In order to realize the automation of the record player, the present embodiment further improves the tone arm device 7, and the tone arm device 7 of the present embodiment includes a rotating base 71, a lifting mechanism 72, a tone arm mechanism 73, and a stylus mechanism 74; the rotary base 71 is mounted on the tone arm support 111, and the rotary base 71 may be any one of the existing mounting base structures capable of rotating, for example, a motor or other components capable of outputting torque to drive the base body to rotate.
The elevating mechanism 72 of the present embodiment is mounted on the rotating base 71, the elevating mechanism 72 may be a micro-electric rod or the like, and the tone arm mechanism 73 of the present embodiment has one end mounted on the elevating mechanism 72 and the other end mounted with the stylus mechanism 74. The rotating base 71 of the present embodiment can drive the lifting mechanism 72 and the tone arm mechanism 73 to rotate, the lifting mechanism 72 can drive the tone arm mechanism 73 to lift, when music needs to be played, the tone arm mechanism 73 is rotated to a playing position through the rotating base 71, and then the tone arm mechanism 73 is lowered to be in contact with a turntable through the lifting mechanism 72 to play the music.
Accordingly, the vinyl record of this embodiment includes a control mechanism (not shown), the control mechanism of this embodiment is respectively connected to the rotating base 71 and the lifting mechanism 72 to control the actions of the two, the control mechanism of this embodiment may be a conventional structure such as a controller or a PLC control circuit, and therefore the specific structure and operation principle of the control mechanism are not described in this embodiment.
Based on the above structure, the inventor finds that, since the conventional black tape player generally does not have a cover to protect the structure of the player, the error operation of children is easy to occur, or the stylus mechanism 74 is worn due to the contact with the tone arm, and the like, the structure of the present embodiment is improved in order to better protect the tone arm device 7.
Referring to fig. 3, the tone arm unit 7 of the present embodiment further includes a lock mechanism 75, and the lock mechanism 75 of the present embodiment is mounted on the rotary base 71 and located below the tone arm mechanism 73, and the lock mechanism 75 of the present embodiment rotates in synchronization with the tone arm mechanism 73.
Further, the tone arm mechanism 73 of the present embodiment includes a second driving part 731 and a rod 732, the second driving part 731 is mounted on the lifting mechanism 72 and is used for driving the rod 732 to extend and retract horizontally, and the second driving part 731 may also be a cylinder or an electric rod.
The rod body 732 of this embodiment is provided with a first locking portion 7321 and a second locking portion 7322, both the first locking portion 7321 and the second locking portion 7322 can cooperate with the locking mechanism 75 to realize locking and fixing of the rod body 732, and a preset interval is provided between the first locking portion 7321 and the second locking portion 7322, and the interval is smaller than the extension stroke of the second driving portion.
The lifting mechanism 72 of the present embodiment is capable of lifting the tone arm mechanism 73 between a first height and a second height under the control of the control mechanism, and the first height is lower than the second height.
After the playback is finished, the rotating base 71 of this embodiment drives the rod 732 to rotate to the non-operating position, and the rod 732 of this embodiment retracts to the first position, and then the lifting mechanism 72 drives the rod 732 to descend to the first height, at this time, the locking mechanism 75 of this embodiment is locked and matched with the first locking portion 7321 to fix the rod 732, and prevent the rod 732 from extending too long, so as to protect the rod 732 to a certain extent, and prevent a child from rotating the rod 732 by a mistake, thereby preventing the needle mechanism 74 from being worn and the like due to touching the tone arm.
