The application of the pipeline dredging tool in the installation of buried U-PVC cable conduits is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. b, manufacturing a pair of circular clamping steel plates of the brush body disc, arranging a through hole in the middle of each clamping steel plate, arranging a steel pull ring on the outer side of each clamping steel plate to bolt a steel wire, c, providing a bolt and a steel wire rope, and d, installing the pipeline dredging tool, and enabling the pipeline dredging tool to be pulled back and forth in the U-PVC cable guide pipe. The application of the pipeline dredging tool in buried U-PVC cable conduit installation has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, convenient use, high working efficiency, good dredging effect, low manufacturing cost, convenient carrying and simple operation.

c. providing a bolt and a steel wire rope;
d. installing a pipeline dredging tool: each disc brush is arranged between a pair of circular clamping steel plates, a bolt is inserted into the discs and the through holes of the clamping steel plates to be fastened into a group, the two groups of discs and the through holes of the clamping steel plates can be arranged in a cable guide pipe in a front-back mode during use, the two groups of discs are connected through a steel chain, the two groups of discs are connected through a steel wire rope in a fastening mode, the two ends of the steel wire rope are exposed out of the two ends of the buried U-PVC cable guide pipe, and a pipeline dredging tool can be pulled back and forth in the U-.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a pipe dredging tool according to an embodiment of the present invention. The application of the pipeline dredging tool in the installation of buried U-PVC cable conduits comprises the following steps:
a. manufacturing a pipeline dredging tool, namely manufacturing the pipeline dredging tool by using plastic, wherein the pipeline dredging tool is two disk brushes, each disk brush is made of a brush body disk and brush wires, a through hole is formed in the middle of each disk, and the brush wires are uniformly arranged on the circumferential surface of the brush body disk;
b. a pair of circular clamping steel plates 2 for manufacturing a brush body disc 3 are provided with through holes in the middle, and steel pull rings 4 are arranged on the outer sides of the clamping steel plates to bolt steel wires;
c. providing a bolt and a steel wire rope;
d. installing a pipeline dredging tool: each disc brush is arranged between a pair of circular clamping steel plates, a bolt is inserted into the discs and the through holes of the clamping steel plates to be fastened into a group, the two groups of discs and the through holes of the clamping steel plates can be arranged in a cable guide pipe in a front-back mode during use, the two groups of discs are connected through a steel chain 5, the two groups of discs are connected through a steel wire rope in a fastening mode, the two groups of steel wire ropes are exposed out of the two ends of the buried U-PVC cable guide pipe, and a pipeline dredging tool can be pulled back and forth in the U-PVC cable. The thickness of the circular clamping steel plate is 20 mm. The disc brush is a commercially available product. The brush body disc is made of ABS plastic or polystyrene plastic. The material of the brush filaments is polypropylene resin.
The pipeline dredging tool has the substantial characteristics and obvious technical progress, can be automatically manufactured on site when being applied to the installation of buried U-PVC cable conduits, and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, convenient use, high working efficiency, good dredging effect and convenient carrying and operation. The maximum inner diameter of the U-PVC cable conduit is 150mm, and the outer diameter of the disc brush can be 153 mm and 154 mm. The U-PVC cable conduit has various diameters, and when the disc brush is manufactured, the diameter can be 1.5-2mm larger than the inner diameter of the pipe, so that the cleaning effect is optimal.

d. installing a pipeline dredging tool: each disc brush is arranged between a pair of circular clamping steel plates, a bolt is inserted into the discs and the through holes of the clamping steel plates to be fastened into a group, the two groups of discs and the through holes of the clamping steel plates can be arranged in a cable guide pipe in a front-back mode during use, the two groups of discs are connected through a steel chain, the two groups of discs are connected through a steel wire rope in a fastening mode, the two ends of the steel wire rope are exposed out of the two ends of the buried U-PVC cable guide pipe, and a pipeline dredging tool can be pulled back and forth in the U-.
