Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in figure 1, the method for 3D printing customized character model souvenirs of the invention takes the production of terracotta warriors as an example and comprises the following steps:
step 1, establishing a souvenir preliminary model according to the view of the souvenir.
Importing a multi-view reference drawing of the terracotta soldiers and horses into ZBursh software, wherein the multi-view reference drawing comprises a front view, a top view and a side view, carving is carried out on the basis of the Nickz _ humanMal model through move, clicybuild, smooth and other brush commands, and the carving is carried out according to the head, the trunk, the arms, the fingers and the legs. After the carving of each part is finished, the color of the material ball is adjusted to be light yellow, and the visible parts are combined to obtain a preliminary model of the terracotta warriors souvenir, as shown in figure 2.
And 2, designing a clothing plan, and adding the clothing plan to the primary model of the souvenir to obtain an intermediate model of the souvenir.
The apparel plan includes a drawing accessory model and an armor model. Wherein the accessory model is obtained by engraving the Sphere3D model. In ZBursh software, a Sphere3D model under a tool is opened, according to a terracotta warrior accessory model shown in figure 3, in order to conveniently carve the detailed parts of the model, the color of a material ball is adjusted to be clay red, and carving is carried out by using brush commands such as move, cloybuild, smooth, flatten, damstander and the like. When the accessories are similar from side to side, one half can be engraved first, and the other half can be obtained by copying transformation. If more complex accessories such as guns, knives and the like are needed, the model library of the Zbrush can be used for creating, the carving is finished, the model is inserted into the proper position after the proper proportion is adjusted, and the effect is shown in figure 4.
The armor model is implemented by utilizing the Alpha function of the pen brush. And drawing a armor model shown in figure 5 according to the shape of the armor on the picture of the terracotta soldiers in Photoshop software, and storing the armor model as a psd format file. And (3) in ZBursh software, performing highest-level subdivision on the primary model of the souvenir obtained in the step (1), selecting a stand brush, opening an Alpha function of the stand brush, and importing a armor PSD file manufactured by the software. And adjusting the pen stroke to be Dragnet, and dragging out an area with a proper size at the chest position of the primary souvenir model to generate the effect as shown in figure 6. Besides drawing symbols, the armor can be added with character information such as ancient poems, lyrics, idioms and the like shown in figure 7 to achieve personalized effect. An accessory model can also be obtained by this method.
And 3, carrying out skeleton binding on the souvenir intermediate model and carrying out limb action design to obtain a souvenir final model.
Opening the terracotta warrior souvenir middle model generated in the step 2 in ZBRUSH software, inserting ZSPhere to create a skeleton, selecting a ghost mode, opening the symmetrical carving of the model, and stretching, zooming and rotating the Z ball to enable the skeleton shape created by the ZSPhere to be attached to the terracotta warrior model as far as possible. Closing the symmetric carving, and continuing to perfect the asymmetric parts such as arms and fingers to make the asymmetric parts fully fit, so as to generate the skeleton model shown in figure 8. By selecting the binding grid under the tool-skeleton list, the limb movement can be adjusted by using commands for adjusting the skeleton position such as moving, zooming, rotating and the like. The bound effect is as shown in fig. 9, the characteristics of all bone joints are grasped during adjustment, the shapes of the arms can be adjusted greatly by utilizing the rotation of the shoulder bones, the elbow bones and the wrist bones, then the actions can be finely adjusted through the bones at other parts, the terracotta warriors model can be previewed directly during the adjustment process, the uniform skin is generated after the adjustment is proper, and the terracotta warriors models with different limb actions as shown in fig. 10 can be generated by selecting balls and noise waves made of different styles. When other actions need to be adjusted, the model is only needed to be restored, and then the quick adjustment is carried out on the basis of the original model.
The bone adjustment action is simple to operate, but the following points still need to be noted: firstly, the binding skeleton is not suitable for a high surface number model, when the number of model surfaces is large, the response time of software for processing the actions is also prolonged, the effect of synchronizing the moving skeleton and the moving limb cannot be achieved, and the operation is carried out after the number of the model surfaces is reduced by using a surface reduction tool. And secondly, in the process of generating the self-adaptive skin, the default parameters need to be adjusted to be 0, otherwise, the accuracy of the generated model and the original model have large difference, and the detail part is usually lost, so that certain trouble is brought to subsequent adjustment. Thirdly, the mechanism of the influence of the Z balls on the body influences the distribution of the model mesh according to the quantity, the size and the distance of the Z balls. During the operation, some Z balls are added to the body, especially the abdomen and the waist, so as to avoid the Z balls on the arms and the hands from influencing the grid.
And 4, importing the final model of the souvenir into a 3D printer for printing to obtain the final entity souvenir.
And storing the final model of the terracotta warriors souvenir as an STL format file, generating G-code by using CURA slicing software, importing the G-code into a 3D printer for model printing, and printing the entity souvenir as shown in figure 11.
The invention utilizes ZBursh software to construct a character model type tourist souvenir model, realizes the personalized design of the character model type tourist souvenir model by replacing clothes of the character model type tourist souvenir, quickly adjusting limb actions and other operations, and finally realizes the personalized customization of the character model type tourist souvenir by utilizing fused deposition molding 3D printing technology. The design and processing of an injection mold are not needed, the development period is short, the cost is low, and the actions of the clothes and the limbs can be customized according to the needs, so that the clothes and the limbs are more personalized.
