Abstract
本发明属于薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种软硬异构的传送带导膜,包括底膜和表膜,所述表膜与底膜相互复合而成,所述底膜为硬质膜,所述表膜为软质膜,采用双层复合结构,用一层硬质材料作为衬底,轻质材料复合在硬质材一起,在裁切时,轻质材料接触刀模,以保证在裁切的过程中不伤及上面的模具,同时硬质材料作为衬底,以保证在裁切的过程中,传送带保持平整不变形,二者同时兼顾,有效的解决单层传送带在使用过程中的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种软硬异构的传送带导膜。
背景技术
以前的光学膜裁切用传送带结构为单层,单层结构只能为一种材质,要么软材质,要么硬材质,软质传送带易变性,使用寿命低,硬质传送带不变形,但是会伤刀模,降低刀模的使用寿命,因此一种既不会伤刀模又不易变性的传送带尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种软硬异构的传送带导膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种软硬异构的传送带导膜,包括底膜和表膜,所述表膜与底膜相互复合而成,所述底膜为硬质膜,所述表膜为软质膜。
优选的,所述底膜采用硬性材料,所述硬性材料为双向拉伸PET、ABS、不锈钢带。
优选的,所述表膜采用软性材料,所述软性材料为PVC、EVA、PE、PU、PO、PA、软质聚酯。
优选的,所述软硬异构的传送带导膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将底膜放置在放卷辊上,将表膜放置在复合辊上,使放卷辊上的底膜通过第一导流辊导流至涂胶辊上,在底膜表面均匀涂胶;
(2)将涂胶后的底膜通过第二导流辊导流至烘干箱内进行烘烤;
(3)烘烤完成后,通过第三导流辊导流至复合辊上,使表膜复合在底膜上;
(4)将复合后的膜通过第四导流辊导流至快速收卷机构中,进行快速收卷即可。
进一步的,所述快速收卷机构包括:收卷辊、待卷辊和底座,所述底座上设有可上下运动的调节板,所述调节板一侧设有可转动的调节盘,所述调节盘上均设有多个可转动且呈对称分布的收卷辊,所述收卷辊上均卡接有收卷套筒,所述收卷套筒上均涂覆有用于固定的收卷胶,位于一侧的所述收卷辊上的收卷套筒与复合后膜的延伸端连接,位于复合后膜延伸端一侧的所述调节板底部设有固定连接的定位板,所述定位板上设有可上下运动且用于挤压膜与收卷胶接触固定的挤压板,所述挤压板上设有可来回运动且用于膜切割的切割盘。
进一步的,所述底座通过多个第一液压杆与调节板连接固定,所述挤压板与定位板之间设有多个固定连接的第二液压杆,所述调节板上设有第一电机,所述第一电机输出端通过第一输出轴与调节盘连接固定,所述调节盘上设有多个数量与收卷辊相对应的第二电机,所述第二电机输出端通过第二输出轴分别与相应的收卷辊连接。
进一步的,所述挤压板上设有呈贯穿式的切割槽,所述切割槽内设有切割盘,且切割槽一侧壁上设有调节槽,所述调节槽底部设有固定连接的导轨,所述导轨上设有相卡合且滑动连接的滑块,所述滑块上设有固定连接的第三电机,所述第三电机输出端设有第三输出轴,所述第三输出轴延伸端与切割盘连接,所述滑块上设有滑槽,位于滑块上方的所述第三输出轴上设有调节齿轮,所述导轨上设有与调节齿轮相啮合的齿条。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明采用双层复合结构,用一层硬质材料作为衬底,软质材料复合在硬质材一起,在裁切时,软质材料接触刀模,以保证在裁切的过程中不伤及上面的模具,同时硬质材料作为衬底,以保证在裁切的过程中,传送带保持平整不变形,二者同时兼顾,有效的解决单层传送带在使用过程中的问题;
刀模的使用寿命由100000次上升到200000次;
传送带交换周期由48H上升至96H。

进一步的,所述快速收卷机构包括:收卷辊41、待卷辊42和底座,所述底座上设有可上下运动的调节板45,所述调节板45一侧设有可转动的调节盘47,所述调节盘47上均设有两个可转动且呈对称分布的收卷辊41,所述收卷辊41上均卡接有收卷套筒5,所述收卷套筒5上均涂覆有用于固定的收卷胶51,位于一侧的所述收卷辊41上的收卷套筒5与复合后膜的延伸端连接,位于复合后膜延伸端一侧的所述调节板45底部设有固定连接的定位板454,所述定位板454上设有可上下运动且用于挤压膜与收卷胶51接触固定的挤压板46,所述挤压板46上设有可来回运动且用于膜切割的切割盘468。
