part of the motor transmission structure is internally provided with a lifting rod with an outer ring being an external thread, a main shaft of the motor transmission structure adopts a transmission ring structure, an inner ring of the transmission ring structure is meshed with the outer ring of the lifting rod, and the lower end of the lifting rod is connected with the switching block.
As a supplement to the technical scheme, the guide structure comprises a guide rod and a second bushing, the second bushing is vertically installed in the fixed plate, the guide rod is vertically and slidably installed in the second bushing, and a guide notch matched with the lower end of the guide rod is formed in the transfer block.
As a supplement to the technical scheme, a first protective cover covering and wrapping the upper end of the guide rod is installed on the upper end face of the fixing plate, a second protective cover covering and wrapping the lower end of the guide pillar is installed on the fixing plate, a first bushing is installed at the lower end of the guide pillar, a necking is formed between the lower end of the second protective cover and the lower end of the guide pillar, and the second protective cover and the lower end of the guide pillar are sealed through a locknut.

The embodiment of the invention relates to a variable front spoiler, as shown in fig. 1-3, a motor transmission structure 3 and a guide structure 4 are designed in the technical scheme, wherein a motor in the motor transmission structure 3 can drive a transfer block 5 to move up and down through a screw rod structure, the transfer block 5 can drive the front spoiler 1 to move up and down, a motor signal drives the front spoiler 1 to move up and down and adjusts the direction of air flow at the bottom of an automobile through the movement of the spoiler 1, the stress condition at the head of the automobile is improved, the driving safety is enhanced, the energy loss is reduced, and the transmission precision can be greatly improved through the motor and the screw rod structure.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the guide structure 4 can prevent the front spoiler 1 from shaking after being impacted by the airflow during high-speed movement of the vehicle, and particularly, can keep the front spoiler 1 stable during the high-speed movement.
As shown in fig. 4-7, the guide post 7 in the guide structure 4 can move up and down, and the lower end of the guide post is connected to the guide notch, so that when the current spoiler 1 vibrates, the guide post 7 can avoid shaking, and when the front spoiler 1 moves up and down, the guide post 7 also moves up and down, thereby greatly improving the working stability of the front spoiler 1.
In order to avoid the looseness of the guide post 7 during operation, a locknut 9 is selected as a lower end fixing piece of the guide post 7.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the guide structure 4, the first protection cover 10 and the second protection cover 11 are arranged on the fixed plate 2 to form a seal with the guide structure 4, so as to ensure the normal operation of the guide post 7 in a severe environment.
The second bushing is an oilless bushing to ensure the guide post 7 to move normally and sequentially.