When a player needs to play, the rotating base 71 of this embodiment drives the rod 732 to rotate to a working position (i.e., above the turntable), at this time, the second driving part 731 is required to drive the rod 732 of this embodiment to extend to the second position, and the lifting mechanism 72 drives the rod 732 to descend to the first height, at this time, the locking mechanism 75 is locked and matched with the second locking portion 7322 to fix the rod 732, and achieve the child-lock function, so as to avoid the damage of the stylus mechanism 74 due to misoperation.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first locking portion 7321 may be a first locking hole in the drawing, and similarly, the second locking portion 7322 in the present embodiment may be a second locking hole in the drawing. Accordingly, the locking mechanism 75 of the present embodiment includes a locking tongue 751 capable of engaging with the first locking hole and the second locking hole.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the latch 751 of the present embodiment is provided with an elastic support portion 7511 for supporting the lever 732, so that the lever 732 can be supported and protected, and the latch can also serve as a buffer when the lever 732 is touched by an external force, thereby preventing the lever 732 from being rigidly deformed.
Based on the locking mechanism 75, the inventor has found that the tone quality of the disc player is directly related to the pressure between the stylus mechanism 74 and the disc, and that if the pressure is too high or too low, the tone quality is impaired, and therefore, it is necessary to maintain the pressure between the disc and the stylus mechanism 74 within a reasonable range during playback.
Therefore, the locking mechanism 75 is further improved in this embodiment, that is, the locking mechanism 75 of this embodiment includes a height adjusting component 752, the height adjusting component 752 is connected to the elastic support portion 7511, and the height adjusting component 752 may be an electrical control component such as a micro telescopic rod, and is controlled by the control mechanism of this embodiment to perform the function of finely adjusting the height of the elastic support portion 7511.
Accordingly, the stylus mechanism 74 of the present embodiment is provided with a pressure detecting member (not shown) for contacting the turntable platter, and the pressure detecting member is connected with a control mechanism, which is connected with the height adjusting member 752 and controls the height adjusting member 752 to operate by a pressure value detected by the pressure detecting member.
Specifically, the pressure detecting means of the present embodiment may be a pressure sensor, and when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure between the stylus and the turntable is too large or too small, the control mechanism of the present embodiment sends a control command to the height adjusting means 752, and the height adjusting means 752 of the present embodiment performs fine adjustment of the height of the elastic support portion 7511.
Based on the above structure, the inventor finds that although the above structure can play a role in damping vibration, the supporting ball 64 still rolls to a certain extent under the vibration of the rotating shaft 62, and the rotating shaft 62 still transmits part of the un-cancelled vibration to the upper layer structure, so that the embodiment makes a further improvement on the CD player.
Referring to fig. 2, the bradyseism singulator of this embodiment further includes an elastic clamping device 8, the elastic clamping device 8 of this embodiment is located below the shaft sleeve 63 and is installed on the inner wall of the central shaft 6, the installation mode may be an insertion mode or other connection mode, the supporting ball 64 is clamped by the elastic clamping device 8, and partial displacement of the supporting ball 64 is offset by the elasticity of the elastic clamping device 8, so that the vibration displacement of the rotating shaft 62 can be reduced, the bradyseism effect is further improved, and the playback effect is further improved.
However, the inventor finds that, since the elastic clamping device 8 needs to be installed in the middle shaft 6 first, and then the supporting ball 64 and the shaft cover 61 are installed, but the supporting ball 64 is installed in the elastic clamping device 8, due to the deformation characteristic of the elastic clamping device 8, the supporting ball 64 is easy to move down after squeezing the elastic clamping device 8, and the supporting ball 64 is easy to drop without installing the shaft cover 61, in addition, the clamping force of the existing elastic clamping device 8 is easy to partially fail due to long-term use, and the clamping force of the elastic clamping device 8 cannot be adjusted, so that the required cushioning effect cannot be achieved, and thus the structure of the elastic clamping device 8 is improved in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5 in conjunction, the elastic clamp device 8 of the present embodiment includes a mounting cover 81, a plurality of elastic clamps 82, and a transmission cover 83; the mounting cover 81 and the transmission cover 83 of the present embodiment are similar to a disc-shaped structure, and the mounting cover 81 is connected to the inner wall of the middle shaft 6.