进一步的,所述底座通过多个第一液压杆44与调节板45连接固定,所述挤压板46与定位板454之间设有多个固定连接的第二液压杆455,所述调节板45上设有第一电机453,所述第一电机453输出端通过第一输出轴452与调节盘47连接固定,所述调节盘47上设有多个数量与收卷辊41相对应的第二电机471, 所述第二电机471输出端通过第二输出轴472分别与相应的收卷辊41连接。
进一步的,所述挤压板46上设有呈贯穿式的切割槽461,所述切割槽461内设有切割盘468,且切割槽461一侧壁上设有调节槽465,所述调节槽465底部设有固定连接的导轨467,所述导轨467上设有相卡合且滑动连接的滑块466,所述滑块466上设有固定连接的第三电机464,所述第三电机464输出端设有第三输出轴462,所述第三输出轴462延伸端与切割盘468连接,所述滑块466上设有滑槽4661,位于滑块466上方的所述第三输出轴462上设有调节齿轮463,所述导轨467上设有与调节齿轮463相啮合的齿条4671。
导轨467和滑块466的设计,利用第三电机464的转动,既带动的切割盘468对膜的切割,同时能够通过第三输出轴462带动调节齿轮463的转动,带动滑块466在导轨467上进行来回运动,实现了来回快速切割。
进一步的,所述导轨467剖面呈T形。
快速收卷的步骤包括:
先设置第二电机471在停止后,不会转动,当收卷辊41上的收卷套筒5卷绕的膜达到一定厚度时,停止正在收卷的第二电机471,并且同时启动第一电机453和第一液压杆44,使调节盘47在转动的同时能够同步上升,通过调整第一电机453的转速和第一液压杆44上的速率,使其与收卷辊41收卷之前的速度一致,从而使调节盘47在转动的时候,不会影响收卷速率;
当下一个带有收卷胶51的收卷套筒5转动至之前停止收卷的收卷辊41的位置时,启动第二液压杆455,带动挤压板46将膜与收卷胶51之间挤压粘结,同时启动第三电机464,带动切割盘468,对膜进行切割,使收卷后的膜与正在待收卷的收卷套筒5分离,当切割完成后,挤压板46快速与膜分离,在这个时间段内收卷辊41一直处于上升阶段,通过收卷辊41上升的速度与原有收卷速度相抵消,保持相对静止状态,挤压板46与膜分离后,启动粘合完成的收卷辊41一侧的第二电机471,使其转动;
后通过调整第二电机471的转动速度,和第一液压杆44的结合,使收卷辊41由上升状态,转为下降状态,直至恢复初始位置时,这样的设计,在切换的时候,不会降低原有收卷的速度,同时能够有效的保证整体在收卷时,膜的张紧力保持不变,保证整体的收卷质量。
当下一个带有收卷胶51的收卷套筒5转动至之前停止收卷的收卷辊41的位置时,由于调节盘47不再转动,因此,通过提高第一液压杆44的上升速度,使其保持整体收卷速度不变,同时不影响整体的收卷质量。

此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于收卷软硬异构的传送带导膜的快速收卷机构,其特征在于:所述传送带导膜包括底膜和表膜,所述表膜与底膜相互复合而成,所述底膜为硬质膜,所述表膜为软质膜;
所述软硬异构的传送带导膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将底膜放置在放卷辊上,将表膜放置在复合辊上,使放卷辊上的底膜通过第一导流辊导流至涂胶辊上,在底膜表面均匀涂胶;
(2)将涂胶后的底膜通过第二导流辊导流至烘干箱内进行烘烤;
(3)烘烤完成后,通过第三导流辊导流至复合辊上,使表膜复合在底膜上;
(4)将复合后的膜通过第四导流辊导流至快速收卷机构中,进行快速收卷即可;
所述快速收卷机构包括:收卷辊、待卷辊和底座,所述底座上设有可上下运动的调节板,所述调节板一侧设有可转动的调节盘,所述调节盘上均设有多个可转动且呈对称分布的收卷辊,所述收卷辊上均卡接有收卷套筒,所述收卷套筒上均涂覆有用于固定的收卷胶,位于一侧的所述收卷辊上的收卷套筒与复合后膜的延伸端连接,位于复合后膜延伸端一侧的所述调节板底部设有固定连接的定位板,所述定位板上设有可上下运动且用于挤压膜与收卷胶接触固定的挤压板,所述挤压板上设有可来回运动且用于膜切割的切割盘;
所述底座通过多个第一液压杆与调节板连接固定,所述挤压板与定位板之间设有多个固定连接的第二液压杆,所述调节板上设有第一电机,所述第一电机输出端通过第一输出轴与调节盘连接固定,所述调节盘上设有多个数量与收卷辊相对应的第二电机,所述第二电机输出端通过第二输出轴分别与相应的收卷辊连接;
所述挤压板上设有呈贯穿式的切割槽,所述切割槽内设有切割盘,且切割槽一侧壁上设有调节槽,所述调节槽底部设有固定连接的导轨,所述导轨上设有相卡合且滑动连接的滑块,所述滑块上设有固定连接 的第三电机,所述第三电机输出端设有第三输出轴,所述第三输出轴延伸端与切割盘连接,所述滑块上设有滑槽,位于滑块上方的所述第三输出轴上设有调节齿轮,所述导轨上设有与调节齿轮相啮合的齿条。
